    Dear BSNL Kindly solve the issue of terrible internet speed for those who have recharged and helped you by doing so during this epidemic. I own 9525874626 at Purnea, Bihar and from 27/03/2020, internet is not working at all. I'm tweeting u daily bt no positive response till nw.

    @amazonIN I recharged my bsnl no on 1st April it showed 2gb per day but after recharging it is 1gbper day when asked customer care they said offer was available till 31st march but on amazon site it showed 2gb per day . Made complaint but not solved yet

    @Gowhar_ Best is to go for 149 plan, to get anything done at a BSNL office is an achievement in itself, this is the basic plan, you can keep no in safe custody, but incase there is an emergency you wont be able to use ur phone unless u activate it again which again will be a marathon

    @BSNL_KTK Requested for SIM swap on 27th April. Till date there is n update on activation of new SIM. As per local BSNL their Sancharsoft is down for two days. This is the status of BSNL Pathatic condition.
