  @bsnl_care 5 days still No resolution. Vendor is asking for Money for cable replacement for 8rs/M @CMDBSNL is this the way BSNL handle the old Connections. My connection is 5 year Old. If these things not resolved we surely go with consumer forum for this recklessness.

  @bsnl_care Recharge went through but animation is still on. Also since BSNL is now all India service provider, why have different recharge values for different circles? Why not make one set of plans applicable for all the circles, or let the customers customise the plan as they need like

  @bsnl_care Bsnl service like Electrisity when light is on than your service will work very good if light has gone than no network no calls, many time facing another problem someone try to call me bsnl network told them that he is out of reach. What's is this so I feel it's bad network.

  @KaranSharma1008 @Prayag_Krishna Problem is everywhere. You nationalise Indian companies and put bureaucrats to oversee the business. They only make money. you can see the condition of bsnl air India and other public sectors. If you have any other solution feel free to propagate. Problems everyone can show.
