@JioCare It’s been days since I paid for JioAirFiber, but no connection or response yet. If you don’t want to provide service, at least let me know so I can opt for other providers like BSNL or Airtel who install same-day. I want a full refund. I’ve tried all ways to contact you

@JioCare Jio Service is Bhubaneswar is so tardy? This comes as a real revelation to me. When Airtel serves customers within 24 hrs, Jio needs a week? Who would have thought these people were worse than BSNL standards.

@Ravisutanjani BSNL is just worst. Employees have their own "people attending time" even within the Weekdays (5), and short working hours. Unable to issue sim-card from @BSNLCorporate what kind of customer-facing industry they are in is just alien to me. Jio/Vi/Airtel just deliver contd...

. @BSNLCorporate @TRAI we are bound to pay both reconnection charges & late fees if payment is not regularized.Why do we need to pay reconnection charges if no extra effort is required from BSNL in activating services? Is there any publoshed policy, known to customer s & TRAI?
