@SayantanMondal_ @geekyranjit Doesn't matter for what reason, BSNL currently is equivalent to trash. The only place that use BSNL for internet connectivity are Govt offices like govt banks, document centers, and hopefully you're aware of how fantastic service they provide.

@BSNL_CHTD I have been using bsnl for a long time and I am not even getting 3g network here at porur. Authorities visited and confirmed poor signal strength. They ensured actions will be taken before a year but to no avail!

To, bsnl corporate this is regarding my deposit is pending. i have surrendered line on 18-08-2020. and the amt 902/- is still pending. my landline number was 044-28331947 AND CUSTOMER ID WAS 4023534682 AND BILLING ID WAS 9037623787. KINDLY REFUND MY DEPOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

@BSNLCorporate Nashik franchisee works with 0% accountability.The Executives of BSNL are least bothered to attend customer complaints & least helpful. I am waiting for over 96 hr(4days) for a plan change from post paid to prepaid activation. @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Help.

@AmitAgarwal So sad to see, really bad attitude of your customer care service staff with no empathy for customers. Your customer care in India sucks. It reminds me of good old time of BSNL in India when customers were treated like bonded slaves.
