@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_AS What's wrong with your network ? Really frustrated. Unable to connect at one go, call drop, unclear voice, out of coverage and what not. It's been more than a decade since using the BSNL network. Donot compel to switch to other network 🙏

Saw all the content around how great BSNL plans are etc and moved my secondary number to BSNL. I'm just amazed. How can a network be this bad? This 4G is still not even loading at 2G speeds. Half the time my phone says no internet available.

Now it is enough. We have decided to port the SIM to another telecom operator, as BSNL has consistently failed to take any action. There is no willingness or attitude to improve the service.
