    @bsnl_care fibre grid down, since 17th sep afternoon, complaint raised in 17 th evening .. told by local bsnl employee at 9 am sorry n 18th that services were disrupted due to shifting of tel exchange and should be restored by 12pm, called again at 5 pm and was told the team is working tirelessly and service will be restored sometime during the night..its 19th morning and still no service..🙏🙏 we have to work for a living ! So please do the needful 🙏

    @venkadais No, BSNL is not generally using Vodafone Idea (VI) towers. BSNL is deploying its own 4G/5G infrastructure, with over 95,000 towers installed as of 2025. There was temporary network sharing allowed in flood-hit areas like Mandi in July 2025, but no ongoing nationwide agreement.

    @bhataktakavi If Govt/Babus/whoever in charge has some sense of direction, BSNL would be the number 1 service provider. 🙁

    @Ravisutanjani What is the benefit of getting sim delivered by post when you have to take it to seller again(or speak to their customer care) to get it activated?? BSNL doing everything except what should be done 🤡

    @Ravisutanjani The issue is those people never visit mobile shopkeeper etc to sell there recharge sim etc , While airtel, jio , vodafone pushes everyday and gives target to the employee and shopkeeper which keep selling there product . Bsnl never visit any shop for selling As I own mobileshop
