    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

    @BSNLCorporate WEL DONE BSNL !!! WHAT A QUICK RESPONSE. COMPLAINT REGISTERED AT 5:33 PM AND RESOLVED AT 8:37 PM WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION OR VISIT BY ANY TECHNICIAN. AND I AM FOOL THAT PAYING REGULAR BILL FOR MY DEAD PHONE. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

    @BSNLCorporate @ommoon2228 They are not going to do anything.. they just reply with automated tweet.. My connection is completely out of service and they did only “Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance.” Kaamchori is in their blood..

    @PMOIndia why BSNL service, plans are not good as other private companies such as Jio, Airtel etc.? Is it the policy to making profit for BSNL or private companies? BSNL is life line for remote areas, villages.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD i have applied for new connection long back but NO response until today. pre-lead ref no: 16823780452. No prompt response is seen when someone wants a new connection from BSNL unlike other service providers.

    @BSNLCorporate It's around 2 months now, may I know the latest status please. If BSNL is serious to expand it's customer base or is no more interested to compete with private players in the field for similar services. Plz inform so that I can avail different Service if BSNLl can't give it.

    @charankv Sir for this you need post paid number first.. And have to deposit security in BSNL office. Then they will issue one more sim that will have international roaming. Go to the nearest BSNL csc office. You will get it.

    @BSNLCorporate Using BSNL no. 9889094289 , Mohammad Tahir, residing Bamrauli 211012 , network is very poor, showing network SHAMBHU NATH which is 5 Km away from my Location, network is being Collapse very often, why still it's 3G/2G , why not 4G , do something if it is possible, Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @pkpurwar my landline and broadband is dead for 4 days and no one is fixing. I have complaint, but the BSNL office is doing nothing about it. Landline number is 0121-2620005 Location : Rajpura, mawana road meerut. Please take immediate action.
