    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

    BSNL is stealing money from customer's account without their consent and not ready to address their complaint at all at any level. Please tell me What to do further as BSNL is not ready to resolve my problem. In these circumstances How can we even think to SAVE the State Run BSNL

    1/2 I’ve applied for the disconnection for bsnl fibre on 10th jan 2023. They are not responding abt the application given. They are also not providing for any of the receiving of the complaint given. They are neither disconnecting it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Part 2/2 Why am I paying my bills on time if I’m unable to use my plan? In 2023 we have Jio and Airtel broadbands, I’ve Still opted for bsnl and I face all these issues even though it is provided by the government. Kindly look into this matter and help @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_RJ
