@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

@BSNLCorporate WEL DONE BSNL !!! WHAT A QUICK RESPONSE. COMPLAINT REGISTERED AT 5:33 PM AND RESOLVED AT 8:37 PM WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION OR VISIT BY ANY TECHNICIAN. AND I AM FOOL THAT PAYING REGULAR BILL FOR MY DEAD PHONE. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

@cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate I I've communicated my grievance regarding weak and fluctuating internet network. Now It's been approx. more than 1 month. Issue is unresolved. Why BSNL is taking too much time for this to resolve? Surprisingly Bill reminders are on time.

@rsprasad Ji, PM’s vision as part of digital India want to get fibre lines to villages too. In a district HQ at Tiruvannamalai 606604 we are waiting for 4 months to get a fibre BB, it wasn’t provided. With this support, I doubt how consumers can leverage the service from BSNL

@esamaad It’s good to criticize but please tell me frankly how many of us uses BSNL ? Why Govt should run airport and hotels ? Why service of Govt banks like SBI is so pathetic ?
