    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

    @BSNL_KTK Our BSNL phone service is failing badly. Friends say our number rings, but we never receive any call. We contacted BSNL customer service, but it was of no use. This is causing serious inconvenience—please fix this immediately.

    @BSNL_UPEast All these promotions are sham until and unless you provide reliable network. If the urban cities like Gurgaon are struggling can’t rely on BSNL while travelling to remote area. Ported my number to BSNL now again waiting for 90 days to port back my number to reliable operator.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please improve your internal processes . horrible experience . 10 days and 50 email exchanges . Still not a single call . @ril_foundation . how Will it achieve a tech company status ?when internal service Sop is worst then 1980 bsnl .

    @BSNLCorporate "I'm experiencing issues with my BSNL prepaid SIM card. Despite recharging, I'm not getting any network signal. I've tried contacting customer care, but the call won't connect. My SIM is registered in the Bihar circle, but I'm currently in Chandigarh. Can you help

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @DoT_India when will #bsnl4g start vowifi service as there is no 4g coverage at my village Patli Khurd Palwal although my village comes in Delhi NCR. Very pathetic service by bsnl. Still no improvement on ground only on papers.

    Both Palwal and Faridabad have not sufficient coverage and tower installation. I live in Villages Patli Khurd Palwal and continuously move toward Faridabad for my job but am very disappointed with the bsnl worst mobile service. Please add one tower in my village as we require it.
