    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

    Hi @BSNL_KTK ,@BSNLCorporate , Even after paying the bills, my connection is suspended. Customer care says it will restored in 24 hrs, Had paid on 5th Jan. Payment is not reflected in the My BSNL app. Payment and Acc Details is already shared in DM of BSNL_KTK bt no response

    Frequent Fiber Break out problem always found near N&M Andaman region where internet connectivity is too poor BSNL is facing trouble from NH which project has been started from 2018 till it's goes on no improvement in road as well as Internet @BSNLCorporate @nhidclropb

    @BSNL_AS no BSNL network at Diphu since early morning today and it is the umpteenth time this is happening with no redressal whatsoever. The standard response of cable damage due to road extension is not acceptable as all other networks are operational.

    @BSNL_AS Now a days BSNL is offering many cheaper recharge plans in comparison to other network but main problem with BSNL is it's network . So try to improve network quality
