    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I have travelled back frm outside India & want to activate broadband service on existing landline. I can't visit BSNL office for application because of 14 Home Quarantine. Is there any way I can get the internet connection since its affecting work ?

    @BSNLCorporate WEL DONE BSNL !!! WHAT A QUICK RESPONSE. COMPLAINT REGISTERED AT 5:33 PM AND RESOLVED AT 8:37 PM WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION OR VISIT BY ANY TECHNICIAN. AND I AM FOOL THAT PAYING REGULAR BILL FOR MY DEAD PHONE. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

    @JioCare Your customer care executive Eldho is unable to come and activate the sim card number. He wants me to do it. I am a senior citizen and I wont be able to do it. I would like to switch over to some other services like airtel or bsnl. kindly release my numbers

    @ViCustomerCare There is no network signal about four days a week. #Vodafone_idea has also got the same condition as #BSNL( in network strength)

    Hey @Airtel_Presence I used to make port my BSNL to Airtel. I spoke to your Customer service. They said that Sim are convert in Airtel but due to some documentation mismatch networks not showing. My question is if documents not match then why to convert my connection in Airtel .?

    @BSNL_GJ i purchased new BSNL prepaid simcard before 3 days. There is no Internet service, no incoming service. I have recharged of 106 as per guidance given from your office. When i tried to call to customer care they always told me our server is down call after some time...

    @pravesh814 Gao me internet please don't say that even 2g service is better than bhart fiber wost service ever experienced.. bsnl bharat fiber is worst with full of untrained technicians.and customer service.

    @BSNL I am facing tremendous issue of 3g internet connectivity in chondhi area (alibag- 402201). Spoke to ur customer care executives couple of times but there is no solution to the issue. Can your team please do something. #networkissue
