    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate I've made payment of Bsnl Ftth through Amazon Pay but it is more than 4 days now still I've not received the receipt and also the bill is still showing pending even the balance is deducted from account No Customer Care Service #pathetic

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL mobile number 9430732048 not working for 3 days. There is no internet and calls can't be made either. The number is a Bihar number, currently being used on roaming in Telangana. No helpline is working either Please look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate Why am I not getting any option to change my FTTH Plan to ₹599 (Fibre Basic Plus) on the BSNL selfcare portal website? Also, I submitted an application to local BSNL Exchange to change the Plan, and even they are NOT able to do it. What's the Issue? @DoT_India

    @BSNL_OR Despite raising the issue in twitter and even after registering a complaint in BSNL, we even visited BSNL office, no one is least bothered to solve the issue, we just get a call asking if red light is blinking or green and they simply disconnect the call.
