    @DoT_India Done!! Please get it fixed ASAP. I am a software engineer and I work from home. I am unable to do my work properly without internet and its already 6 days that #bsnl Boradband is not working.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate I've made payment of Bsnl Ftth through Amazon Pay but it is more than 4 days now still I've not received the receipt and also the bill is still showing pending even the balance is deducted from account No Customer Care Service #pathetic

    @bsnl_care Via #BSNL sim coz ur 4G signal is availble bt I wondr how long it'll stay. It may vanish compltely aftr somtime. Only E/no data signl wil b availble which is an usual phenomena most of the time. Then I'm turned in2 a beggar coz I beg my wife 2 share hr hotspot 2 surf the intrnet

    @NewsArenaIndia But still the network and services are very poor. Being a government company BSNL is robbing the citizens by not providing reasonable plans like without data and normal topup plans where a poor Indian can maintain a number.

    @LGIndia Hi are you even doing anything or just giving bullshit. Frustrated how you are handling this completely stupid CC team. Doesn't even reach back to me and just stalling me for god knows how long. Literally I have seen better customer servive at BSNL.

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband was down from last evening. When I called at 8 PM, I was told customer support doesn’t operate beyond 8 PM. In today’s world, internet is an essential service—support should be available 24×7. Yes, the fault was finally fixed after 10 AM today, but by then the two FIFA World Cup quarterfinals at 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM were long over. A delayed repair is of little value when the event you needed the service for has already passed. Seriously considering porting to Airtel Fibre or BSNL Fibre. They may have outages too, but at least they don’t claim to offer the best customer service while leaving customers without support overnight.

    Sir have been facing incoming and outgoing call issues for the past 8 months. I visited the BSNL office several times, and the staff advised me to replace my SIM, but even after getting a new SIM, the same problem continues. I have also contacted customer care @BSNLCorporate

    @_vatsalasingh Very poor service. Not only this but also all are same. If BSNL will be supported by the government, these private telecom providers will move to hell.
