  @BSNLCorporate I have seen this reply on all the tweets of complainer but didn't see their positive reply after it resolved. Even i visited local BSNL office multiple times but nobody is even interested to talk and address the problem. I hope I'll see some positive response from your side.

  @BSNLCorporate wants the payments to be paid online but when customer asks for some service, he has to write and submit an application at the District head office, 25 Kms away. HOPELESS N RIDICULOUS BSNL...
