@BSNL_OR As per your advice I visited the office and got mobile number of Mr. Amiya Behra and informed him about the case. He said that he would revert back. Waiting for his revert. Connection is also not working. Really disappointed with the service. May God save BSNL

@BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I have told you many times before that there is a power problem in Chaunta, Exchange but you have no interest in solving it. You are not paying any attention to it.I think if there was a private company it would be solved Even now the net service is down

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune @GoI_MeitY BSNL broadband worst service provider now facing speed issue for 10mbps plan getting 2-3mbps speed, complaint no -1055251663. In last 4yrs BSNL lost so many customers due to bad service, and private players are taking advantage.

@BSNLCorporate @myogiadityanath Hi , This is complaint regarding bsnl exchange Village - Dhanapur District - Chandauli ,232105 As per the who is on duty on bsnl exchange issue with battery backup as battery is provided by bsnl was not good and not giving backup.

I love BSNL. But .. Called 1503. wanted to talk to a customer care executive. Waited and waited. At last the line was disconnected by itself after 12:02 minutes! No one answered! For the last three days, same story. Can u pls tell me - WHY?????? @BSNLCorporate
