    @BSNLCorporate very bad fiber optic service. I purchase 60 mbps plan. Actual speed 1 to 3 mbps and some time zero mbps. All goverment service are bad. Like durdarsan, bsnl, goverment schools @TRAI

    @BSNL_KL I gave application for cancel my Fiber net AcNo:9039728104/ph;no 0474-2990191 on 31st Aug 2021 at Kottarakara BSNL office and they accepted that. I asked receipt & didn't gave. Now i got another bill for Sept 2021 with InvoiceNo : SDCKL0061609644. Please do the needful

    We are facing worst BSNL service in Ankola Uttara Kannada, Karnataka. My mother's sim blocked. After getting new sim since 15 days not activated. No proper response from officials. @SanjayDhotreMP @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @AshwiniVaishnaw in BSNL website no email contact available. Only phone numbers given. As I don't have signal can't talk. Out of love to PSU I have only BSNL since 10 years.

    @BSNLCorporate we have been paying monthly rental bills for landline and broadband connection of bsnl. We were staying in other city for past two years during covid but kept paying the bills up-to-date. Now were back and trying use the broadband connection but it is not working.

    @BSNLCorporate When ever i try to speak with a BSNL customer care executive 95% response i received was Please visit your near by BSNL office. Either it's a query reg New Sim or Postpaid Bill. I really want to know if you ask them to respond that way or they can't understand us
