    Respected Sir, After completing our half of service in our department we honestly opted for BSNL for rest of service before becoming DOT Pensioners. But now we waiting for Pension revision and now for IDA increase wef 1st January

    @dxace21 Which part of India are you from? See if the indoor coverage is poor, the user experience still feels broken. That is where improvement is needed hope Vi is looking into it. how is airtel, jio and bsnl when it comes to indoor coverage.??

    @BSNLCorporate the officer who called me suggested taking a screenshot of the QR code and loading it into a UPI app to make the payment. BSNL seems to be a department that has decided they will never improve... It is truly a pity that even while we talk about Digital India
