@BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune I have escalated the same issue from Jan-23 and still not fixed ,latest bill is again pointing to old fibre plan and still paying high charges for last 3 months. Extremely bad support from bsnl.Please escalate the issue or disconnect my connection.I will not pay.

@BSNLCorporate Thanks Sir, But still, it's same, no network. If you are going well, customer will rejoin the BSNL! There should be defferent plans. For calling, for datta, for both, only calling should be at very low cost, because illiterate people use it.

@BSNLCorporate My number is 02025464576 not working since 7 months. It is in the area of Paud Road Pune 411038 underKarve Road Exchange of BSNL PUNE. UG COPPER CABLE LINE damage may be due to PUNE METRO work.Till date no restoration by PGM BSNLPUNE.Third party damage what is co policy?????

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH wifi of bsnl never works. I am working from home and paying 1k for a wifi service that doesn't even work half of the month, mostly I have to use my hotspot, speed is so slow. My area is dehu road in pune maharashtra. Have complained so many times.#fedup
