@BSNLCorporate I am sick and tired of writing mails to BSNL Gurgaon for fixing my broadband to normal service from safe custody. 4 days zero response … laid back attitude and no responsibility . Every single request with BSNL results in a nightmare as a consumer.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN LCO identified the prblm and informed the cost Rs.1100 to solve the issue. LCO told nobody from bsnl officials spoken to him yet. If ready to pay, he will fix the issue.
