    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @kingslyj @arvindkhadri Both have been put near death bed. Vi with all that AGR etc, BSNL never allowed to grow. BSNL BB goes down on powercut, since local exchange does not have new battery! apparently bsnl exchanges outsourced to vendors to maintain (since almost no staff to keep them up).

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ such a pathetic service you have first you taken all of my mobile balance then when i complained regarding the same you close the ticket without refunding the balance. And you cry that people are not opting for BSNL and you are in loss.

    I’ve been a loyal customer of Vodafone right through its journey from Max Touch to Hutch to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea (Vi). Now if Birlas sell off to the Govt, I am not sure I want to continue as this becomes BSNL, maybe…?!

    @BSNL_KTK don’t just msg telling it will be considered and done ,it’s eye wash statement you send us,very very bad state Bsnl,no response after so many callls.not a soul to ask what the problem ,where is BSNL heading ,that’s why private people are dominating

    @BSNLwarriors123 That's what mean by service . they are very sure at the service .their towers with 100℅ uptime with equipped battery, diesel generators, good microwaves backh,aul in times of fibre break. Maintaining QoS but bsnl lags in terms of coverage and reliability.

    @aksiiita06 @vijaygajera Abhijeet forget ambani for minuts. How many bsnl sims do your entire family have. I don't think you've ever went bsnl office for some services related problem. If you have been ever step there,you may never said that Jio sabotash bsnl.

    Before launching services like e-rupi improve BSNL network in rural areas.. because many times govt departments gives reasons of bsnl bad network while making digital payments. #badbsnlnetwork @PMOIndia @CMOMaharashtra

    Mobile telephone service sector is in stress since quite long. BSNL is also not being looked into to become viable. Pandemic has hastened d deterioration of d sector. Govt. is maintaining silence....we as users r in limbo.
