    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    When we are facing problem since 1 month there is no network in this area as only single service is available which is provided by BSNL We students when we come to our homes for this pandemic and when we wanted to do online studies we are unable to do so..

    @BSNLCorporate Govt is trying to uphold JIO with their constant support. WB election is not too far. Govt should alloted 5G to BSNL with a flexible infrastructure.

    There is continuous fluctuations of BSNL network kindly help us out to solve this problem and this problem is not only faced by students but also with BANK STAFF,TAHASILDAR, POLICE,AND BDO.....

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate the fall of bsnl is the level of services they are providing. My internet is not working. I somehow able to connect to the concerned person but they guy instead of giving me the solution told me " abhi prakat ho jau".
