Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
