    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    @zionvarghese @ndtv same here. upgrade sim with 4G with 150 Rupees. Not BSNL not able to provide 2G in my area. I did not get even OTP. Go to the terrace and wait for network and OTP.

    @BSNLCorporate To your knowledge, it has been more than a month, and even inspite 6 days, you say the work is in progress. That, in itself says about how bsnl service has been since last 1 year

    If you call BSNL customer care to complain for poor network then that is also not available. How many of you experinced this ???

    BSNL, BSNL employees ... tough nut to crack. This is why almost all PSUs, PSBs are majorly inefficient and will remain so... Because they don't know what is customer service, customer care, SLAs.... Privitization is way forward... Sooner or later it will happen.

    @satheeshpodury @Jaz_baatein @ACTFibernet I face this problem frequently, I need broadband lines for projects I do for my customers - their plants are far away from cities and only BSNL has “faster” connections available

    @c_akhilesh I have been using BSNL Broadband services for about 5 years and I want to upgrade to fiber service but there isn't any service available nearby not even Bharat Fiber. It so frustrating, having slow internet and expensive.
