    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    Not expecting this experience from a large organization like @BSNLCorporate / @BSNL_PB. Was getting Network issue on BSNL Fiber Registered Complaint to BSNL Care with complaint number 1059347770 Complaint is marked resolved without being investigated.

    @CMDBSNL It's already been 7 months since I had reported the issue of battery backup through tweet. When will the new battery be installed? Well, who cares about inconvenience that the BSNL users in our locality face? Pls resolve and reply asap Sir, It's an earnest request to look into it

    (3) Today before writing here I have complained on BSNL toll-free number and the FTTH Vendor sent me the complaint screenshot and asked me to close my BB. I paid all the bills on time (i.e. too full amount without using the service). what's my mistake, can @BSNLCorporate tell me?

    @BSNLCorporate I changed my plan to lower my bill by Rs 118 but here the bill is increased by 2 times. This month I paid 1200₹ in place of 589₹. Upon contacting BSNL AO he assured that next month my will be zero. Please help ?? Nishant Singhal ( Income Tax Inspector )

    Till date the BSNL service was not restored. The service has been dead since 9-April-2023.

    Once again network down - no intimation of disruption, this is 5th time in a week - check how pathetic your services are @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - no care at all - JIO and BSNL have started service to my area so now not at all dependent, either improve or let go

    Kindly arrange to address complaint no 1060705703. The outsourced party does not attend any calls. from 11 April till date the Network is down. Any responsible office from BSNL to address this issue

    I have informed the same issue to customer care but everytime they will tell it will be resolved within 24 hrs. I have taken a plan for 100MBps,but I am only getting 30-50MBps with fluctuation. Please find a permanent solution to this issue. #BSNL #BharatFiber #InternetSpeedIssue
