    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    Terrible experience visiting BSNL office today. Just to get a form, I was tossed from one dept to another,finally the accounts dept that issues it is closed, why? Don't know maybe staff has gone for coffee I was told. 🙄🙄#bsnlcustomerservice #bsnl

    @SBICard_Connect Again BSNL claims to have not received the amount. I request you to kindly share the transaction id etc for thsi amoubt of rs 931 paid in 30 aug on my sbi cc so that i can share same wt bsnl. Kindly treat this as urgent. Thank you.

    @BSNL_OR we paid online to BSNL so please track those and process refund!Bsnl could find records of our service status easily if not its BSNL's fault not ours. As a loyal customer I kept paying, I shall be reworded then punished.Please do the justice!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband of airtel is available just a km from my house but its not in my area that's not good. They are forcing me to choose bsnl bharat fiber over airtel, i like airtel much better. And want to be a customer of them . Plz guys help

    @deba_subha There is a severe link problem at Bishnupur Station Road S.O. Ticket under no. TKT7886611 has been raised by the SPM at Sify Helpdesk. But till date the issue has not been resolved. Local BSNL authority has reported that there is a problem with fibre optic cutting (1/2)
