@BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

@PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

If this installation won't be done untill 4 today then I will cancel the request and JIO needs to refund my money immediately. I will go with BSNL, at least they never try to make their customer fool.

@BSNLCorporate When will I get any update on the connection? We are ready to support BSNL but the own employees of BSNL is not ready to upgrade or expand their network with new connections. This is the pity situation that a government entity is undergoing.

I'm unable to downgrade my broadband plan and bsnl self care does not allow me to do so. The broadband connection is from my hometown and i cannot personally give a letter for change of plan. Customer care could not help regarding this. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

@BSNLCorporate I accept your statement. But d plan tariff rate is increased n d days are reduced. Like(Rs.365- 365 days were dre now it changed to Rs.397 for 300 days only) atleast, Can reduce d rate of tarrif pack when dre is no stable 3g or 2g service n As we want 2 have bsnl network @BSNL_TN
