    @BSNL_HR BSNL Broadband in very poor condition since last month. Multiple frequent disconnections and then crawling slow speed like 10-20 Mbps at times 3-4Mbps! This issue needs to be addressed immediately! VENDOR POC is helpless & Sohna office 0124 2362800 isn't taking action

    @PMOIndia Hounrable Prime minister am the customer of BSNL FTTH from last 2years but am facing speed issue from last 9 months and I made lot's of complaint andtweeted alot about this problem butwhen I complaint against them they call the vendor and ask him to remove my connection

    Internet STOPPED working from Morning. You want bills to be paid on time! Even if I delay bill payment by a day, you will charge a penalty. But, what about the service??? At least respond to customer queries. no doubt, #BSNL is going down.
