    @bsnlceo Namaste sir,   I want to restart phone line which is disconnected in October-22 month.  I am taking follow ups from last two months but they will not able to restart.I am very disappointed by bsnl service. Pls look. Phone no-01493-230211

    Phone is dancing between 4G and 5 G ,network is coming and going..Just make people fool of 5G..Either got is not serious at all or PMO office is sleeping..Could understand for JIO money is everything..Better to switch to BSNL...

    @BSNLCorporate I am user of BSNL FTTH fiber (01275297082) the internet service is dead from last two days and it happens usually 4 times in a month. We only get internet on 15 days in a month. (1/n)

    @BSNLCorporate SOS ....despite informing you two days in a row, my landlibd 020 26855187 Pune is dead. BSNL Salunke Vihar official must be suspended for poor services. He knew there was a long weekend ahead. Please HELP.

    @bsnlindia @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India when will 4g launch in India why 4g launch is delaying again and again the bsnl is indirectly hiking the price reduces bsnl validity when customer uses only 3g what is this call dropping call quality is too poor

    I have lost my BSNL sim . The sim was in Chattisgarh circle. Now I am in delhi and BSNL refuces to give the duplicate sim in Delhi. BSNL says to get sim, go chhattisgarh and I don't want to go chhattisgarh. BSNL should need to upgrade its service Please help me. @TRAI

    In a month bsnl working only 15 days . Due to unavailability of bsnl we are unable to use banking services (OTP problem).Raised so many complaint regarding this but the answer is WIP( Work In Progress) .So many people badly affected from BSNL services in this area.

    @BSNL_KL I am a customer of BSNL looking for Fibre Connection under the UDYAMI scheme, I am from coming under Kandassankadavu Telephone exchange. The exchange personnel are unaware of this scheme and aren't willing to provide it. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
