    @BSNL_KTK I am a BSNL prepaid user for last year and not able to PORT due to not receiving UPC code. Customer care is telling me there is a problem today and asking me to try later in the evening. But if we google search, this issue is there for a a long time. Request you to please check.

    @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL for one year as a second SIM. BSNL network is not as good as Airtel and Jio. 3G network is useless now. Please improve network coverage, especially in basements and inside big buildings. Airtel works there, but BSNL does not.

    @bsnl_care Why do u need addrs for BSNL IR issue?Need Landmark?dont you need my date of birth,time of birth, palm details,my total income,nakshatra,jaataka, horoscope?I am in general asking if there is a change in International roaming plans as mine is not working for last some days.

    BSNL 4G MAIN ISSUE IS VOLTE NOT WORKING IN ALL MOBILE, WE NOTICED VOLTE NOT WORKING IN THIS TWO MODEL MOTOROLA G45 5G, MOTOROLA G85 5G SO MOTOROLA USER DONT BUY BSNL SIM BECAUSE THIS IS THE ISSUE ALSO BSNL 4G NOT WORKING IN 5 YEARS OLD 4G HANDSET @BSNLCorporate

    @the_Ram_Ravan @BSNLCorporate They know. That’s the problem. Needs don’t matter, ARPU does. Even BSNL chose revenue over responsibility.

    @sachiinv7 Currently, BSNL doesn't offer a free Adobe Express Premium subscription like Airtel does. Airtel provides it to all active customers for one year via their Thanks app. For BSNL to collaborate, their team would need to negotiate a partnership with Adobe. You can suggest this to BSNL through their website or customer support at 1800-180-1503.
