    I was keenly waiting for some solution. With BSNL about to close, the sparsely manned local exchange 17 kms away has all but given up trying to fix the lines for even landline connections (wherever they exist). That's when Starlink entered. 7/n

    The villages are sparsely populated with homes at the edge of the farms, leading to inter-home distances that never justified the scale of investment for any optical cabling. BSNL did what it could, and for few years we did have sputtering internet which worked sporadically...2/n

    @BSNL_BIHAR -bought a new BSNL prepaid Simcard yesterday with high hopes..and now its been more than a day, its still not activated!!! n Bihar has no customer care reps to even answer calls!! can you help ?? @BSNLCorporate

    @CGM_GUJ_BSNL Sir, With all due respect. But BSNL fiber has good speed. But staff at local areas like TALALA(GIR) and Veraval They don't want serve customers. They are avoiding their duties and spoiling the name of @BSNLCorporate . I've been complaining about disruption in network For a week.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Its been more than 6 days BSNL Landline & Internet is down in our area. When logged comolaints, sms received as resolved wirhout any action. Pathetic...u will never improve.
