    In 2019, i went to a #BSNL office for sim replacement and they charged Rs.120/- when i told private network Idea charged just Rs.20 for sim replacement. The reply from Employee “This is government network which never close and those private network might close anytime”

    @BSNL_OR BSNL with Pre-Lead/Reference Number: 16336579782 which is applied in 19th nov 21 but department is replying we cannot provide the service then why is they are taking salary if cannot provide the service, this reply is not acceptable from department

    @nagabhushanb @TRAI @BSNLCorporate That's correct but bsnl needs to improve their network issues. Airtel is one of the worst network..

    Private Telecom /Vendors of Pvt ISPs deliberately damaging BSNL cables & Public thinks BSNL does not care or Staff doesn't work. Govt should take strict action against People, ISPs who cut BSNL cables as these are being laid to provide service to Indian citizens & Govt Projects.

    @BSNLCorporate This happens all over kerala and with all bsnl numbers. The network only improves at night time after 12 am. So r we supposed to use Internet only at night?

    @BSNLCorporate How much time you will take? Who will be responsible about network issue because i forwarded my call to another no. and i was pay for BSNL plan... Who will pay my money back? i am not using your sim due to network issue... you can check Data or call history in your system.....
