Acting on a complaint filed on April 19 at Yeshwantpur PS, police nabbed them in Mathikere. The accused targeted BSNL infrastructure across north Bengaluru.   I want to publicly raise an issue regarding BSNL. I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW

  It’s been 48 hours with ZERO internet on my @BSNLCorporate FTTH. Despite paying ₹20k upfront, the service is non-existent. Complaints to BSNL and service provider Dozer Solution have yielded no results. How can BSNL grow with such pathetic service? @BSNL_KTK @CGM_GUJ_BSNL
