    @JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

    @JioCare This problem is continue since last 6 month and after so many assurance by the customer care day by day data speed is declined and buffering so do something to retain customer and trust of customer. Every big company is big till the customer is with them or ? Now one ambani is ?

    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioCare This problem persists from last 4 to 5 month in our area and also reported earlier and the reply was "due to overload in your area we are unable to give time limit for its rectification" so the same reply will be given by you if I give my mo no and alternative mo no.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio 3 days since I registered my complaint. Sr0000us40 my complaint no. My complete system is online. No one is responsible and taking charge for solving the problem? This kind of service is not acceptable! Jio fibre at its worst.

    @JioCare This is my service request number MR0000TW4YPW Internet speed is crawling. Very disappointed and frustrating. It has always been like this since day one but it has gone worsen, and it's important now to get ride of this and switch to other carrier.

    @JioCare Very bad experience from jio fiber guys. My neighbours just beside my house have jio fiber connection when i contacted to that technicain he said he will give a connection.After contacting him daily one day he came and said the no of connections are very limited to area

    @JioCare pathetic service!!! I have registered for a jio fiber connection. It's been 4 days without activation now the technical person says some freaking box is full I can't give you connection for atleast 3 days The sales person was so pushy and said it will be done in a day.

    @JioCare Today i am really disappointed to know that customer problems are not address properly, my refund of disconnected jio fiber hasn't credited within the 14 working day time period. And customer are asked to wait more why and already DM is Done do see.& Please solve issue.
