Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.
