    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioCare This problem is continue since last 6 month and after so many assurance by the customer care day by day data speed is declined and buffering so do something to retain customer and trust of customer. Every big company is big till the customer is with them or ? Now one ambani is ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare experiencing poor customer service at jio stores. This happened twice in last 3 months with three different stores. Needed urgent duplicate sim today. they always make an excuse like server issue!Person who operates unavailable, come back later tomorrow.1/2

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    Hopeless service of JIO. Every month JIO deliberately use to discontinue the internet services for 2-3 days. Best way to earn additional profit by cheating customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Till this no response from Jio. Neither Set top is delivered to me. While on app ot is showing installed on 28 Nov 2022. I am very much disappointed with Jio. Very unprofessional approach. Nobody try to contact me. After complaint done on tweeter. Very Bad Service.

    @JioCare The service request is back to assigning an engineer, if you can't have resolution please remove my connection and provide compensation if this is unfixable from your side. Terrible service deeply disappointed , your whole team can't send one technician to fix the issue

    @JioCare Service Request SR000036KM3L. Put complaint on Saturday and still you’re messing around. You keep changing date and time on your end and have the ***** to lie- “service engineer couldn’t access premise”. engineer was at my home for an hour, had 2 cups of chai and bolted. Monday is workday and you’ve already rescheduled appointments thrice. Fed up. Will change provider.

    I am having Worst experience of Jio Network @JioCare. More than Half validity is already expired of 90D Plan. No Responsibility, No Satisfactory Response, Nothing. I have been Complaining from last 1.5 Month, they says we'll solve in few days. Then they forget.

    @reliancejio @gujarat_titans @GoogleIndia Yes say no more to jio! Idk why on every Sunday in my area there is no 5G network. Why you called your cheap 4g True 5G? When can't provide 5g network. I think I should switch to Airtel , atleast they provide better ping, internet speed unlike True 5g 🤡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio has come up with a new tactic! They offer "True5G", so increase the recharge price. Now, there tactic is, somehow network switch to 4G and due to daily uses data ends up early. And there won't switch 5G again. So, when I reach AI Customer care... 1/2
