I've requested to close my postpaid connection on may 30th and the issue was closed without resolving. I couldn't connect to customer support because there is no such thing for postpaid connection, even the reliance digital at keelkattalai branch people couldnt connect @JioCare

@DoT_India Please make this happen. Thank u for response. Personally I ported out from @Airtel_Presence network to @JioCare. Don't like services on jio but I can't roll back to airtel for next 90days. I ironically use jio for 3months.
