    @JioCare This is honestly ridiculous now. Every complaint gets the same robotic response and zero actual action. My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. If no one is going to act, at least share the Darbhanga local team’s contact number so I can deal with this directly.

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I completed self‑KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he can’t deliver just because I did self‑KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isn’t helping either.

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

    @JioCare On top of that, customer care calls are effectively barred with a predefined IVR message stating services are impacted and will be restored soon, leaving no option to connect with an actual support representative.

    @JioCare The resolution hasn’t arrived and this is Day 2. So it is a delay. I have all the proofs. Along with call records and screenshots. Anyway I am proceeding to cancel this substandard service of jio. And shall continue to put out tweets against using this service.

    How long are customers supposed to tolerate this? Jio network in Jalamb Village has become completely unreliable. Complaints, calls, screenshots — everything already provided, yet no permanent resolution. If service cannot be maintained, customers deserve compensation. @JioCare
