  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (4/8)Here's the real incentive problem: on every call, the support rep's main concern isn't whether my connection actually works — it's getting me to rate the call 5 stars. The ground team's main concern isn't fixing the fault — it's getting my OTP so they can close the ticket.

  @JioCare Your WiFi speed has become extremely slow and unreliable. This has been affecting our daily work and streaming. If this isn’t resolved immediately, we’ll have no option but to switch to Airtel. Please fix this ASAP.

  Dear @JioCare and @JioHotstar I recharged my Jio number yesterday with the ₹349 plan, which clearly includes a JioHotstar subscription. Despite a successful recharge, I have still not received the subscription, and customer support has denied the benefit. This is unacceptable.

  Very disappointing service from @reliancejio . I applied for JioFiber around 15 days ago. After filling the form, the installation team scheduled visits 2–3 times and cancelled them without giving any proper reason. I finally made the payment, and installation was promised for 6 August. It is now 7 August, but there is still no installation, no proper update, and nobody is even answering my calls. Order ID: NO0001EZQ4WM The local Jio office in my area has also remained closed for almost 6 days and was open only for a day. To make things worse, mobile network quality has also deteriorated. Earlier, 4G was working properly in my area. Since 5G was introduced, the network keeps switching between 4G and 5G frequently, and internet connectivity has become unstable. So right now: • Mobile internet is unreliable • JioFiber payment is already done • Installation deadline has passed • Local team isn't answering calls • Customer support isn't providing a solution @JioCare This is an extremely poor customer experience from Jio. Please resolve the JioFiber installation and network issue urgently.
