    @JioCare Chasing since 4th June. Totally irresponsible ground staff. Since 0.06 , everyday uninstallation reschedules. Long wait calls with unskilled call center persons, e-mails with inefficient support team and now false promising social media executives. Hopelessness loyal jio customer

    @jagograhakjago I had surrendered my connection in Mar21 till date @JioCare has not paid back deposit amount and they don't revert to queries or address service request.Myjio app & is so heavily AI/IVR based that you can't talk to customer care representative.
