  I have @reliancejio fiber but unable to send even text msg.Too slow internet speed. No benefit of C. care and mails to them. I am feeling forced to switch to @airtelindia. Jio convinced to get fiber for enhanced speed but now unable to text with 4G.

  @JioCare What kind of third class service you provide. My fiber is not working since morning, first you guys told that it will be fixed by 2.30 PM and now telling me to wait for next 24 hrs. Will you guys extend the service validity of time i have lost. #patheticservice

  @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Very pathetic CC for Jio fiber. It's been more than 10days complaint has not been resolved yet. Everytime I raise co person close it w/o resolution. Whats the use of plan when you can't watch TV for 15 days & pay for it?

  @JioCare Nothing worked till now. One of the highly irritating support service. Never seen any company with such a low customer service standards. Return my deposit amount, I am least bothered about your device.

  Dear Airtel, I recharged nearly 3k for my mobile(2500+250+250). The internet is rubbish after I done my recharge.When I used 49rs pack it is high speed. Now not even crossing 250kbps. Customer care people not even bothered about this. Can I Port to @reliancejio?? @airtelindia
