The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling the visit and is allegedly demanding extra cash payment to come on-site. This is highly unprofessional.

After reopening the complain again I have assigned with a new date.

The issue has been ongoing since 9 June in Sikiya Narayanpur, Mirzapur 231305, with near 0 Mbps speeds and latency of around 2000 ms despite showing 5G coverage.
