@JioCare The pickup has still not been done. It's almost 48 hours i raised this issue on twitter. in case they don't want their device, its okay. 14 days since I requested disconnection and my refund has not been processed yet. I want my refund now @reliancejio

@JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 10 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

@JioCare Dear Team, Really frustrated & irritated with internet connectivity. Finally raised a request 2 permanently disconnect my fibre SR00001EQCAF. In last 22 days this is 4th time facing issue with internet service.Everytime it took 3-4 days to resolve issue. Pathetic service.
