@JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber from more then a 6 months day by day jio box is getting slow down and channels not come properly , tv lag so much , box get hang or we can say friez i dont get any solution . When 1st time i get this box i feel same isse no one help me.

@JioCare Team, My concern is that i want to issue a new sim card as my old jio sim is lost and people at jio store is denying to give service saying that there internet is down and they will work on Monday as there is lockdown in our city on Saturday and Sunday and it was urgent.
