@JioCare @consumerforum_ I never asked to reschedule. @JioCare is changing dates from backend without informing after taking 3 months of money in advance. The customer care is not helping. They just say that the new date is this. I have attached proof of dates in previous tweet.

@reliancejio @JioCare I regret to inform you that the jio team at dehradun is unable to repair the jio fibre since last two days. I have filed a complaint on 16th Sept and it is going to be 48hours now,they are taking more than 48hours to repair a connection.
