I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

Everytime give me answer will provide solutions. 100 times complaint lodged on Jio portal. It is sameless. I think jio is not capable to handle the issue.
