@JioCare Hi karuna, it means alot for me finally someone replied on my concern. I am waiting from last 4 days for this same issue but no one contacted me. Finally i am waiting for some positive response hopefully my jio fiber issue will resolve today just after 4 days raised my request.

I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

@reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

I've been doing recharge in Mobile Data but not able to use due to poor speed. Paying of Airtel fiber which gets down 5 days every month. And using @reliancejio to use Internet. Paying more than 1.3k to see down time. Such a scam @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doing.

Every month I pay my hard earned ₹1100 for 1 month or 30days, out of which 5-6days are already wasted and I'm only left with 25days just because of your team. We as a customer always face losses and you as a company always makes profits. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The engineer came and resolved the issue. But he was very rude and reluctant to help. I am simply surprised at the kind of customer care Jio provides. It's needs to undergo tremendous improvement. I will disconnect soon @reliancejio
