I am waiting from last 4 days for this same issue but no one contacted me. Finally i am waiting for some positive response hopefully my jio fiber issue will resolve today just after 4 days raised my request.

How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

I specifically chose Jio Air Fiber expecting full 4K support, especially when the device is advertised as 4K capable.
