  I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

  @airtelindia @reliancejio please i requested to all my friends as well as my relatives stop using jio network service. Because they are not solving customer problem. I hate jio Helping center because they repeat same lines on every call. They are not telling the resolution date.

  @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been a frustrating experience. I booked a JioAirFiber connection, but there has been no installation because the assigned executive is completely unresponsive. Please escalate this issue and arrange the installation today.
