    @JioCare Since Morning Red Light is blinking There is no internet I called Jio Fiber Customer care they created a ticket SR000014QTH1 I am damn sure from my previous experience no service engineer will visit within 24 Hours Please add the downtime period in my validity Share SLA

    @JioCare dear jio care Me pichle 2 year se jio sim use kr rha hu , but last 7-8 month se itni gandi speed aa rhi hai ki 40 -50 kb ki pic bhi download nhi ho rhi hai . Please jio service band kro ya phir reliance ke naam khrab mt kro

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th than for 9th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad Service.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio please i requested to all my friends as well as my relatives stop using Airtel network service. Because they are not solving customer problem. I hate jio Helping center because they repeat same lines on every call.They are not telling the resolutiondate

    @JioCare worst service of jio fi,registered request in afternoon no one even visited not recieved any call. Same issue arries in every 2months, plus need to pay hefty adapter charges, tired of gio, please tel the way to surrender the connection , will start old dth service only.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not acceptable. The issue has already been pending for 5+ days and still there is no confirmed engineer visit slot. “Please wait” is not a resolution.I need a confirmed date and time within the next 24 hours, failing which I will proceed with filing a complaint.

    @JioCare Request to please read my issue there is no issue that payment not posted in the issue was I want to pay my postpaid bills As per my bill, the payable amount was ₹1,714.82, to my jio app I am click on pay bill and then asking a pin after UPI pin deduct ₹16,977.84
