@JioCare first of all i am using poco F1 my brother is using mi note 5 Pro and if my handset has some kind of issue then what about my brother as he is also facing the same problem....or send us a new pair of iphone 11 pro i am sending you the address .

I think @jio has also lockdown their tower. Very slow Jio network. How can people work from home in this net speed. @JioCare should look into this. At the time of 4G ..@JioCare is giving 2G. If situation will not improve..will move to @Airtel_Presence .

@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been 10 days since you promised me to resolve. Issue is not yet resolved. I am still facing issue of VOLTE goes automatically in my area. Not expected such a bad service from JIO. I will switch to other network if issue is not resolved.
