    @JioCare Hi karuna,my jio fiber issue has been resolved just now.I appreciate your effort.I have never seen before who are taking so much responsible about customer concern.I just want to know that 4 days i wasn't used internet cause of this issue so that days will add my recharge or not?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had done a booking and subsequent payment for a fiber connection at my home. Its been 2 days till now niether have I recieved any call for verification nor is there any status update and your customer care is unreachable as usual. Kindly update the status

    @reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing network issue in my area from a very long time. Since I am a Jio POS agent. I am not able to add new customers in Jio family due to poor network. I have complaint so many times but no action from the backend team. Kindly work on this.

    @JioCare t’s not fare. We paid money I lossed nearly seven days of internet and my works also disturbed without internet. If we tried to call customer care support calls are not connecting no proper rspince and proper problem resolving what is this all nonsense

    @JioCare Patience since two months now? @reliancejio fiber service should be complained to consumer forum for looting our money. Providing almost no internet by taking so much money from the consumers. Fed up now. It's Harrasment I feel being the owner of Jio Fiber. Just got scammed.

    On the other hand,it's been 7 days almost. @JioCare did nothing against my complaint. Just pure negligence. Jio period ends within 24th june. Afterwards,I don't have to call the customer care as I'm thinking of abandoning jio fiber service replacing it with @Airtel_Presence .

    @RelianceJio @JioCare "Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Visited the service center at Patna for my JioBharat phone, and the staff rudely told me 'Go repair it from wherever you want, we won't do it.' Is this how Jio treats its customers? Please look into this.

    12 DAYS NO INTERNET! Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio in Coimbatore. Despite raising multiple tickets, mailing the Appellate Authority, and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), ZERO action has been taken.
