    Idea is no more in bussiness why are you wasting time with Idea . I had complained 30 days back but no resolution yet. Waiting for the time line for porting with @airtelindia or @JioCare .

    @reliancejio Such a ****** customer experience. I have been waiting from 3 years two get my Jio Fibre Connection and when it came in my area, the Pole is so far, they can’t reach my home. It has been standing useless and Jio Doesn’t Care about it. Their Priorities are different!

    @Suhelseth @reliancejio Airtel is far better in Delhi/NCR, using its broad band service since 2012 and never thought of switching over!

    What the hell of this...This is not a 4G network this is called 2G network.😡 I got just of maximum speed of 15-40kbps tell me @JioCare @reliancejio this is u r 4G speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance Jio Broadband Service in several areas of Mumbai is the definition of monopolistic hostage-taking. Apartments locked in, no alternatives, zero accountability. Poor service? Tough luck. Can't switch? This is what monopoly looks like — pay us, but don't expect anything in return.

    @JioCare My complaint is that the red light on my router starts blinking right after 4 pm. I have been having problems since I installed the ubr device on the 7th April.

    it's very shameful for the Jio team, very cheap and poor quality network services. We have been facing since a long time but no one can resolve the issue 😔😔. JioFiber and the Jio network both failed. @JioCare @JM_Scindia @ChitrakootDm

    I even visited the Jio store in Karad, but instead of helping, they suggested installing Airtel. I prefer Jio and trust the service. @JioCare @reliancejio
