    @JioCare Hi karuna,my jio fiber issue has been resolved just now.I appreciate your effort.I have never seen before who are taking so much responsible about customer concern.I just want to know that 4 days i wasn't used internet cause of this issue so that days will add my recharge or not?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my hometown jio network suddenly stopped working for call & Net but cell network shows full and again started after some times (min 15 mins) problem occurs from yesterday kindly look into. Network tower name is Lahvauli(Lahboli)

    Idea is no more in bussiness why are you wasting time with Idea . I had complained 30 days back but no resolution yet. Waiting for the time line for porting with @airtelindia or @JioCare .

    What the hell of this...This is not a 4G network this is called 2G network.😡 I got just of maximum speed of 15-40kbps tell me @JioCare @reliancejio this is u r 4G speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am in contact with @jiocare since 1 St May2020 regarding SIM lock and PUK code 8279792386 and issue of duplicate SIM card but do not get solution to my problem.will @jiocare give your valuable time.

    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue remains unresolved. Yesterday’s visit was missed and today’s committed visit was denied. Service has been down for 3 days and is impacting my work. Kindly provide the engineer’s name, contact number, and a confirmed resolution time today.

    @JioCare The request id is SR000037T7H1. You are welcome to go through it and see if customers are to blame. Today is 3rd day of outage. I have already installed tata internet meanwhile but jio engineer is yet to visit. No one is friendly - not staff, not engineer even if we pay on time

    @JioCare @JioCare Appointment confirmed, time slot given, but nobody showed up and nobody bothered to contact. Truly a “wonderful” customer experience. Need immediate resolution.
