    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I will have to cancel this order if it's not installed today. Since 2 days there is no update on this. Your Sales person doesn't reply and even he came to take the advance, he mentioned the wiring is already there and it will be done max in 2 days!!

    Such a pathetic service by @JioCare . My JioFiber issue is still not resolved even after 2 days. The technician visited but failed to fix the issue. @reliancejio to compensate with an additional 2 days extension in my existing plan for the non-functioning service period.

    As a user I am highly recommneding not to use jio home/airfibre frm @reliancejio @JioCare Very poor service, CC says 1 mailing team says 2 X team says 3 bt no resolution,pay for 30 days bt compensation only if no resolution beyond 4 days. I am regretting I renewed
