@JioCare Raised a disconnection request today (within a month) as jio was dealing in bad faith. I know it wont matter you . but that is just a shame that a company that big doesnt intent to solve customer queries

@reliancejio Worst network i ever saw. Go to hell with your Jio plan, I am facing net issue since past 1 year and every time at the time of porting customer care people say wait for another 10 days and they promise to resolve issue. I don’t know how much time they need. I consume 56 mb/ day.

Great service and #GrievanceRedressalMechanism by @JioCare @reliancejio . Deactivated account in March yet not returning Rs 750 paid on 17th August 2022 for recharge.Was not aware account deactivated. To restore account asking me to travel 250 KM but not returning the money.
