    I complained many time in jio customer care for network speed related problem but all the time he ignores my problem and didn't give solution of my problem. So sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice We are trying to get a wifi connection, already there are poles in street but connection are full. There are 3 to 4 house still waiting for ports to be available from past 6 months. Would you please help in this regard. Sector 2 , Bahadurgarh

    @JioCare Why you are getting happy. You are not the best your service charge is good but service is worst. I do not suggest any body to port in with @reliancejio i remember that in the past tata docomo gives best speed in 2g than your 4g

    @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to express my special thanks to the Manager, Lenin, for his prompt action regarding my SIM replacement. He immediately arranged for the SIM to be sent to my home and resolved the issue quickly. He continuously followed up until the SIM was delivered to my home.

    Paid ₹999 to MyJio for a plan that includes JioHotstar, but even after 2–3 weeks the subscription is still not activated. Stop redirecting me to Hotstar support—I paid Jio, so Jio is responsible for resolving this.@JioCare @TRAI @JioHotstar

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. My internet has been down since morning. My service request has already been rescheduled 3 times, and the assigned engineer clearly refused to visit.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence was facing network issues, went to your store, got the e-sim replaced.... it worked for 1-1.5 hours and now no signal..... This is how you deal with your postpaid customers. Need to switch to @reliancejio I guess....

    @JioCare my jiofibre connection is canceled on 22nd June but still my refund not processed yet Person who uninstalled the connection has not followed the process and unnecessary I am suffering , registered complaint against him still no action taken by @reliancejio
