    Honorable @TRAI Plz improve network quality and availability. Our network in going to 0 when entering in house. How to do work from when network in not in home. I complaint 4 to 5 time to @JioCare but the are telling lie and do nothing. Now I complaint in @TRAI. Plz help us

    @JioCare @reliancejio While expanding ur customer base, service vry-vry poor even in Delhi wt 2 tak abt rural areas. Jio services deteriorating day by day after capturing mrkt bt Airtel connectivity still far better even in remote rural area.Hv 5 Jio conections n plng 2 chng optr

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are using atleast 5-6 no.s with in family and friends and it's been a long time and I'm following up with the Jio Care. Getting annoyed, angry as the time passes but I'm the problem not resolved as yet.

    2 mnths before i had complained Regrading @jio network is nt coming in my location as per @jiocare prblm wll be resolve within 2 months, bt still I & my friends & family member facing same problem may I know when it will be resolve otherwise we wll go other opt like @airtelindia

    @JioCare Why you are getting happy. You are not the best your service charge is good but service is worst. I do not suggest any body to port in with @reliancejio i remember that in the past tata docomo gives best speed in 2g than your 4g

    @JioCare Dear Jio Support, The indoor network coverage in my area is extremely poor, especially at night. Internet speeds are so slow that even WhatsApp messages fail to send or receive, and YouTube videos don't load. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

    @JioCare Work Order ES000002GO01 (02-Jul-2026) is still unresolved. Every day I receive emails saying an engineer is scheduled to visit, but not a single visit or phone call has happened. False commitments won't fix my internet. Please resolve this immediately. #jio #jiofiber

    @JioCare Is it possible for me to switch to Jio Air Fiber from Jio Fiber ? Will you transfer my remaining validity of Jio fiber to Jio Air Fiber ? As there is frequent issue in wired one. Within 10 days this is my 3rd complaint. And 3rd one is taking more than 4 days of time.

    @JioCare Jio fibre wifi not working for past 3 days contacting customer support and they're just telling me to unplug the wire and plug it again no call support nothing my bill is also paid, pathetic and you guys won't even give me refund for my wifi not working since last 3 days

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Now, the same problem has occurred again. Two days ago, the device failed to register a trip, even though the app correctly displayed all the vehicle data and location. This clearly indicates that the device was connected and functioning, yet the trip was not recorded.
