You can’t lodge complain since automated machine won’t let you bypass. Since no complain no. you can’t track and they don’t report delay anywhere.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the relocation has still not been completed. I have received multiple emails regarding delays and now a new service request (SR00003ADVD1) has been generated instead of resolving the issue. I request Jio to complete the relocation immediately and provide a definite timeline. If the issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. @JioCare @reliancejio
