@reliancejio just heard lovely music waiting for your customer care to get back on the phone and solve my issues with my jio no. And after 25 mins of waiting the call gets disconnected. Is this what you call customer care? Sad and frankly very unprofessional.

@JioCare I had surrendered my jio fibre connection 2 month ago when there was network issue and your engineer told me to cancel the connection and I will get a full refund of Rs 1500.

@JioCare Yes it was resolved for 2 days and again same issue started however now it is resolved again. This is continuous problem I am facing every month why can’t Jio team resolve this permanently. Every month there is down time and Jio takes almost 10 days to resolve the same.
