@reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

@JioCare Delivery executive has not delivered my simcard from last Saturday when I place an order they cancel it. Is their any other option for jio postpaid.

And bad internet isn't limited to just Delhi . My home town jio internet is worse. Both places my airtel numbers run fine

@TRAI Dear Sir I Rajeev Kumar Sharma having a jio number 7011784343 who's recharge plan expiry was on 4th July 2022 which I recharged for one year and since 2 months no signal & couldn't recharge my number.trying to recharge its not working. No help from @JioCare Plz help.

Hello @reliancejio @jiocare. Jio internet isn’t working in the “Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, Delhi”, which is so close to yours bosses friends house. How will you make digital india like this? Have your servers crashed due to lot of people in same area using your network?

Network Problem in Jio, always show call failed. Do something else you will lose your customers. @reliancejio @JioCare

@itsBSSRAY Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

No proper 4g network in our location G96X+52H Kendrapara , Odisha & we r using jio prepaid & postpaid & Airtel CUG connections also. Contacted and visited both customer care but Internet and call & network quality is very bad...Kindly look into this.@trai @airtelindia @JioCare

@JioCare Your network was so annoying that I had to reset my network settings and ultimately lost the esim sync. I have no clue how to reinstate the esim back on my iPhone 🙃 Sollunga pa 🤭 P.S. Please don’t tell me to visit the nearby Jio outlet 🤌🏾

@JioCare "at the earliest possible time". I have heard enough of these types of sentence. You are fooling yourself and the organisation only by saying this. You are following the BSNL footsteps. I want the time and date of resolution. Also you have to compensate for the delay @TRAI

@reliancejio As you are doing lot of soft work to spread your business but if you will do just 20% of this to improve connectivity then You will not lose your customers..Really connectivity is very poor in my area-Dehradun main city.

@chaitanyamhatre I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
