@reliancejio I am a jio postpaid customer, and today morning I got a message that I have already used my credit limit. I have a plan of Rs 399 in which I can make unlimited calls and 75Gb roll over data. My data is already left so please tell me why my calls barred. I m upset.

Dear @JioCare on the last day of plan expiry of your prepaid service your data speed remains so slow that I can't even install an app of 25 Mb for nearly 2 hours. I don't know whether you are doing this deliberately or happening accidentally but it's not good. Take care of this.
