    @JioCare @Sachineb I have ported in one of my prepaid Vodafone No. into Jio post this experience but regrettably I have to say that it was even a worst decision I have made. Ported in for my jio data card but worst network coverage.

    @JioCare I am a customer of your network..From some months I am not able to use your network properly for " Simple Calling or Internet services ".If things continues like this some more days.I will think to go to other service provider..So kindly work on it..As soon as posible

    @JioCare @reliancejio doesn't give shit abot customers complaint. Request u to please disconnect our connection of jio fiber. The set top box doesn't doesn't catch the connection from router. Not at all user friendly. Please refund our money back. Third rate service

    @geekyranjit @reliancejio Nothing will happen u won't get 5G invite if u haven't got in 1st place this is malpractice on the side of jio. I am also facing same issues since 1 month everyone at my home is using 5G but I haven't got invited till today. They shld tell that it's invite based 5G trials in ads.

    @reliancejio Feb 1st our wifi router was kept on disconnecting,so I contacted customer care to check it, on the same day itself service person came and analysed need to change the router and asked to wait 4hrs for internet,it's been 3days no internet yet.
