    @JioCare Hello Syed, for your kind information I am currently living in gurugram sector -33 , if you are not able to provide best service in NCR location then how will believe on jio for rural area. Very bad service by jio from last 3 weeks. No solution only getting messages.

    Finally, got #Airtel fibre installed and connectivity restored (tweeting on Airtel n/w). #JioFiber can now happily keep ignoring customer's pleas I feel sad my hard earned 💲 is down the drain, but atleast I can resume WFH. Thanks @airtelindia Goodbye @JioCare and good riddance

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Worst customer service which I have experienced till date. You people can't send the engineer immediately when we have a issue, why? Even though if we ask for emergency help you just directly deny.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid for 3 months in advance, has been 12 days Jiofiber not working, Jio care assuring to resume service in 1 hour in a loop. Pathetic services. I am gonna disconnect tomorrow.

    @JioCare This issue is still unresolved despite sharing all my details via DM. My installation has been repeatedly rescheduled from 30 Jun to 3 Jul and now 4 Jul, but no one has come. The agent either doesn't answer calls, speaks rudely, or promises to visit and never shows up.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Your customer support has become a textbook example of deficiency in service. I have two unresolved JioFiber issues: • One WiFi connection has remained disconnected for months after the cable was cut. Since the connection is inactive, your own app does not even allow a complaint or reference number to be generated. • The second issue has been repeatedly reported. Around 25 days ago, your representative Shrikant called me, and I provided him with all the required connection details. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Even more disturbing, the set-top box installed by your own technician has now been blocked. I am being informed that its serial number does not exist in your records, which is why your app cannot register a complaint. If that device was not genuine, how did it function for months? It was installed by your authorized executive—not procured or installed by me. For weeks, I have been asking your team to collect the existing set-top box and replace it with a genuine one. Instead, I continue to receive the same automated responses: “We understand your concern,” “Very soon,” “We have forwarded it to our team.” Enough is enough. If Jio is unable or unwilling to resolve these issues immediately, provide the name, designation, and contact number of the responsible local manager or field executive so that I can deal with a responsible officer instead of automated replies. Failing this, I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the competent Consumer Commission and other regulatory authorities for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, negligence, mental harassment, and the use of an unauthorized/non-traceable device installed by your own representative. I shall also seek compensation for the loss, inconvenience, and continued harassment caused by Jio’s inaction. This is your final opportunity to resolve the matter before legal action is initiated.

    @JioCare Its been more than 48 hours and my issue is still not solved. This is not the service i expect. You guys charge for the full month, yet this is the hassle I’m facing. Are you guys going to make my bill free next month? I’m loosing patience. Worst service and no accountability.

    @JioCare NO00015GQ7AR, online jio sim has been booked on 27 june 26. Everyday receiving a message the process has been initiated and X guy will deliver. Raised complaint. Today again got the same message. Want to cancel request will all money return.
