    @reliancejio Jio-Claims broad internet network across PAN India. But is it true bcoz my internet speed a 5 kbps from the last 5 days,called 3 times n Jio reply is we are working to get fix soon but not yet. QQ-why Jio false claim to enable best internet facility? Useless network

    @JioCare @reliancejio .terrible after service. Internet down since morning & despite raising a complaint no engineer visit.reason being non availability of engineer . In these times when everyone wfh can’t expect such #terribleservice.

    @reliancejio I have already registered multiple times on your site. The problem is that our society management says Jio has not seeked permission for cabling in the society whereas Airtel has already done 50-60% of cabling. When does Jio plan to request permission from our society management?

    @JioCare fiber not working for a week service agent assigned on 26th 27th 28th did not come and now reassigned for the 4th time on 31st after my connection expires. Am i suppose to recharge again for a service that is not working??? Chat, call customer care is pathetic all bots!

    @JioCare Network in UP East area is very poor since 9 days. We paid Rs.2999 for recharge to avail highspeed internet and calling but what getting is experience of poorest browsing and surfing speed alongwith cross calling. Kindly correct and take remedial measures.@reliancejio

    @JioCare This is not acceptable. You are not address the issue, rather you are telling me things i already know. Your engineering who came for registration assured me that i and my friend shall get vouchers but my friend who referred me got the voucher but i did not.
