    @JioCare @reliancejio The services improve when you send PORT sms and goes down again after you withdraw. This is amazing ! So no service just money. @TRAI do you even exist anymore ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Let me suggest jio one thing,the call centre service is to poor, you should think on setting a coustomer grivence cell. Ir atleast employ proper human, you have onli tape recorders. More over conncting them is again a difficult job. Worst

    With @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia services so poor in the heart of Gurgaon that it seems they are handing over me the business on a silver platter to @reliancejio. Sad end.

    @JioCare called 3 times. 2 times disconnected. 3rd time no solution. Poor experience and shoddy customer service. Cust service agent Refused to identify himself. Surprised & disappointed. Difficult to change service provider but will definitely try to switch now.

    @JioCare Yes this is what customer care executive also says everytime... Never expected such service from jio. Will switch to airtel if issue doesn't get resolved by tommorrow morning. Engineers appointed are careless. Acc to jio fiber they say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.
