India badly needs some strict regulations and controls on after sales in service industry. Most companies suck. @JioCare actually does not care. Help apps hardly for app, helpline doesn't give you option to register if you have problem. Every interface just want to sell/upsell

@JioCare And you Engineer has himself entered my account no. On his device. I have not entered by my own. And with all these you can't justify yourself self. You made a mistake by credited to a wrong account. For which i had already raised a complaint to correct the account number.

@JioCare However, at the time of rectification, they will ensure that other residents will hv issue. Their engineers can tell u upfrontly that they don't hv time and disconnect your call. I hv lodged complaint with their customer care abt this behaviour but no step has been taken @TRAI

@JioCare @TRAI, their box in my colony has issue. Their engineers always says that they hv requested to change the box 100 times but these ppl don't care. Whenever anyone complaints, their engineer will come (as per their convenience and date), rectify the mistake.
