    @JioCare @MukeshAmbaniOf JioFiber stopped working on 3 Sep. service request raised. After several phone calls and tweets it was repaired after 36 hours in the evening of 4Sep. within three hours it stopped. Today again Service Request number SR000016IN3E Please get it repaired

    @JioCare Hi, it has been over a month now, spoke to the callcentre 3-4 times but no one updates. Please let me know your intentions clearly, if required, i am fine to take a legal route. Your official mail on 6th Aug says refunds would be processed in 14 days. Pathetic service.
