@reliancejio It takes more than 10 minutes to download a 100 MB game. We have recharged to use the same speed. You know how many subscriber we have. They all have to provide high speed net. Your Thank you that your net speed is 6mbps but till date we have never used 2mbps speed.

@airtelindia @reliancejio Have you ever think about your customers. Prices of data packs have been increased but the service is same (Network quality low, data buffering, noisy voice calls) . Many times called customer service, same response I got. We are fixing the problem.

@NavinsinghIn @reliancejio @Paytm I never had a PayTM account. I withdraw cash & use it for small transactions. For bigger ones there are always debit cards, NEFT & IMPS - I haven't done an RTGS yet - unfortunately don't do such big transactions! 🤣

@reliancejio I am using jio for almost 1 year but I am regularly facing problem of low coverage area and slow internet speed , I called jio care so many times but they always said only one thing , our team will work fir good service to you , but i didn't get any gud service yet.
