I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

Recharged ₹10,000 after your executive assured me the plan would start only after my current plan expired – instead it started immediately, and now I'm told to pay ₹541 more, "settled" over 15 months!
