Congratulations to #RelianceIndustries for becoming the first company to touch a market capitalisation (m-cap) of Rs 10 lakh crore. I just hope now they spend some money to hire talent @reliancejio that can fix #JioFiber problems. As everyone @JioCare incompetent!

It's a shame that one of the biggest telecom service provider in the world @reliancejio isn't able to fix a technical glitch for more than 24 hours. The @JioCare team has no resolution for someone who is not able to recharge the #JioFiber account. #FAIL

@JioCare Dear @JioCare please take a moment and go through my earlier tweets. for more than 40 days I have been constantly begging you through calls/tweets to fix the problem, just because of your bad network i hade two non-confirmed tickets many late assignments and.. 1/2

@reliancejio @JioCare msg JIO gave on 14.11.2019 it reads "Sorry for the delay.We have already forwarded the details regarding your concern to the relevant team and they will work towards assisting you at the earliest-Prashant" nobody assisted. JIO claim WORLD CLASS SERVICE.

@JioCare The set top box has finally been supplied today after 1.5 months. Incase those who used to wrongly mark the issue as "resolved" are not taken to task, then your service delivery will always remain weak. Hope exemplary action is taken against the defaulting manager.
