I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Devansh (@ashvend) reportedAI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

However, I noticed that on your system, the status has been falsely marked as "INSTALLED". This is a complete misrepresentation and fraud.
