    Jio broadband isn’t able to deliver resolution of customer issues in 24 hours as committed. We had lodged a complaint vide number SR000015RLU3. @reliancejio

    @airtelindia provides very quality services. If I complaint in airtel then my issue must resolved on same day. Your service request number is SR000015UIM3. You will receive an update by 21/07/2021 11:44. Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @anilambani @neetaambani after 2 hours I lost my connection stop saying jio fiber net is best strongly dissatisfied customer if I am paying on time my bills I deserve better service. Once my recharge will over going to switch Airtel fiber

    I just called Jio customer service. No MR 0000XM4NFK. Jio Executive (Rajesh ) attitude was pathetic and didn’t help me as expected. Her supervisor ( Kashish) asked the same question from me at least 10 time’s but did not provide me the expected resolution time. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello @JioCare I got message after complaint that my issue will resolved in 24 hrs but not a single call recieved to resolve my issue.. and no engineer visited to solve my issue. This kind of poor service I never thought from reliance jio.

    @JioCare Why don't you take off CABC AWAJ & CNBC TV 18 business channels from your network when same are not functioning properly, second time in seven days they are running without sound, claiming world class services but hopeless whereas others channels are fine.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare when your service is not available then how can you charge it to your customer? when I called your customer care(18008899999) to get details about problems he kept me on hold for 45 minutes and post 45 minutes he disconnected it without answer #shameful

    Time to switch to @reliancejio Such a worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised service request 2 times for same issue n both d time Airtel closed the service request without providing resolution. They even didn't think of updating custmr on same b4 closing

    @MumtazShiraz @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence
