    @JioCare @reliancejio what number do you want House number, street number, landmark also given The address given is in India, not on the moon, Amazon, Flipkart deliver, they don't have any problem in finding the address, but you are not getting the address. Can't find address or doesn't want to work

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @JioCare not able to receive otp messages on my jio mobile no. in Delhi. Tested same on other non jio network otps are working. Payment gateway is Razorpay. These issues are becoming very common nowadays in jio. 😡 Please fix your network.

    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    @JioCare I am still seeing an old, inactive fiber connection linked to my account on the MyJio app despite multiple attempts to resolve via customer care. The support experience has been extremely disappointing. Please look into this and remove the old connection immediately.

    @JioCare Leave it, I don't think you are trying to solve the issue, otherwise I don't have to explain you same issue. It's better to port out. That will be easier for me, you took 90 days and still asking me what is the issue? First issue is customer support? First improve it.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.
