    @JioCare @reliancejio I am try to connect JIO team from last one week by customer care no and though website form. But till date nothing is done. As my opinion JIO has no support. This is a serious issue regarding brand value. Need Ambani family to look in this issue.@AmbaniTina

    Worst data speed, 20kb/s to 60kb/s only @reliancejio @JioCare , wasted 444 recharge, no value due bad speed at my location. Called cust. Care but got same expected reply from them as trained by there seniors that technical problem at your location n we r working on same..hahaha.

    @reliancejio @jio @JioCare Very bad exprince, there are management of Jio's store is very poor, here only people are rotated, it is very poor service. There is no value for anyone's time. There is no way to talk to customs, at all.

    Day2:- My #JioFiber internet pack still haven’t been activated. Acc to #Jio although the Internet Data(GB) expired but the validity of last pack is still left till 22 Jan,so my new recharge won’t get activated till 22. They will take your money and won’t give service! @JioCare

    @JioCare hello, i have travelling out of country for 3-4 months,without informing me they disconnected my jio number, my number is attached in every bank account, very bad service, without informing on secondary number, how they disconnect! There is no network in europe!

    Please refrain from subscribing long term #JioFibre plans @reliancejio. In case you need to move on @reliancejio will not relocate your connection and will force you to discontinue service without making any refunds
