    @JioCare @reliancejio I was having the same issues with @airtelindia but they resolved the issues. They asked me to exchange the sim card. Is it happening of that,I am not able to use net of Jio. Very disguisting

    @Airtel_Presence No there is no speed to highly my airtel number many problems no connected call and the issue from long time if my problems not solve I will port my number in @reliancejio or another network

    @JioCare : I called your customer service no, what I got in return,the duffer is not ready to register my complaint. Internet is not working and when I asked to register my complaint,he bluntly denied,they hired these duffers for what,Now I want my money back,tell me the process

    @JioCare How many times are you going to ask the same thing. I have sent my address multiple times in ur DM. I even asked to send a technician home and check the network but nothing. You cannot just ask some thing again n again.

    @JioCare I am doing this since last two days,tell me the process to get inside your router and get it fixed,u guys r so dumb that instead of registering a complaint and send someone to get this **** physically checked,giving gyan here.Take out your router and connection,refund my money

    @JioCare I am a jio fibre user and please consider this as my feed back. You internet speed is very good but it is almost impossible to connect to customer care executive through a call. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare,@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Switching to #JIO was such a bad decision. Hell like service. #JIO doesn't cares for the customer. No resolution of concerns. Worst customer service & concerns handling I have ever seen. My nos. have been deactivated without justification
