@JioCare I have pre on post plan. Got 399 plan recharged but can’t call non jio numbers and can’t find any option to recharge top up. Cust care says yes this is a problem but can’t tell any timelines by when will it be resolved. This is absolutely not done.

@JioCare from last three days my jio fiber connection is down, making complaints everyday, no assistance from any corner, if this is what we are looking at, we should rethink to switch to #JIO #pooraftersaleservice

@reliancejio i changed my number from Airtel to jio. Now i m not able to connect to the phone. It says number is switched off. But when I dial WhatsApp call it connects easily. Ridiculous customer service no number available for complaint. It is for us to use data

@airtelindia please expand fiber service to my location. it is available at my pin code 560066 2.5 kms away from my flat. only act fibernet(limited data plans) is available. @reliancejio is also not available. 2.5kms is not a very long distance.
