    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m in my free trial service with you which is ending on 22 October but I have no intent to continue your services. Its been a mistake changing my internet service provider to you guys last month.Been 3 days and there has been no action taken on my complaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio @anmol_ambani More than 24 Hrs trying lodge a complaint of Jio not working 01203540011. No support from call centre or Chat. Cannot even lodge complaint. Pathetic service support. #shame

    Hi @JioCare Your Gigafibre is not working since 3 days and guys at customer helpdesk doens't even reply. You can't provide stable service and good customer redressal system. Please look into it and there is no connection since 3 days. Our office work depends on it.

    @JioCare There are more than 5000 jio users in our society and network connectivity is zero in society premises. Neither Jio Fibre reached us till date so that residents can opt for Jio Broadband services. Upgrade your network here in Royal Nest Society. And ask your area mngr to resolve.

    @reliancejio what a scam you are perpetuating. Asked for installation of BB at home, paid in advance and now there is no sign of installation... when I ask for cancellation and refund of advance told will happen in 30 days. So you dont provide service and earn interest

    @JioCare No I need a call back. Your call center doesn’t even bother telling your customer that the technician will be cancelling!! I cancelled my plans twice because I was given slots! I need this fixed ASAP. What pathetic customer service?!? If this continues I’m cancelling contract

    Dear @JioCare , Please fix your network towers. I travel to airoli from sanpada on daily basis. Once I'm in local train i don't get enough internet speed to access my social media. Atleast i should be able to surf on internet. It takes 3 to 4 mins just to load one page. (1/2)

    @JioCare There is no network of jio available....though he gets other network in manual mode he is unable to connect it as sim card doesn't showing any network bar in mobile... Please get resolved this issue as early as possible... Otherwise I will sue in consumer court.

    @JioCare the JioFibre line is down 3rd time this month. It was down in June as well. Every time it takes 5 days for your engineer to visit. This is how a customer of 4 years is treated. Shame!
