    @JioCare you have the worst call drop rate in history of telephone. People used to refer BSNL for these things but you are above all.That too in delhi. Your net doesn't work while talking on phone. I know you will deny all facts shamelessly. But it's true u re the worst.

    Dear @JioCare, please stop spamming me with calls on tele-verification of a new Jio number that I had requested for through @10digiapp. No signals bars, your customer support asks me to wait. @10digiapp says the verification failed. Please sort, and provide me with the service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI May be if u record complaint then the complaint would hv to be rectified. Seen first ever customer care which says that we know the complaint that's y we will not take complaint. May be complaint nos. records would hv to be shown to TRAI. 2/2.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Trying to log in network complaint with Jio Care since 10 March 2019. Till date no response from Jio. Surprisingly Jio customer Care198 refused to take a n/w complaint also as they r confirming that know that there n/w has issue. 5 Months waiting 1/2

    @10digiapp @JioCare My order numbers are #100114890 and #100115426. The latter was initiated on advise of your customer care executive, post verification failure on the first order. I’ve already paid the charges and was assure that a back-end transfer of the amount shall be done. No luck yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare In last 13 months, I’ve signed 3 times on CAF on behalf of our Society. Each time, I was promised wiring for GigaFiber shall be done in next 15 days. Nothing has happened yet. Residents in my Society are getting impatient now. This is terrible service. 😡

    @JioCare No one can dare to talk on phone between 6pm to 11pm on jio.I am not saying that it doesn't work at all places, it works at certain areas but this area is very scanty. So if you are buying jio in delhi first be sure that it works. Cheaters.

    Waiting at Reliance jio service center -Aditya mall, gzb but employee are unresponsive and lot of kiosk is here just to open the door. Neither engineer is interested to listen @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia replaced rs49 pack to rs79 just to keep incoming/outgoing active for 28d and it doesn't have outgoing SMS.🤬 Now you have to recharge with 129 pack just to send port SMS. WTF😡 Bye Airtel it's time to port all my numbers associated with airtel to @reliancejio

    @JioCare Points to be noted: 1. All u customer care sound like bots. May be true. 2. Resolution not provided for the 3rd straight time. 3. Appellate authority also replies like bots, without reading my concern properly. 4.ur callbacks r only miss calls of 2 seconds

    @JioCare @jiocare hav sent the details on DM. Pls send a technician today to install wifi. It's already delayed by 1 week. I expect better customer service than what I have experienced with #jiofiber. Pls educate ur customer care representatives on dealing with complaints better.

    @JioCare Why do you guys spam so much? I start getting reminders on every call 5 to 10 days in advance about my recharge which is really irritating since many a times I find myself in emergency. Plus spam messages. And even after i did recharge, I continued receiving the reminder messages
