    @JioCare please help. Vis a Vis on same credentials imagine Airtel took precisely one day to instal. Still waiting for Jio fibre but either your process is too complex or there is some lack of transparency. 5k yes one refund received rest no communication . Agent not responding!

    @JioCare As per your customer care this is known issue in my area and there is no timeline of the resolution. I paid one year rental in advance. I want to port out and want my money back

    Port out reqst placed. From BSNL to jio on 29sept19. Gt confirmation sms 4m jio dat reqst has been fwd to BSNL on the same date. Recd service call 4m BSNL twice on 30sept19 regards to MNP. Post dat no update on the date or time when port wil b done. @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

    @JioCare I did complaint for the device collect for 3-4 times and service request raised for 3 times and there been a long time of 25 days, still I'm waiting for resolution. I didn't thought for this type of poor resolution. JioFiber Service ID 299848182718
