I called almost 30 times and everytime, they escalate the issue, with no resolution. Paying for thr service which u cant use. #Pathetic

As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.

I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.
