    @JioCare Thank Komal, I have sent my details on dm. I don't think so @VodafoneIN have any sense of urgency to retain a customer who remained stick to @VodafoneIN from last 10 years.

    Customer service complaints are closed without contacting the customer or fixing the issue. This seems to be the biggest automation I have seen. @JioCare

    @JioCare As per your customer care this is known issue in my area and there is no timeline of the resolution. I paid one year rental in advance. I want to port out and want my money back

    @JioCare please help. Vis a Vis on same credentials imagine Airtel took precisely one day to instal. Still waiting for Jio fibre but either your process is too complex or there is some lack of transparency. 5k yes one refund received rest no communication . Agent not responding!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio It was very tough for me to jump from airtel to Jio But now I regret why I did so . Such a poor internet even wwts app is not working properly I complained to Jio care many time but nothing resolved . Kindly follow up

I am extremely surprise to see the behaviour and service from your side. As new customer I am getting this service what if I am existing one.?

    @BarathBaskar @JioMart_Support @reliancejio . dont use this platform Grofers is far better than this 👎👎.....their delivery also worst of its kind, keep rescheduling without intimation and finally cancels the order....while complaining cs says it was a technical issue. but how many times happening for the second time.

    @JioCare Faizan i believe no telecom service provider except JIO put a connection on suspension for breaching the due date by 1 day, that too for cx who never defaulted the payment during entire relationship with Jio. U lost my faith in JIO i will go back to @airtelindia
