    Today I realised how unhelpful a customer can feel if the service provider is @reliancejio @JioCare! I’ve been constantly complaining for 6 days now and there is no resolution/support whatsoever.

    Farmers sifted from jio to other service providers, during their agitation, now return back to jio, why you are using jio services , and spreading hate against @reliancejio , control your double standards

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

    @Airtel_Presence I am airtel postpaid user since long infact have 7+ airtel numbers in family but in last 6-7 months all are been shifted to @reliancejio only single number running now, matter is very poor Signal strength at my location, in past it was ok but now very very poor

    @JioCare stupid internet service by jio during IPL .totally sucks. If u guy's r not able to provide High speed during high traffic.. why promote ur service and adding on more customers..

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unfortunately cancel our jio fiber connection due to relocation, successfully cancelled but refund process is taking too long. waiting for a month to receive my refund and everytime contact to customer care, says it is in process, disappointed from service.

    @JioCare in last 2 days I can't make any call can't use my data jio getting down and down in last two days i have received some important call but i can't talk because your network still down

    @JioCare great new business by jio Fibre, initially tell to customer not recharge and then block the acount due to no balance and when the account recharged after set up box just disconnected and tell to purchase a new one i.e, again invest for new setup box . Loot machoo loot

    My @airtelindia broadband connection was scheduled to be shifted within city last week. No one has contacted me yet. Your app doesn't help at all. Crashes most of the time. If unaddressed by today EOD, i will switch to @JioCare broadband

    @JioCare Jio fiber is pathetic, inconsistent network, keep disconnecting, their service engineers are also inconsistent, someone called that he will come this morning but he disappeared the way their network disappears, Time to discontinue and plan to switch to @airtelindia
