    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday your so called #JioFiber "best broadband" internet connection is not working. A complaint was filed yesterday ref. SR000012D0LA and another one today ref. SR000012DBWT but you guys seems clueless😡 The former local connection was better.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more than 15 days, when I requested for the relocation of services. I havent heard anything from tech. I called almost 30 times and everytime, they escalate the issue, with no resolution. Paying for thr service which u cant use. #Pathetic

    Pathetic highly unreliable service and absolutely no physical presence on ground to support. Everything on remote automated responses which mean zilch. Pay money on time forget service seems to be motto of @reliancejio SHAME on the sham of service you provide

    I m using Jio service more then 2 years but now Jio service is falling down and Jio net speed going to very low and customer support is not give exact reason why the net speed falling down. Unsatisfactory #bedservice @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Such a shame @JioCare a few days before I lodged a complaint about the network issue and it has only got worse sno response from your side @TRAI also have a blind eye because @JioCare customer complaints and satisfaction doesn't matter

    @JioCare I tried but your service is not available in my area 😔 so going with local till yor service available and also going to file case in consumer court against @Airtel_Presence as they are not provideing any solution nor willing to disconnected the connection refund amount

    @reliancejio If a person want to pay its Postpaid bill..and the connection is terminated..then for paying dues only the customer have to get OTP . But from where ? Cz the connection is already terminated.. And as far as I searched..there is no other medium to pay postpaid bill

    @JioCare And what about one more payment that was charged on May 4 ? Who will adjust that ? So typically you have charged 2 extra months. Thats the problem that no one is yet aware of issue and are discussing it on twitter. Was not aware twitter is Jio’s official customer care centre.
