    @reliancejio dear sir, I have taken jio fibre connection on 4th December. No issues as such except I see worst Instaltion. Fiber cable crossing road by hanging. It may snap anytime. I objected & reported coordinator Pramendra 8595916529 to take first hand info. Nothing done???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Ug @VodafoneIN @JioCare What d F***k you guys are doing from last 5 years at one place . I thing airtel got gold at same place and forgot network issue . Airtel is a big Cheaters company. I will port my all nos to Jio or Vodafone.

    Pathetic 1st time experience of jio fiber. Been 10 days they colected payment, been 6 days of chasin dem for instalation,they postpone it daily.Customr service is takin no action,neither refundin our money.Our mails and cals are unanswered @reliancejio @fiber_jio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare You are making fool of yout customers last week i received a call from your side i made complain regarding speed your engineer called me in the evening and said me that i am closing the complain without visiting this is what you are giving to your customers very bad Jio

    @JioCare worst network connectivity, Portout my number into last week. Now feel, i made mistake. Last operator network far better than Jio. Always show 1 or 2 Network Bar. Internet speed almost "No Internet"

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    Such a shame @JioCare a few days before I lodged a complaint about the network issue and it has only got worse sno response from your side @TRAI also have a blind eye because @JioCare customer complaints and satisfaction doesn't matter

    @gauravraj911 @airtelindia @reliancejio & amazing thing is my new location is just 1.5 kms away frm old location.. I am gonna wait til 1Feb or 2Feb after dat i will surrender my wifi connection and also port airtel post connection as well coz i dnt wana b part of such organization & also disconnect d2h service as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio I facing some problem in calling to any no. So I report it to jio customer care. First call connected but disconnect. Second call - a lady answer and she cut call . Third call- person name manoj answer call I asked him to please connect (1)

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @reliancejio Yes, you're right. I don't believe Relice Jio can be responsible for shutting down Telegram. All the bad things are easily done through @telegram : movies,TV shows, paper leaks, and all sorts of bad things.All the bad work happens through Telegram groups and channels.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have not ordered any Jio SIM, but I received a message and a call from someone pretending to be a Jio staff member. He said that I had ordered a Jio SIM, but I denied it. Then he said that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should tell him the code I had received.

    @JioCare I Switch From Airtel Wifi to Jio Fiber On 1st June this month...but this is my worst decision I ever made jio fiber has been very poor (1 - 18 june) I didn't get any proper internet bad service bad customer service support i live in Kolkata birati.. Airtel is far better

    @JioCare @DoT_India after paying charges in advance literally need to beg to fix the issue. Or Simply refund and advise to go for other network, I have 6 months advance.
