    @reliancejio @JioCare Unfortunately cancel our jio fiber connection due to relocation, successfully cancelled but refund process is taking too long. waiting for a month to receive my refund and everytime contact to customer care, says it is in process, disappointed from service.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup Hey team I am from faridabad (121004) I don't know what's going on with the jio internet networks in our area. And the executives are saying that we are not sure when the problem would be resolved. We are paying u full but u are not providing us properly.

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday your so called #JioFiber "best broadband" internet connection is not working. A complaint was filed yesterday ref. SR000012D0LA and another one today ref. SR000012DBWT but you guys seems clueless😡 The former local connection was better.

    @JioCare SR0000382GQN was incorrectly marked as a service call. Repeated unwanted calls are causing harassment and inconvenience. Please review the complaint and stop these calls immediately. @TRAI please give me more options where i can complaint against @jio

    @IndiaSportsTV IMO #JioairFiber is not connecting with STB. On TV it's still showing Activation error *F6. But @JioCare is unable to rectify the issue yet. #football fans are not getting any better deals yet for #fifaworldcup Qatar coverage was far better with Jio

    Shocking way to treat customers, @JioCare! I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.
