    @JioCare The problem is with the network itself: mainly due to incapacitated bandwidth. Any download, upload, video calling, streaming gives a pathetic, intermittent or poorly slow experience. Kindly apply brain before asking such questions for which you people know already in area 121001

    @JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

    Pathetic 1st time experience of jio fiber. Been 10 days they colected payment, been 6 days of chasin dem for instalation,they postpone it daily.Customr service is takin no action,neither refundin our money.Our mails and cals are unanswered @reliancejio @fiber_jio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio Inspite of complaint where feed back is demanded without action. Facing before calling message no valid recharge there on my e sim in cell. Valid still for next days but not of use for me. Regrets for next recharge. Third time since morning today no help.

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more than 15 days, when I requested for the relocation of services. I havent heard anything from tech. I called almost 30 times and everytime, they escalate the issue, with no resolution. Paying for thr service which u cant use. #Pathetic

    Now @JioCare doesn't care about the customers. Their engineers are sleeping on the office desk. Last 3 days raising same complaint but no one coming to visit. Toll free no. And chats support are only design to register service request not to connect with support. @TRAI .

    @JioCare @AmazonPayIN I accidentally did a Jio recharge on a wrong number via Amazon Pay. I do not want a transfer, I want a full refund. Jio customer care is refusing to help. Please escalate this to a senior manager and reverse my money.

    @JioCare Facing no connectivity problem from last 2 days & called JIO CC 2-3 times yesterday & complaint registered today morning and since then 5-6 times called JIO CC. Tried all options viz. Run Diagnostic, Router Power Off/On, but problem not resolved so far, given assurance only.
