    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more than 15 days, when I requested for the relocation of services. I havent heard anything from tech. I called almost 30 times and everytime, they escalate the issue, with no resolution. Paying for thr service which u cant use. #Pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unable to call jio ncr numbers from my postpaid number.. This issue is pending for long and i have ported in from vodafone. It's better to port out back

    Heyy, @airtelindia today is 23rd july and my sim is still deactivated from 8th July your customers service is pathetic not even replying my DM's and how long it gonna take to activate my sim or I gonna switch to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are living in Sector 85, Faridabad wherein there are 5-6 blocks and over 500 families live here. But still Jio people says its not a viable solution to offer Jio Fibre. Please suggest. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

    @JioCare The problem is with the network itself: mainly due to incapacitated bandwidth. Any download, upload, video calling, streaming gives a pathetic, intermittent or poorly slow experience. Kindly apply brain before asking such questions for which you people know already in area 121001

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.

    @JioCare Cancellation request raised on 28th June by the customer care. Made repeated followups for the full refund. No refund yet. What is the backend team doing?? I really don't understand. Installation doesn't take place for weeks together and now for cancellation, same scene!
