It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. Will appreciate an extension of my plan by the number of days it was down.
