@JioCare Still no attempt made in any direction to resolve the issue I have had with my internet connectivity. Above that when I call customer care they say i have to wait four more days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. THE WORST.

@JioCare The reason why your jio fiber will not grow specially in Dehradun is because of your employees who are rude and slacking. They took my money 1 week ago and still have not installed the fiber connection. All employees and managers and the engineers are rude.

@JioCare How much more time does JioFiber needs to rectify a simple issue? Have been without a landline for the last 11 days! You expect patience from a customer but have no solutions for the problem faced by him/her. Take some corrective actions. Hold your assigned team accoutable too.
