    @MinkaReturns @JioCare No they take care . Last time i complained they called the head of dehradun jio department. Nd further head himself called me and asked for the apology . Since then whatever problem i face i contact here first Its evening ryt nw ., if it was morning i might contact the head here

    @JioCare Jio fiber gave me 100mbps of both down and up speed initially. Now after buying the plan upload speed has been reduced to 8 mbps approx 10-12 times less without any information. And the customer care have no answer.

    my mistake & called customer care but they did not had any guideline to cancel or to transfer to my Wife's jio number. During this Corona period where people are loosing their jobs. You guys are looting money which is not good at all and not expected from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio fiber was opted by me mainly for upload speed, being content creator that's main thing. Bad move by Jio, Better to use my 4G sim if upload is 8mbps by fiber optics

    @JioCare The customer care executive said "To reach the local store" and when I reached my local jio store they told that they didn't have any information regarding this. I am very frustrated this time with jio service now never recommend anyone to use Jio Pos Lite.
