    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiberJIO First thing when I raised a complaint with the Jio customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours, damn why should I wait for 24 hours I do not understand. And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

    @JioCare Its more than 20 days. Plz solve the problem. I am paying Rs. 1768.80 per month. Plz refund my hard money as you are completely failed to solve to restore the internet connection and other facilities. Very poor experience with jio fibre and its customer support system 🙏🏻

    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare Such a poor and unprofessional service support from jio fiber. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. Ridiculous!

    @reliancejio I m trying to reschedule my jio fiber from 10 days bt there is no respoding from jio staff.when did i go jio office it park i met mr SUDHANSHU kannoji nd i shared my problem which i m suffering from,then he told me why r u relocating jio fiber just take new jio fiber

    @JioCare I am getting frustrated every passing hour .... today also engeneer visit did not happen, it's been a week now. Are you guys trying to make fool. I got msg today that visit will happen but nobody turned up. Can you please tell if you really want to resolve the issue or not.

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN 4 days of constant follow-ups and still no technician visit. Total blackout of service and absolute harassment of the public. Is anyone managing this? @TRAI needs to take note of this poor service standard.

    @JioCare Sorry to say that there is no extreme weather condition here, also can you provide me a reason why the ticket is moved to resolved status without a solution. First move the ticket back to a proper status, the issue is not been resolved yet

    @JioCare I have taken air fibre connection(30 may) with 3month payment, still installation not done. KYC Guy registered for new device whereas he should have registered for existing device to add our connection. After 8 days, request is auto cancelled. Pathetic service.
