I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

I can't use phone for calling or use data pack when i am inside my building/flat. That is the issue. And it started 2 months back.
