  MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

  @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

Actual speed: 30 Kbps. Multiple complaints, still no resolution. At least deliver the service customers are paying for.

  Service has improved, but indoor coverage is still an issue. Earlier I used to get full 4 bars on both 4G & 5G. Now even with power on, indoor signal is only 1-2 bars (it used to drop during power cuts). @JioCare

  @JioCare outage of broadband services since 11:24 am in Shastri Nagar Block G of #Ghaziabad as an electrity pole fall on the wires. Airtel team activly fixed the issue. Exitel team on the location & working Jio team... Do you have team to fix the issue?

  @JioCare Technician Himanshu keeps calling and giving new time commitments, but still hasn’t come to resolve the issue. This is extremely poor service and support. Please ask your team to de-install all the equipment, as I no longer wish to continue your service.
