    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

    @JioCare I praised jio for their remarkable turnaround time. But it seems like jio is also taking the same route as Airtel. Can you help in resolving my issues. Joio doing the same as done by Airtel in the past. @JioCare

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

    I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare should change to worst care.. its been month and nobody showed yet.. never got the network issue resolved and now facing unistallation issue problem for last 1 month.. You guys Suck..

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

    Pathetic Jio,worst service provider. We have cancelled our jiofiber on 2may,2022 called multiple times for pickup but every time some shweta abhijeet ritika providing false information. Everytime they say btw 9pm -10pm pickup will be done or within 48hr. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Ur network sucks. Half of the time neither call goes 4m my no nor I'm able to recieve any. It notifies to d callers dat my no is switched off even if it's on. Would you fix or sud i change d service provider?
