@JioCare I am deeply annoyed with the service I wnat my money back which I have paid you in advance for one year subscription. It is a clear cut case of Fraud of" Wrong Commitment "or we can say befooling people.

@thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

I m the only person who spending 20 mins on a video which is only 11 mins duration 😐 Worst network of my Area. Jio spending millions of rupee on adds only, and their network reliability becoming ZERO. We can't take more toleration from Jio. Time to switch. @reliancejio @JioCare
