They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

And believe me it’s the intentional system they have built, I have raised 30+ SR in last theee months and now see how they work. @JioCare
