@JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

@JioCare Gigafiber internet is not wrkng since yest. I registerd a complaint SR00000YPLMD and the tech said its a backend issue and will be resolved by 2day. I called support 2day and got to know that issue was marked as resolved w/o even confirming while it is still not resolved

@reliancejio @JioCare jio service is pathetic nowadays... I hv ported my number from docomo to jio but didn't get any offer from your side . Also internet speed is very poor. Tata docomo 3g speed was much better than jio 4g speed.

@JioCare @reliancejio 1 and a half day without internet, without customer care support, without any response. Even local engineer doesn't response to phone call. You can't even provide services to people who are in trial period.
