    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioCare worst services you guys are providing. My jio wifi is not working since evening. Tried to contact with your customer care wait for 40 mins but no one attend my call try to connect with your chat customer care but even they were not responding. I need solution right now.

    @JioCare will port to @airtelindia in november as speed of jio network is less in my area..airtel offers 55mbps speed in my area..waiting for 90 days to be over and i switch to @airtelindia

    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

    @JioCare Poor internet service from JioFiber for the past several days. Frequent speed drops and intermittent disconnections are affecting office work and online meetings. Multiple complaints already sent, but only generic replies received. If not resolved soon, will switch.

    @JioCare For the last 3 months your Authorize nearer team has been denying a new order saying “material not available.” My refund amount stayed blocked for months without any proper response, I booked Jio AirFiber for my education and work, but never got the service or benefit from it.

    @JioCare I placed a request for jio fiber connection on 6th May, but still waiting for installation. Jio has 2 options for calling customer care, at 199 and another is 1800 number At 199, the representative is AI bot which never understand the query

    @JioCare Despite subscribing to Jio annual plan of Rs 3599 , availability of Internet in Sector 48, Noida is highly hopeless. For last many months, Internet disappeared almost every 5 minutes for few minutes and so on. Please improve your service to avoid porting to Airtel.

    I am constantly facing 5G internet issue since last 1.5 months and had launched complaint regarding it multiple times. But @JioCare constantly ignoring. My recharge validity will expire in June. And after than, I'm not going to recharge my jio number. They have Pathetic service.
