But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

Feels like they assume users won’t switch because changing providers is a hassle. That’s where service quality starts getting taken for granted.
