While porting frm othr network to @reliancejio I ws chrgd Rs.500 in name of "safety deposit" apart frm prime membership Rs.99 But I dnt understand wt does the deposit cover. The sales person was also not able to explain clearly. Can @JioCare share a doc that explains?

@reliancejio @jiocare My Dad has made a wrong recharge for a year instead of voice he did a data recharge for 365days Need help with it to convert the recharge to voice or with refund so that we can do the correct recharge. We got denial from help.
