    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Jio wants only money from their customers. No single solution provide by them. As they know no one can harm them... Also beware about their top-up plan. In plan voucher they didn't mention clear information. They do misguided fraud activity

    @JioCare He came to my house and did the registration if I would have known that this is your service I would ha e recorded the conversation instead not taken only the connection, kindly let me know how can I ask for refund

    @JioCare very poor service from jio fibre... The sales person Took 3 month advance from me for rs 3280 and told that connection will be done within 24 hrs it more than 40 hrs no sign of any technician and even no customer support number.. Highly disappointing not recommended

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare I am also victim of their top up plan fraud... So please careful while recharge jio.. you might be lucky if there is no issue with connectivity in your area. Otherwise jio doesn't provide any solution on that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pls refer to SR00001BG9UT & SR00001BF1BO Service down unattended since 3days after multiple follow-ups. Requesting priority Escalation for the culprits and refund. 5th time interruption of service in last 30days. Want refund asap. #JioFiber #refund @TRAI
