    @JioCare hi, i never requested to put it on hold. My office work is suffering due to this. No one is responding to my call, once they get Postpaid fees from me. Plz do the needful, if connection can be provided. Otherwise plz confirm so that i can timely go for other service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio last 15 days the Jio Network in my area is so terrible. Most of the times whenever someone calls me, it's saying not reachable and when I am talking to someone the voice gets cut. Though network is showing full. Location in Munnekolala, Bangalore !!!

    @JioCare I have tried contacting to the customer care service as there were insisting me to go recharge with other plans which are having sms benifit plans even though I am having existing plan . It makes me burden to make two recharges at same time . So I thought to tweet

    @jobhihoe @reliancejio The 149 plan is the most expensive one. 20gb total for 149. That's like 7.45 per gb. Never take that plan. And I totally agree with this 28-84 day bs. They keep taking out 2 days like we don't notice. Jio just addicted us to cheap mobile data and now everyone increased prices.
