    Services down in malad east. @JioCare Jio fibre engineers are extremely rude and using foul language. One employee blocked me and another switched off the phone. Is this the real Jio service?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Just got a call from your billing dept asking to pay bill for the #RelianceJioFiber which has not been working since 26th March. Glad to know that atleast your billing dept is working even though your Internet & customer service department has been on a long holiday.

    From yesterday 09-05-2021 afternoon jio fibre is not working due to some server issue in my area pincode 400097. According to jio care it was suppose to be resolved by 23:35:00 hours on 09-05-2021which is not yet resolved yet .@JioCare @reliancejio
