    Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

    @JioCare I am just fed up of calling the customer service centre. A simple relocation process is taking you more than 15 days where if I request for a new connection, it gets installed in an hour. Pathetic experience with you guys

    @JioCare When no one visit at my home, when no one give any service, how jio sending me below msg "Your service request number SR000018DE3Z for Home Care engineer visit has been addressed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 18008969999 from your Jio number"
