    Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

    @JioCare @reliancejio Improper Jio Fiber installation after relocation on 30-May has left the cable hanging near an 11kV transformer. Repeated follow-ups ignored.This is now a public safety issue,not just a service complaint. Immediate action required before an accident occurs.

When we raised this concern again, every time the customer executive said that they were rescheduling the visit, but it never happened, neither from our side nor from theirs. Then, after a few days, they told me to visit (3)
