  @JioCare I am on a jio fiber trial period which ends on 5 March. I had a few doubts about remote control operations. Customer service promised to send someone to clarify them. None turned up. If this is the quality of service in the trial period itself, what would happen later?

  Bye bye Jio... Due to poor internet services in our area I need to switch my service provider. Àfter many complaints didn't get any improvement. at the end thanks for providing us cheapest services. Need to improve network coverage. @ @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare I had accidentally done recharge for my Jio Fiber for 3 months in advance but after 2 months only it's showing 'no active plans'. Tried multiple times but couldn't reach customer care. Could you please expedite this as I am caught in a limbo without any internet.
