    @reliancejio @JioCare worse customer experience in Chhattisgarh district korba town katghora area (495445),as calling jio number its not connected saying check your number,worse internet connection, Jio subscriber are increasing but network is not improving. 1/1

    @JioCare Never have I ever seen an IP service taking 24 hours to resolve 1 simple request. This is pathetic tbh & with this I need to reconsider my options. @airtelindia would serve me best I guess.

    @JioCare I have already booked slot as per my convenience and slot timings provided from you but the time has already been passed..it was scheduled for 10-11 AM today but no response has came from your side only rescheduling without informing me.. Resolved issue else I will cut connection

    Jio AirFiber has been down since last Wednesday. 20+ calls, multiple tickets and promises of resolution, but still no internet. This happens 2–3 times every month. Very poor service! @reliancejio
