    @reliancejio @JioCare worse customer experience in Chhattisgarh district korba town katghora area (495445),as calling jio number its not connected saying check your number,worse internet connection, Jio subscriber are increasing but network is not improving. 1/1

    @airtelindia - Your services have turned pathetic lately in Delhi. No network - no wifi whatsoever. Outages last more than 7 hours at a stretch everyday. Planning to move to @reliancejio after horrible non existent customer service experience. Been two days no response. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio 10 working days have passed with no refund—only repeated “wait a few days” replies. Please process my refund immediately. If it isn’t credited by tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and pursue the matter before the Consumer Commission. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please follow a clear, transparent refund process after a failed service instead of repeatedly saying “wait a few days.” It has already been 10 working days. Stop the generic replies and provide the actual refund status and a definite date.

    @JioCare who many days it will take this problem will accruing in every 15days and its taking to resolve at-lest 3 to 4 days Every moth 7days unableto use internet who will pay for 7 days ?

    @reliancejio the service should remain usable for those full 28 days. Anything less looks like deliberate throttling & a crony consumer practice. @TRAI,is this acceptable? If customers are paying for a stated validity,shouldn’t they get the service they paid for until it actually expires? 2/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Field Functionaries doesn't give any importance to Your Highlights. They update the status as "On Hold" Rescheduled Etc on their own. Sometimes Service Engineer is also appointed but they do not come. Pathetic Situation at Kidwai Nagar Kanpur Service Outlet.
