Hello @JioCare @reliancejio hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service by jio so,either install my connection or refund me. I request everyone not to install jio fibre otherwise be ready for the hectic service which you will get as they are only interested in booking a new connection and they never(5/5).

Everyday in the evening the speed of internet is throttled. It works fine in the morning and in night. Stop this deliberate throttling of speed. Or else customers will move out of @JioCare This happens with Jio prepaid and postpaid both. Note: Customer care isn't responding
