    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    @JioCare Now I have received the update on the complaint raised for my Amazon Prime subscription. I have activated the subscription on 25th January and the subscription was closed after 30days.

    @Ravisutanjani @zapatta091 And he also keeps tweaking mobile rules as he likes. Do you know they close the account of Jio prepaid if you have not charged it say for 2months. I faced this music recently. Customer Care says take a new number and re-charge it regularly. @JioCare

    @JioCinema @JioCare Disgusting customer service. Worst streaming platform. Raised a complaint 3 weeks back and still the issue is not resolved. No one is responding. It's better to wait in hotstar for a paid subscription rather than watching for free in @JioCinema

    Hi @JioCare @JioFiberVoice, I have installed jio fibre but while installing they charged me 1970.82 despite of 1500. While asking the representative told me that the next month will be free for you. But right now I'm not able to use net service. Jio fixed voice:- +913335712928

    Dear @reliancejio and @JioCare you are expanding your 5g network but at my native place in bihar state Dist Aurangabad vill +po Munjhar pin 824114 your 4g network is not working properly. This is my second complain. You didn't resolved my first. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @reliancejio @JioCare inspite of raising complaint still the calling and internet issue is not resolved for me. The call is getting disconnected within 1 minute. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Extremely pathetic network coverage at Adaspur, Cuttack. Voice breaks in call. Internet is extremely slow.
