    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worse customer experience in Chhattisgarh district korba town katghora area (495445),as calling jio number its not connected saying check your number,worse internet connection, Jio subscriber are increasing but network is not improving. 1/1

    @JioCare Please stop replying like bots, address the real concern,inform us what action did you take on our complaints in the past,just fixing the connection is not helping,what actions have you taken to fix the process,same thing happening again and you expect consumer to have patience

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've been using jio fiber for quite sometime without any hurdles but I've lost my internet connectivity for a week and I've been trying all sorts of way to contact customer care but to no avail, if it's not resolved by today I'm planning to change network

    @JioCare There is no accountability that your team is taking, when there is a delay in payment your team calls 3 times a day,whereas when the connection is not working there is not a single JioFiber associate who is reaching out to address this concern,this is harrasment to the level best
