    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    @JioCare I kept other network sim card in my mobile. That is working fine with data, calling. But why jio is not working.

    A pathetic customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare I have Tele verified my new jio sim and even than I am not getting any network on the sim. Talked to the customer care two times. I haven't received any complaint number. Why to port sim to jio when we don't even get network.

    Never thought of making such tweet before. However due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction I am forced to do so. It has been more than a month since I have been complaining for poor @reliancejio fiber connectivity still no actions have been taken.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi team, Issue not resolved yet. I am done with Jio services. One jio Executive (Ravindra Omveer) came and took Adhar details and I did the payment. He used his referral code for my account and got benefits. Later on cancelled my request.

    Reason I am putting this out in social media, Airtel gave SLA to solve my internet speed related issue in 15 days. That's unfortunately too much time. I do not want torture myself for 15 days with slow speed. Porting is 7 days task. Bye @airtelindia Excited @reliancejio
