Vibha Agarwala (@VibhaAgarwala) reported@JioCare Asked for DM of details which I sent. NOW THEYVE PUT MY REQUEST ON HOLD! WHY???? Outage every month, minimum 3-4 days for complaint resolution. JIO IS MAKING A FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. You pay for 12 months, but get only 11 months of service!

Vibha Agarwala (@VibhaAgarwala) reported@JioCare Jio up to its usual tricks. Fibre out, complaint lodged on 17/07/26. Not resolved till 20/7. Engineer visits cancelled 3 times. Today I scheduled for 5 p.m. Rescheduled by Jio to 3 p.m. I waste my working day for them? Every month at least 3 days lost without service!
