@JioCare I have recharged through My jio app yesterday at 10.00 pm. I have done recharge of 448 and completed payment through Google pay.. 448 Rs deducted from my account but still there is no active plan in my jio app..Help..!!

You signed up for @JioCare thinking that they provide #4G service, then think again @reliancegroup is a marketing company & they spend majority of their funds on adverts to fool people. Only if they'd erected enough towers Most people that I know in urban areas don't use Jio

@JioCare Terrible service by #JioGigaFiber representatives here in #Nagpur. Have been following up with the team for over 40 days. Having paid for the connection with correct documents they cancel the order because they cannot deliver on time. No follow-up on refund afterwards.

Fed up with @JioCare . It Sucks. Even at a prime location in the city the internet is speed is very poor. Runs like a 2g netwrk. @reliancejio has gone from good to bad and bad to worse now. Extremely disappointed. Once the plan is over, switching to something better.

@JioCare @JioCare I received a sms saying it will take 120 days for issue resolution for SR00001JEDVW. Internet works fine for me without vpn. It's vpn which is very slow which seems jio is blocking the traffic for vpn server. Why does unblocking vpn take 120 days?

@JioCare @reliancejio No Digital Sound output from the Jio set-up box. Poor quality sound for all other applications as well. Setup box connected Via Optical fiber to my sound box and no Dolby sound output. Called technical and he says the Jio set-up box is having this issue.

I migrated from Airtel to @reliancejio and needed to pay the bill after porting and the Airtel payment server is down only for customers who have ported for the last 5 days. Due to that, I am getting calls from JIO that I will lose the connection if previous dues aren't cleared.
