@reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

@airtelindia Internet down. Number of msgs sent to @Airtel_Presence but no acknowledgment, no response. Am waiting to @reliancejio to setup fiber in my area and the very next day, I will disconnect my Airtel broadband and DTH connection. Such lathargic customer service.

@JioCare The kind of response i got from customer care , i am 100% sure issue will never be resolved. JIO behavior behavior towards their customer is really bad. will correct the mistake after 90 days once i port my number.
