@JioCare This problem persists from last 4 to 5 month in our area and also reported earlier and the reply was "due to overload in your area we are unable to give time limit for its rectification" so the same reply will be given by you if I give my mo no and alternative mo no.

@JioCare This problem is continue since last 6 month and after so many assurance by the customer care day by day data speed is declined and buffering so do something to retain customer and trust of customer. Every big company is big till the customer is with them or ? Now one ambani is ?

@JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

@JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

@reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

I just bought the jio fiber membership for 2500 rs. I was promised that I will get subscription of all the ott platforms(except Netflix). But Amazon prime is not working in my account. As well as lot of tv shows on zee platform. Unsatisfactory services from @reliancejio 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@JioCare Why can’t I talk to customer care? Are they all on leave or something or you don’t have a customer support? You claim to beat @airtelindia but your service is pathetic. None of your helpline numbers give an option to talk to an actual human employee.

@JioCare I have a serious concern here, I opted for jio fiber on 18 Dec, A guy from the Jio office came to my home did the registration, and took the payment of 2500/- and till now the setup is not done, he is not picking my calls and the customer care is not helpful either.
