Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

I kept the number active by recharging until January, but after moving to the UAE, I unfortunately missed the subsequent recharges, and the SIM has now been disconnected.
