@reliancejio @JioCare I m using #jionet, and facing some issues regarding #InternetSpeed, during day time speed don't go beyond 100kbps but at night after 12am it's upto 1Mbps. This happens at same place only. #RelianceJio

@JioCare t settings. If these settings are right, your issue should be resolved. 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. D

@JioCare @DoT_India Extremely bad services by Reliance jio, experiencing low internet speed since last 20 to 30 days. Also, had conversation with customer care executives 2 times, but they provide only assurance to solve the problem within few days and Not taking any actions.

Extremely poor service from Jio. I request everyone to port to Vodafone or Airtel. They provide much better service. Airtel broadband is much better than JioFiber. Jio agents just don't provide service after connection. Very poor after sales service. @JioCare @reliancejio
