    @JioCare Why 8.7 crore customer of JIO are inactive ? Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.

    @JioCare Can you please update Refund Status of trans. Nos. N00000DQBOYQ, N00000DQBOYR. Pending since 12.03.2020. Service Request Nos. SR000010RVZQ, SR000010RVYG. There is no response from Your Team. Multiple Mails sent but No Luck.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Money is deducted from my account for jio fiber and received successfully in jio Citi bank account . Confirmed the same with the bank. I think i big mistake to take jio fiber connection. No refund !No Help from customer support! Looted my money!
