@JioCare Hello, I have made 2 complaints for slow speed of internet. Both the complaints are closed, with no resolution at my end. Complaint Nos. SR000012GU9U SR000012AQUO May I know the reason why complaints are closed without consent of users & when will my issue get resolved?

@JioCare This is my service request number MR0000TW4YPW Internet speed is crawling. Very disappointed and frustrating. It has always been like this since day one but it has gone worsen, and it's important now to get ride of this and switch to other carrier.

@JioCare This problem persists from last 4 to 5 month in our area and also reported earlier and the reply was "due to overload in your area we are unable to give time limit for its rectification" so the same reply will be given by you if I give my mo no and alternative mo no.

@JioCare your fibre is not giving good service On giving complaints we are asked to some basic things which we have done many times

@JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

@JioCare there's 500rs plan for unlimited validity, i wanted to ask if whether the SMS are covered in that? Or not as there's no sms details in the prepaid plan, help.

@JioCare Don't give me that crap. The data speed was fine until you guys introduced 5g. Irony is, I did add on recharge of 61 hoping for 5g speed. Nothing happened

@Ravisutanjani @JioCare All looks rosey but reality is that even after having Jio fiber connection am not able to watch single match after first day . Seems the infra is scaled down. Tried with different internet connection same issue
