@saurabhskth Port to any another operator, #Jiocare is never helpful. These people will create service request & close at there own pace. I am too having multiple cases created and output is zero no improvement in the network.

@JioCare it's not expected from the reputed company like u to first ask complaint to engage in DM and then kill the complaint there by not responding. Instead, better to say BIG "NO".

@GooglePayIndia I have done recharge on my jio number, the amount is deducted and showing recharge processed, but @JioCare is saying they have not received recharge request from my no. Contacted both customer support no resolution so far.

@GooglePayIndia Recharged my jio number, the amount is deducted from my bank, but the @reliancejio team is telling me they did not receive any request for recharge, what's going on guys. Both support team asking me to contact eachother like seriously.

@reliancejio has the worst customer service staff in the world, they don't care about customers or service. Reliance needs to get a grip on their ground level staff or change hiring policies. I didn't see such arrogant employees in any organisation, period!
