    @JioCare This is my service request number MR0000TW4YPW Internet speed is crawling. Very disappointed and frustrating. It has always been like this since day one but it has gone worsen, and it's important now to get ride of this and switch to other carrier.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing internet low speed issues from about past 3-4 weeks now when I contacted customer service they told me it will be fixed in few days but. It's about 1 week now it's not fixed help me

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    @JioCare will i get solution for this? Also i change pre paid to post paid on 28th nov 2022 and it is showing me that my bill date will be 2nd Dec 2022 how is it possible? Feeling cheated with this.

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Mam In our area We are facing problem by using internet from last 3 days Unlimited users already complent to Jio 198 complement no. But they only giving us to time and say it will be shout-out in 5 hours, 11 hours, 7 hours but we are continuesly facing problem

    @JioCare Why 8.7 crore customer of JIO are inactive ? Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.

    @JioCare Till this no response from Jio. Neither Set top is delivered to me. While on app ot is showing installed on 28 Nov 2022. I am very much disappointed with Jio. Very unprofessional approach. Nobody try to contact me. After complaint done on tweeter. Very Bad Service.

    @JioCare Have complained 4 times on your helpline in the past 15 days regarding my set top box not functioning. Your customer support is useless. No technician visited yet. Your customer support says call after 30 mins we can't help.

    @JioCare @JioCare 12 calls to customer care. No change to approach. Same answer we will immediately resolve it and get this done. Fake response here that they reach me out as well. Result frustration, anger. Best part they are not even refunding money. Pathetic services
