After going to jio fiber service centre.. service manager is also helpless regrading my jio fiber connection breakdown. No engineer is appointed till now..this is so disgusting. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

Hopeless service of JIO. Every month JIO deliberately use to discontinue the internet services for 2-3 days. Best way to earn additional profit by cheating customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

@JioCare Bette name as JIODON'T CARE. My new connection ref NO0000K0THER for jiofiber installation not done from 13/1/22.Though Daily rescheduled but not finished yet.Field staff never pickup phones. Are you really interested in customer care?Becos of u I am put to difficulties
