@JioCare it's not expected from the reputed company like u to first ask complaint to engage in DM and then kill the complaint there by not responding. Instead, better to say BIG "NO".

@JioCare The reason given for the slow data speed is not acceptable as customer and the problem raised by is continually since long accept early morning time. I want to inform that there are 3 JIO towers within airal distance of one KM.

@JioCare I recharged for a friend on his behalf and there is not a trace of the transaction. The money is debited from the account but the services are still inactive. Not a way to track it. Help ASAP!!!!

@saurabhskth Port to any another operator, #Jiocare is never helpful. These people will create service request & close at there own pace. I am too having multiple cases created and output is zero no improvement in the network.

@JioCare @balamy Even in Ahmednagar most of the time the network is Missing. We have to restart our phone most of the time and the network comes. We miss so many calls also there is call drop issue. Do something Jio.
