    @JioCare I have already shared the required details in DM — my Jio number, issue timing and full address. Please check the network problem in Sector 102, Noida and resolve it soon. Signal and internet have been very unstable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My iPhone was stolen and my number was on an eSIM. When I visited the service center to recover it, they refused saying the DOB in the app details is wrong. But my Aadhaar KYC has the correct DOB. How can there be two different DOBs for the same number?.

    @JioCare Network problem again. Calls are dropping and internet is unstable in my area. I switched to Jio expecting better connectivity, but facing frequent issues. This is becoming very frustrating. Please check the network in my area urgently.

    Hello, @JioCare, my wifi services have been suspended since mrng. Customer care told my credit limit(?) is over, & hence the suspension. Upon the advise of ur executive, I recharged & services were to get restored in half hour. But it's almost 6 hrs now. No one has responded.
