    Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare on 20th April, still my number hasn't deactivated in jio, how long will you take to port into your network @ViCustomerCare ??? I heard it's within three days if it's a same district. But nothing happened so far it's already 4 days

    @reliancejio service is super poor .. complaint can only b generated through app..there is no proper response..my internet is down since 4 days ..no skilled engineer has been sent for resolving it ..i can neither use inet nor access tv ..very disappointed..Ahmedabad jio service

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2
