    Hi @JioCare, JioPhone exclusive recharge plans are not showing on my MyJio app despite using a JioPhone. Waited 48hrs as instructed by your support, issue still persists. Now I'm told to wait another 24hrs Please escalate and resolve my complaint immediately. This is poor service

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.

    @JioCare I'll surely try @JioCare once my billing cycle with Airtel ends this month. I am currently using mobile internet top-up as you are unable to solve the issue @Airtel_Presence. Extremely irresponsible and unreliable service from Airtel !!! #airtel #jio
