  Really disappointed with @JioCare network service. Internet keeps disconnecting again and again and sometimes the network disappears completely. I have complained many times but there is no improvement.If you are charging full price at least provide stable service. fix the issue

  @reliancejio is living in 1950s. Their Jio Air Fiber Sevice is a “Dead Phone Era”. Whenever you are complaining, you are getting the authoritative message that please wait till your router shows Green LED light. No reason specified & no concrete resolution despite paying high fee

  @JioCare @reliancejio Despite cancelling my connection SR000030ZPZD the device has not been picked up and I continue to receive repeated calls asking for the reason. the service quality was unsatisfactory, persistent latency issues, and inadequate customer support.
