  @JioCare On raising complaint the time slot is given of tomorrow meaning another 24 hrs. My entire work is suffering. Jio should provide discount or extend validity by 2 days on account of disruption from their end. Just unprofessional & a thug company called Jio

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber is down for 24+ hours! Complaint No: SR00002N0N38 Support is falsely claiming line is broken, while everyone else's internet in the area is working fine. Visit rescheduling 4-5 times without my permission fix it urgently!

  @JioCare My no is +911243185079. Yesterday the response to my complaint was very quick by social media people. Today they're more in inquiry mode. Hope they will understand the problem and get it sorted out.

  @JioCare My internet has been down since 27th July,and despite multiple complaints, there's still no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Days without service and no accountability from your team. Customers deserve better than endless delays and false assurances. #JioFi
