    @smeghwal The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @AdeParimal @reliancejio Sir, I made same complaint for every years from 2016. They are in the loop though. I wish change the service provider if possible.

    @JioCare 18 days and still device has not been picked up by your team. Appointment has not yet been booked. Each time I have to call customer care and they say next day they will come which never happens. Possible reason is since there is no money to be made, you don’t care.
