    I am from niamatabad chandauli uttar pradesh. here every two months due to electricity arrears the connection of jio tower gets cut and consumer gets upset. There is still about 400000 lakh rupees left. @JioCare and @reliancejio please pay attention to this issue. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000DFEGJC. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Today is the uninstallation date but they have rescheduled it without my confirmation.

    @JioCare, Jiofiber wire is cut and there is no internet, multiple Jio engineers visited & saying will not fix wire since they do not have wire more than 150 meter and there is no pole in my street...pls resolve this issue which is open for 1 week, my Jiofiber no. +91 4479699481

    @JioCare can u please stop data usage warning alerts sms for 50% 90% 100% on my mobile bcus I am tired of receiving it? Infact I never asked for it. So please stop it Or should I port my number to another service provider just bcus u can't solve my problem???
