    @JioCare If you read my message, the engineer you mentioned visited and asked me to provide him OTP and tried to close the complaint without resolving the issue. As a result the issue is still not resolved and the engineer disappeared without doing anything. @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber

    @JioCare hi team, we got the jio fiber connection last week and since then it's not working. We are not able to raise ticket from app as it says no agent is available and no option to raise ticket. Please resolve this asap. Let me know what details you need

    Willing to discontinue @reliancejio #jiofiber due to its poorest performance from past two months and looking forward to get installed either @airtelindia 's or @VodafoneGroup 's wifi connection, whichever could provide the better service ahead in long run out of these two!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio network issue happened from last 7 days in our place Jaleswar (757032),odisha. mobile are not reachable during days. At night network are fully gone from mobile of all jio customer as well. Please solve this issue or we will jump to @airtelindia again.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If you are incompetent to fix my issue can you atleast let me know ?? I will move on to @reliancejio . Stop cheating customers. You must be sued in consumer court for selling broken fastags and a faulty payment wallet.

    @JioCare Train your technician properly...they don't have any knowledge on how to resolve issues. Give them proper training.
