@JioCare @PratikKishorAs1 I am already with Jio and I understand how bad JIO service in New Delhi repeatedly reporting for bad network but nobody fixed it and still continues. Customers care advisors are so bad, they don't register complain they provide interaction ID and problem continues. #poor service

Hey @airtelindia, the amount of money you’ll spend to train your customer care executives to be sarcastic in their replies to customer grievances, try spending half of it on your services and probably you’ll may not see all your customers running away to @reliancejio

Can't access web service of @Airtel_Presence despite available of sufficient internet balance why this problem Airtel? @JioCare help me to port in & I hope the same issue will not be with Jio.

@JioCare Really disheartened n disappointed with the service. Had applied for a new Jio fiber connection 15 days ago n had paid 6 months subscription charge. But the engineers are still searching for a port to connect. Hope they find it before my subscription gets over.

@JioCare Do u have any sensible service oriented approach at all? Since 3 days I am sending many messages for my above SR #, still no action; it is highly deplorable &atrocious attitude and customers who are prepaid heavily don’t deserve such treatment. If jiofibre has any shame, act now
