    @JioCare Hi stop replying better make a call and fixed the issue ur service engineer denied to do it make it quick others we have lot of options to switch over other operator, customer service is very poor 48 hours still my issue is not solve yet @JioCare

    @JioCare #JioFiber services are pathetic...it has been 4 days since we raised complaint of its non-functioning...but no action has been taken..Their only purpose is to install the box..no after sales services. #Jio #noservice @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing issue with my jio network along with my other family members since last 1 month we are not able to call or receive the calls for several times in a day. To get the proper network we have to switch off the mobile frequently. Please resolve this issue asap.

    Very poor service by jio @JioCare it has been 2 days since the complain but no service man came to house for service of jio fiber pathetic experience @RelianceJio2 I will not recommend anyone to take jio fiber connection after that worse experience

    @JioCare @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY Should I pay, without availing services?? I recharged Jiofibre (28 d plan)but service interrupted and jio team has resolved in 7 day, when I reached to customer care they informed they won't increase validity as they don't have such policy.

    Seriously @airtelindia you are charging INR 19 for hellotunes where @reliancejio is giving it for free. Thanks in advance I am porting to @reliancejio anyway. You do not have operator video calling features for oneplus phone. **** service.

    @JioCare Shocked! They arrive, throw attitude when I pointed out the shorted junction box, fight with me over pointing out the obvious problem and then proceed to threaten to cut the internet cable! Is this the kind of support you asked me to wait for?
