    @JioCare got your new sim/ported in. Using Honor 7x. I'm able to see Jio network only when I use Jio data as default. When I switch to Airtel data the Jio NETWORK just disappears. So can't make or receive calls on Jio when I switch to other SIM data.

    @JioCare Well we can have a discussion here. Let others know how are you helping your customers? Just talk to jio customer service, he told me same thing I've been experiencing for two years. And recruit some staff who has manners to talk to customers.

    @ViCustomerCare very bad customer service, and also very bed network as compared to @airtelindia @reliancejio. That's why port is better way 😠😠😠

    @JioCare I luv my jiofi dongle it saved me during my work from home days & it's been with me since Nov2016 providing me uninterrupted support. But it's in coma livin only on direct power supply as it's battery died. Unable to find original H12348. Please help me find it & save it

    @JioCare Why there is no reply for my call back request sir, the executive asked whether he can call, i said yes, due ro no reply i specified the time. No solution, then why do u market Postpaid customer as priority

    Upgraded net connection from rs. 699 package to rs.999. Every minute it drops. Its worst than old connection. @JioCare @reliancejio may I expect any help?
