    @JioCare my JioFiber is not working since 07/07/2026, so I have raised a service request on 08/07/2026 vide no. SR0003AMDRB. But now you people have scheduled appointment for 13/07/2026. Previously when there was a problem with internet you people would assign an engineer....

    @JioCare Shameful service from @Jio! For 10 days, MyJio keeps saying "engineer will visit tomorrow," but no one has come. My child can't attend online classes, I can't work from home, Nearly 5 families at Raheja Complex, Sundaram A1 face the same issue. . #Jio #PoorService

    @JioCare Hi Sweety, I have been receiving the same standard reply for a long time without any actual resolution. Your company is backed by one of Asia's wealthiest business groups,so customers naturally expect prompt and efficient service.Unfortunately,my experience has been the opposite.

    Based on my repeated disgusting & shocking connectivity experience with BSNL (Cellone) & Jio, I request all the subscribers to port their mobile numbers to some other service provider, may be preferably Airtel. @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Paid for a JioFiber connection days ago and still no installation, no updates, and no real support. Customer care only gives automated responses with no resolution. This is not the level of service customers should receive. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare #JioHome #JioFiber Order NO0001EHF2BE was paid upfront (₹2,824.92) after your sales executive guaranteed installation within 24 hours. It's now been 75+ hours with zero response from the installation or sales team. This is a complete failure of service. (1/2)
