    @JioCare hi team, I am facing connectivity issues from last week, no proper support provided, once one technician came and fix it temporarily but again next day same issue, raise SR request but it's already rescheduled 3 times. It's impact my work. Kindly resolve asap.

    Still no refund of ₹1200 (Order: N00001CNKZCE). SR (SR000033Z7GF) & consumer complaint (9141342) raised, yet no action. Tracking link shows no status. Representative ( Sagar kuwar 9225585542 )not responding. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I would like to know: 1. What is the root cause of this prolonged outage? 2. When will services be fully restored? 3. How will I be compensated for 2 days of paid service I could not use? I expect a concrete resolution - not another request to wait. #consumercomplaint #jiocare

    @JioCare there’s air fibre outage in almost half of Haryana. Your support is useless. There’s no communication on ETA. No way to reach out to customer support.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Following up on my earlier complaint — the issue still remains unresolved. Since you were unable to deliver the prepaid SIM as promised, request you to process a refund of the advance payment made at the earliest.Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio hi I am surya I already told you that l am facing very weak signal in my area. You said that because of high member of usage. So please solve the problem by installing tower or something. I am facing daily issue. Important works area stopped because of you.
