    @JioCare @reliancejio Instead of replacing my Router and Set top box which i got in 2019 and is outdated and full of issues, I am being advised by customer care to close my connection as replacement isn't possible. Wonderful way of doing business. #Jio

    @JioCare The guy from jio who took money said this is usual practice in Jio engineer come as per his own sweet will for installation or repair. There is no timeline and no one to supervise or complain.They at times give false reasons like technical issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service is very bad The phone is running but the caller is not getting full coverage or reply, it tells that it is a problem for the last 3 days and your carer is not responding satisfactorily.
