The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.
