@reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.
