    @JioCare @benoinair Now 6 days passed you didnt sent ur maintenance team to fix our broken cable,I registered complaint on 6th Jan its been delayed since beginning I again request you to send jio team to fix d broken wire under sr.reqst SR000013M7RB ,otherwise i will ask fr refund n return ur device

    @reliancejio Jio Services are getting worse day by day. I have repeatedly complaint about my issue but nobody responded well. Just u ppl created ref id and close the issue without consulting the customer and without resolving the issue. Going to port into @airtelindia .

    I got rid of Vodafone as I was fed up of bad/no network. Now @JioCare @reliancejio is giving a tough time. Porting didn’t help 😿😡

    Once, the customer care person even cut the the call without completely replying to me. Such pathetic service is not expected from @JioCare . Please resolve my issue at the earliest or I would cancel my subscription and even advice my friends to look for a better Internet service
