  @reliancejio All of your customer service people seem to be literally illiterate. I ordered a sim, cancelled it the same day, now delivery person is forcing delivery. Some of your people say they've cancelled it, some say "ask delivery person". Order# NO00015IT81B REFUND ME!!

  Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!
