Jio have the worst customer service. i already described my issue to many Jio agents on call by mail and by tweet DM but still every agent connect me and ask the same question and still my issue is not resolve. @JioCare @reliancejio #leavejio #Jiodown

@_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio When jio is talking about 5G launch still there are several parts in Uttar Pradesh where network connectivity is very low so even you cannot access proper internet kindly look into the location the pin code is 209870. I already complaint many times

@JioCare Both my office and residencia area are 5G enabled as others are using. My hand set is the newest one with 5G facility enabled. I am using a postpaid connection with a monthly rental of Rs.706/- per month. But i have not received any 5G invitation through My Jio app. Need help

@reliancejio Jio 5g launched in Gujarat but when will it come to every corner of Gujarat I live in Ahmedabad there is 5g network but where I live there is no 5g network so what does it mean?

@JioCare I have already complain to my nearest jio office,they told me here at my area there is single mobile tower and that tower provides service to 3 or 4 areas.well i just dont have option left where to switch so i'm still using jio but soon i will switch to any other network.regards

@JioCare Thanks for yr sugar coated reply but assurance alone doesn't work but solution. As per your SOP, it must have been done within one week of raising the service request. Then why you guys taking so long? Is there any reward for not resolving customers grievances?
