Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@reliancejio Amazing to see that at night your representative doesn't answer the call after waiting for more than 10 minutes and during the day your system has some problem so can't connect to a representative. Pathetic customer redressal system.

Toll free number and customer support through jio app are also not responding. Call and chat disconnected after saying that jio is facing technical issue. @JioCare @reliancejio
