    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare @JioCare why are you not able to dissolve the issues even after seven days? You are simply not able to send one technician to resolve the issue? Why are you testing our patient so much? You have also closed the escalation ticket without resolving the issue.

    Hey @airtelindia & @reliancejio, there are around 4,000+ students studying at the NIT Patna Bihta campus, and the network quality here is terrible especially Jio. Airtel is barely hanging on. Please upgrade your towers & boost coverage ASAP #NITPatna #Bihar #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Your service in Bhandara, Maharashtra is very pathetic. My internet is down since last 2 days. Your service engineers ask money for replacement of adapter of jio Airfiber, when I ask the bill they refuse. Also, Bhandara office employees don’t pick phone.

    @JioCare What about my deposits up to 6th July. I never used the service since 18th June. So my concern is start my service for the remaining deposits. After starting my service and let it be run according to my deposits due to your service interruption.

    @JioCare 32 hours have a passed. No Internet since then. Area manager Surya is not responding...No response from customer support on when this will be resolved. Scripted answers from Twitter handle. Such a horrible support system. Not able to connect to human agent on customer care numbe

    Dear @JioCare , this is extremely disappointing. First, your sales executive scammed me into taking a connection by providing false information. After I raised the issue, your X support assured me that the engineering team would contact me within a few days and still no response
