    @JioCare - I raised SR00001A6969 on 30th March for my Jio fiber issue. It's more than 3 days and nobody has contacted me. When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Lost sim Wanted replacement. Visited2stores They say need2replace with green sim which is not available in any store in Mumbai. No response Social media helpline useless asking store details even after mentioned dt time n store details. Very bad experience.
