    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    I done recharge from my jio app of 448rs and done on wrong number of mine only. When I contacted care they said after 30 min you will get the cancel button but I didn't got one Tried calling but ai didn't trasfered the ca to care plz look into this Id:- BR000CV3ZVJZ @JioCare

    @JioCare My home fiber internet is down for 3 days. I'm trying to contact you to to rasise a complaint but unable to connect over phone we no option in application. Somehow able to raise a SR through app yesterday but no response so far. What kind of pathetic services is this?

    @JioCare @TRAI jioYour team provides very bad service. When a customer's recharge is due, your team calls us 5-10 times a day for three days before the recharge. Now, no one is picking up calls, and there's no single reply to emails. For the last 10 days, when its resolve ??

    @JioCare No need to play hide & seek. My location: Namkum, society is Narayanipuram opposite to Namkum Railway Station Ranchi. I’m paying for 5G but not getting 5g speed.. Please check with your team surely I’m not the only one facing this. Stop ignoring customers and fix the issue.

    @JioCare Thanks for that but why disrupt my connection? I pay bills all on time. The guy I saw did something with the box repairing a different connection and my internet went away. When I asked him to check he started arguing that without complaint being assigned to him he won't. 1/2

    @TRAI Network is sometimes as poor that calling someone becomes difficult. 5G speed is just for name. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia probide below average service but recharge plans are very hight.

    Absolutely pathetic service @JioCare Registered for #JioAirFiber, called the provided number and was promised an installation today. Not only did NO ONE show up but now they are completely ignoring my calls. Is this how you treat new customers? @RelianceJio #CustomerService

    @TRAI Unstable toggle between 4G and 5G ... I Yessss .... I am complaining to jio @JioCare since ages..but they raise ticket and close with template that it will be resolved in 10 days...
