    @JioCare The connection given two days back and keep getting messages that installation is on hold as I requested, but I never requested to hold. Engineer who need to do installation marking the request as customer asked to hold. Can you speed the installation. Order NO0000P4BDYH

    Today is day 5...still not received set top box...not any response....service engineer says call center will resolve....call center says engineer will respond.... atleast refund if issue cannot be resolved @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare : I have jio fiber connection. It is failed from last 24hrs, it is impacting my work. However, customer care is replying falsly that issue is resolved. Please provide uninterupted service.

    @JioCare I have a active jio fiber plan of 6 months and jio box also. But still I am not able to use jio sawan in offline mode from my registered mobile number instead I have a subscription of it in my 6 month plan. Pls help me to activate it without any cost.
