    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare Any updates? Customer care agent told me that I have to switch to other service provider as jio can't provide 2.4 Ghz band.

    @JioCare You will do nothing. For new connections we get an instant call. For existing customer, yall would prefer if they die in hell begging for a fix.

    @JioCare There is no mention of scheduled time , name of technician. It's been more than 14 hour since I raised a SR. Please take back your jio fibre connection and all the machinary ,I am ready to surrender the connection. service is such poor.

    Order id : JM69EDCCF1014C3268D7-01 The order got delayed 3 hours , but the app shows 30 min delivery ! This is very often , not getting deliver on times ! Very bad service @reliancejio @JioMart_Support @JioMart

    @JioCare my jiowifi is not working , but your advisor refuses to send a technician because according to her my connection is working . She is behaving as if I am her servant and am supposed to work for her and obey her This is absolutely unacceptable Worse customer care

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have completed two recharges for my Jio Air Fiber service, and it remains unavailable. It is concerning that direct access to a customer executive is not provided within your current support structure. This represents a significant service deficiency.
