    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @Prachie12 @JioCare @airtelindia I also faced this issue with no resolution from JIOS END... ONLY JIO IS DOING FORMALITY BY ESCALATING THE MATTER but they don't remove it...hence switchover to airtel

    @JioCare Poor connection Close your network in haryana if you not able to give good internet speed. Airtel is better then jio
