Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare I have done a recharge through Amazon app for my jio number, there it's showing as recharge is successful and I also got the Operator Reference No. But it's not reflecting in Myjio app and even am unable to make any calls. Please help me in this issue asap.

Suffocating service by @reliancejio as it's usual . Suddenly the network got shut down & due to this I couldn't join my class scheduled an hour ago . After that when I called the so called customer care he cut the call **** off the worst service... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Hi This call is still unattended . Do you expect internet issues not getting resolved for 4 days in this pandemic times when everyone is working from home. Everyone wants a faster resolution and no one has time to wait for over 4 days for problem not even being attended.
