    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare No. I don’t want the connection anymore. I want my money be refunded. This is deplorable service. Your customer care also are just delaying the matter. I just want my money back. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Internet not working at all . Unable to use the data but you will deduct data everyday. Wah kya justice hain . 4g k naam se 1G bhi nhi hain 😰😰

    @JioCare What priority mam we told to cancel the jio service on 14th of july then they said wait for these many days it will be cancelled then whenever i call they say they will pick in 48 hrs today at 3 oclock i called jio person said we will collect before 4 and now its not been cancele

    jio service is very bad. i trust jio services but jio company cheated me I am contacting jio team every time but jio team is not solving my problem . jio fraud with every customer please help jio team solve my issue @reliancejio @JioCare @MIB_India
