Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare , we r frm a village called gurudijhatia near cuttack, odisha, 754028 as more than 20000 jio user are here but jio network is very very poor. Its what we don't expect from,call drop, Internet speed is very very poor, please look this matter......

@JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 @reliancejio I have Network Problems since last 40 hrs. Before it i am able to use internwt and calling service. Now it it stoped. This problem is not only for me but also for my family member as well as friends. I can't study online.

I am getting 280ms ping in @PlayVALORANT Mumbai server whereas I'm getting 80ms in Singapore server with my Jio fiber connection and I'm in India. Please fix this jio it's so annoying!! @JioCare

@HathwayBrdband How much time you guys are saying 24hours and it is more then 72 hours by now how can i wait even no one is picking your damn call in the office can you provide any number where any service provider is there to talk or shall i move to @reliancejio
