    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio feeling cheated. After renewal at higher cost the Hotstar not working. 4 calls to customer care number no help. Misguided to call 199 to avoid IVR but same. Who all got cheated by jio?

    @JioCare Jio network has been very poor and inconsistent in my area. Every time I complaint they ask me about my location. I have made at least 15 complaints so far from the same address within a month. @TRAI u can also see the number of complaints from my area but no resolution.

    @JioCare Alright. No issue. What happened to TRAI directives allowing outgoing sms on all recharge denominations? To allow users to send banking sms, activate UPI app? I still don't see recharges like 10 rs etc giving sms facility.

    @JioCare Only message and mails are coming, that your order number NO0000KMM87E has been rescheduled. When we call the technician at what time they are going to visit the address. Then no reply comes from your team and technician, they says you get a call What kind of service is this

    @JioCare My Jio fiber connection order number NO0000KMM87E. Installation work is pending for last since 7 days. No response from JIO FIBRE installation team Worst service i have ever seen

    @JioCare Hi I wanted to change my plan 799 to 599 but customer care is asking to pay 750 as deposit while I have already paid 1000 against my previous plan and telling me to refund it in next month why since u have already deposit adjust it and remaining as refund
