    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There’s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi not working its been more than 6 hours now...how to work in case of WFH. Switching to @airtelindia after my 3 months gets over pathetic service. Every afternoon internet doesn't work.

    @JioCare Hello, my internet was down for 18 days and has been restored. Please add 18 days of service back to my account and extend my prepaid plan.

    @JioCare How can you confirm that the issue was resolved. Are you saying that I am making false accusations to your company. Nobody ever tried to contact me regarding my complaint. Even after complaining again & again.

    @reliancejio is bringing premium 5G. Good news, but would that improve my indoor network coverage which is now pathetically low at one signal bar. Can’t even take calls, browse internet. Issue is since past 4 years.. #RILAGM @JioCare
