    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare @JunuxLive It is the second day for this disruption and 4 days of net blackout since 12/05/2026. How ‘EARLY’ is the EARLIEST RESTORATION’ as claimed by you? Also what about subscription money paid in advance for zero connection days? Or do we consider that payment charity?

    What a pathetic service does @JioCare gives they keep you charging without giving services. Even their customer care number will just play recorded messages and cust the call.

    Today is the 4th day and my internet by @reliancejio @JioCare fiber is still not working. Such a bad decision to go with jio as they can't corrected the service from there end even in 3 complete days. Such a bad decision to choose jio fiber. Very bad service & customer support
