  Even worse,calls are coming from personal numbers asking for extra charges to fix the issue. It is like a scam. My work is getting affected without it.Requesting immediate action from Jio to resolve this today, or I will be forced to file a formal complaint. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare issue is not yet resolved, I think it's better to stop using JIO FIBRE AS they are not able to resolve the internet connectivity problem

  @JioCare Any update on the installation? I have been trying to contact the engineer since yesterday, but he is not answering calls. This is highly unprofessional. I also tried reaching customer care, but it is impossible to connect with an actual person for support.

  @JioCare It's been more than one month since i have raise disconnection request for my jio air fiber because no proper service in my area. there is only mails are going back and forth . why it is so difficult to get rid of your service ?

  @JioCare @JioCare do you have any shame ? I have already submitted the SMS which i received from your backend and still you are asking the same thing again and again and sometimes in the meanwhile saying you have opened a service request when none has been opened
