Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare Got vowifi fixed with Dns change. 1.1.1.1 doesn't work to activate Jio vowifi. Changed to google DNS(8.8.8.8&8.8.4.4). Then it started working.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio I have jiofiber connection next to my house but when I applied they confirmed and booked the connection and took the security deposit as well, after 6 days they cancelled it stating there is no service in my locality. WHAT A JOKE !! My Neighbors Hv JIOFIBER

No @reliancejio network here in Loran punch area of jammu and kashmir, its like living in 90's. While your busy handling 5g across india there are big loop holes which need to be picturised first. Please make range wider here in this area.
