    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    Recently I switch over to @reliancejio and I used Jio service for 15-20 days and I was on a call and my sim service suddenly turned off.I asked about it in Alwar @reliancejio @JioCare centre they said:“your number is not in our records,we can tell you after a week what happened”.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my incoming and outgoing stopped for no reason. Its recharged. Tried various techniques to deal with this problem. If I try outgoing it comes call ended.

    Very Poor condition jio Network in Village Sundarpur post umrauli block tondarpur District Hardoi network comes in 3-4hours whole a day any body jio tower engineer not solve this problem when light come network come light not network not @JioCare @reliancejio @Mukeshabmni

    Dear @reliancejio Your Service in my area is very poor Even when I sent a WhatsApp msg then it takes 2 mins I had complaint in your costomer care 6 to 7 times but it has not taken any action yet to provide good service Location:Bihar.Dist-East Champaran.Motihari Near Durga mandir

    I am very disappointed to with your service, 😡 very pathetic network,when electricity has been shut down from MSEB that time automatically network down, Nothing have generator power back up in Jio tower. @JioCare @reliancejio
