    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare Hi Internet disconnected No one has called me up for my service request service request number is SR000015TVG1. It said will receive an update by 20/07/2021 10:00.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing internet connection issues since past 6 days, called the customer care atleast 20 times. They keep telling me the engineer will visit, it’s been 4 days nobody has come to check. Do you understand the loss one faces? Honestly, worst service ever!!

    @JioCare @RelianceJio2 @NakulKNath Very poor network of jio 4g in my village...asked many times to network team but didn't got any solution. I am ITI student and during lockdown and I was depending on online classes but but due to poor network availability i couldnt join

    @JioCare Guys just I cursed my old ISP Hathway and tried yours. I face frequent disconnection in JioFiber which I never expected. Raising complaints over WhatsApp, calling customer care doesn’t help. 😑 will it be the same in future as well? So I can go back to my old ISP if yes

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is India's largest network for connecting world with great speed of 0.00 kbps 4G speed. We are doing WFH since last one year and they are saying they have temporary issue with their network. 1 year is temporary time form them.
