    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of showing full network bars when the internet barely works? I’m on the 2nd floor in a normal residential area, yet I can’t even play videos or browse websites properly. The network quality is pathetic. Why am I paying my bills for this service

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India please help me jio has charged the money for recharge but not given me any plan. My bank has raised chargeback request but jio is denying, i have mailed jio 50 times but they are not helping please help

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago Poor customer service. Multiple times called and created service requests. Zero action. Sent an email & got automated response only. Waste of time, money and energy. Nobody at Jio has any clue. Nobody is accountable. Stay away from Jio.

    @1ntelligent1nv @JioCare @reliancejio "will escalate further" is telco code for ticket closed and forgotten. relocation cancels with no reason logged means the process itself is broken, support is just the messenger

    @CzarVT @JioCare This is very common in jio, they don't have enough service technicians. As long as it works, you are lucky. I switched out of jio after struggling with their support process for a month 😔
