  @reliancejio @IndiaCinepolis I requested a new Jio Fiber connection in South Delhi a week ago, but I have not received any follow-up or visit from a service representative. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Please arrange for an agent to contact me immediately to complete the installation.

  @JioCare I have already shared all complaint/ticket numbers with you via DM. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. What's more concerning is that the local technicians disconnect calls when I try to reach them for an update. What kind of customer support is this?

  @JioCare No tecnician visited on 6th schedule time so i reseduled it on 8th but till now no technician visited nor called up for service. Worst service.
