    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare You have been working on this for last 25 days , but not even an inch moved. I called atleast 10 times in last 25 days. You can check call records. Is it that tough to close relocation request and cancel jio fiber connection? #pathetic

    @JioCare none of their rep is sorting out the issue which is lingering on for the last 20 days. Fed up with their replies in direct messages. They have to just pick up the device, but failed to do that for the last one month...Worts services...Don't know where to go???

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ I don't think how long I will have to wait for my refund from @reliancejio . It's gonna be more than 5 months since I have cancelled my subscription and still no trace of my money. Jio support is shameless and they don't have any ethical standards.

    Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio , its been 3rd day since I raised request for jio fiber connection but guess wht its still not completed...it would hv been better to opt for some other better provider like @airtelindia who does it in no time
