Even over email, I continue to receive generic, automated responses instead of a resolution. How many more days do you need to process??

I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2

Mr Kkm (@MrKkm3) reported@JioCare @reliancejio 1 YEAR. Same issue, still unresolved. Every power cut = 0 indoor coverage. Power comes back → 4G takes 30 min, 5G takes 45 min to return. Airtel & Vi work fine indoors during the same outages, same area. Why only Jio?
