    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare I would like to know what is the actual cause of inconvenience rather than vague replies for clarity and how can your technician tell you what's the issue when he didn't even visit the site as no call received. And on calling he said he's on leave.

    I don't think to work with some basic plan user @reliancejio I want to know you plans also and one more thing from now onwards it's become 15 days that net is not working so it is already a big mental and finacial loss for me .

    @JioCare @JioChat facing worst service & have no hope of ur team correcting the service. Lots of connectivity issue, call dropdowns and disturbance during call. @TRAI request ur support to find the wayout to get solution when service providers are not supporting or taking actions

    @JioCare Hi team, I got a replacement SIM after recharging my deactivated number. I inserted it after about 20 days. The phone detects the Jio SIM, but it shows 'Unknown number' and 'Not registered on network.' Please check whether the replacement SIM was activated.

    @JioCare when electricity cut the network goes down data stops working. Here at Noida sec 66/ mamura gali no 2. Last time it was happened at 22:12-13 . You can check the logs . And pls put all the network on power backup. I can share my contact you can check reg-dreg status.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I am calling on 199 or 198 or chat support but unable to talk to human customer support. There is no option showing to talk to customer support. Bachenchod sirf rate mahenga karo, aur service ke naam pe gand marao bsdk. Airtel, Jio sab mc ka haal ek jaisa hai
