    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

    @Abhishekkar_ The business story and the investment case are two different things. @reliancejio scale, distribution and ecosystem can justify a premium, but even a great business can be a poor investment at the wrong price. At a $135 billion valuation, the real questions are future cash flows, return on capital, competitive intensity and how much growth is already priced in. For investors, the moat matters. The price you pay for that moat matters just as much.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare Jio network at my location is extremely poor. Calls are frequently failing/dropping and connectivity is unreliable. Please check the local tower/network and fix the issue. #JioNetwork
