    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare Same template. Every time I called CC, they raised Service request. Only a single one got processed and then stopped

    @JioCare @JioCare my air fiber problem is solved But what technician taking 300 rupees for service But I didn't resevie any bill or prove I have alredy proof of am giving 300 If your didn't give proper reason for 300 rupees I will file complain consumer portal

    I have not received the SIM card either. I have lodged multiple complaints via email and the customer care helpline, and nearly two months have passed since then. Why is there no resolution for this extremely poor system? @JioCare @reliancejio @nationalconsumer

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare My AirFiber installation is delayed beyond 48 hours (Order No: NO0001CYEHA2). No technician has visited yet. I want to cancel my order and request full refund immediately. Kindly resolve this on priority.

    @JioCare I have an unlimited Jio 5G plan; despite this, it is showing that my data has run out, and I am not receiving any 5G network signals—even though Jio's 5G network is working on my other mobile phone.

    My jio sim is still not activated after port request submitted also The UPC is going to expire tonight. Already did the 349/- recharge. What am I supposed to to @JioCare I need help.

    @JioCare It’s hard to decipher the intentions of jio employees. Customer support keep disconnecting calls, social media team keep lying. False assurances and fake network.
