    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare why does your network cant connect call through a dual sim phone even when Jio SIM in Slot 1 and BSNL in Slot 2. I have to restart my phone to make calls through Jio.

    @JioCare am working in saudi arabia my jio sim was working properly and getting Otp and messages properly yesterday suddenly the network gone and it’s showing no service it’s having valid plan and I recharged sim with roaming pack and another plan 749 still problem is there

    And @JioCare has hired such a brilliant resources that they tell me due to more number of people accessing internet this is happening. Either I am living in Mumbai or their infrastructure has been not upgraded. @airtelindia what's your service? I'm strongly considering!

    @reliancejio I have raised a complaint for the issue of no network ,but problem was not solve and complains were closed automatically my refrence numbers please check or I will port to AIRTEL (SR00001G1EBK), (SR00001G1EW3), (SR00001G1EXQ), (SR00001G1EZF).

    @JioCare Oh! #jio team is highly focussed on creating excuses. Since last many days your team is confirming that jio has network issue in my area and now you have come with your best excuse that my phone has problem.I have checked with more than 10 jio users and all of them are facing 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Greetings for the day Please check from last 2 weeks Jio speeds have literally came down and Network bars are highly unstable kindly check and fix it at the earliest
