    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Sometime ago my mobile was lost due to which the sim card in it was also lost, yesterday when i went to the jio store i asked the person present in the store to remove the sim but they refused to remove the sim card. @JioCare please help me.

    @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Jiomart is evading my refund since 5 Oct. Out of 20 complaint tickets latest one 6669327265.Unethical and unfair trade practices. They keep lying and sending bot replies. Worst experience in online buying. Govt must probe Jiomart. Something wrong.

    Dear @reliancejio, before heading to 5G, please improve your 4G speed at Tharwai, Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. Worst network ever seen like Telenor 2G Speed.
