Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare This is not the first time I’m facing delay in getting service. This is second time and I hope it will get resolve tomorrow as early in the morning. I have multiple meetings lined up and any delay will mess up my day. Hope you can understand and resolve at the earliest.

@reliancejio @JioCare Reliance company is doing plainly defreauding behaviour such as this. Kindly tell it to my face whether or not you've any interest in completing my refund and deadline within which it will happen, and then I can decide what to do next about this issue.
