    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    @JioCare Bank personal says that don't link this number with your bank account otherwise in future bank account might get ceased. Last user of this number is fraud What is the solution then?

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since 3 July. I raised a service request (SR00002M98EW), but after 2 days, the status still only says “Home visit scheduled” with no date or time provided. I urgently need the internet for work. Please escalate this.

    Dear @JioCare, our village still has no 5G coverage despite repeated complaints since February. No nearby BTS and poor network quality. Villagers are now actively looking for other operators to port their numbers. Moreover I have complained more than 50 times myself @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding recent billing issues.I have noticed discrepancies in my latest statement dated 26-6-2026 overcharge,My regular plan is the ₹599 + GST, but this month I received a bill for a higher amount.1390.85

    @JioCare Hello, It's been more than 72 hours and I'm not able to use my jio airfiber. I can't understand what exactly it takes to figure out a small issue. I have just been asked to keep patience and co-operate but all my household work and office work are stopped from 3 days due to this.

    I am not able to complaint for almost NO INTERNET in my area, but airtel is working fine. I gone through IVR (198), but it only gives pre-recorded excuses like our team is working on it. I have to keep my phone on a call to use internet. Sometime not work. @JioCare @reliancejio
