    Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

    Day 4. No WiFi. No mobile network. No resolution. Only repeated scripted replies from @JioCare while customers suffer 96+ hours of downtime. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra costs incurred. Where is the compensation for this prolonged service failure?

    @JioCare It’s been just 11 days since this tweet and again I am sitting with zero WiFi. How difficult it is for your technicians to resolve the issue once and for all? I need a resolution today itself or I am done with @JioCare @reliancejio for real. I’ll be switching to another operator

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. My JioFiber Set-Top Box has been locked for 2 days, and despite several calls to customer care, there is no resolution. Kindly resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare I have been struggling to get an engineer assigned for an issue which has been raised 2 days back. Every customer care person i spoke gave explanation-it will be resolved today but issue hasn’t been resolved for last 2-3 days. Request Id-SR00003833OR. Need your help!

    Poor support from @JioCare @reliancejio AGAIN Happened last year. Happened again. Internet gone . Compain 40 hours ago. 1st message was for an engineer visit at around 1 pm yesterday. Changed by Jio to evening yesterday Then showed Engineer is on the way. Then he vanished. Complain paused. I will surely go for another company this year because the after sales services are very poor. Three cheers for Jio .

    @JioCare @JioCare A technician visit has now been scheduled, but that does not address the 48+ hours of service loss. I expect a validity extension or appropriate compensation for the downtime on a prepaid service that I have already paid for.
