Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am experiencing issues related to calling service. I'm trying to raise complaint but that bot doesn't transfer my query to customer executive. Most of the time when I call, it gets cut automatically and many times my number shows as invalid number.

@JioCare Already did it. It's not a resolution problem. Most OTT apps are working fine. @DisneyPlusHS and @PrimeVideoIN have these lines not on their main menu but whenever I play a video. Can this be a codec issue?
