Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I couldn't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare extremely disappointed in your Jio Fibre service. We have a Silver plan but the speeds from the 1990s. You say you are going to upgrade hardware and you do not. I already called your hotline and the solution has made no difference. Meet the commitments you make.
