Hi @reliancejio I have been a happy customer of Jio from a few years but from couple of days the network is too slow that I can't work properly with Work from home package. I hope you will sort it soon.

@JioCare is it jio care does not know to resolve the customers complaint or do not want to resolve. Asking the same questions again and again frustrates. In spite of weeks have elapsed, my complaint about telephone being dead has not been resolved. Disgusting!

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia I had requested for a tower installation at my property in Kerala more than 10 days ago! This would greatly benefit Jio as it will improve your signal strength here. No reply/call back on the email sent! Never expected this! Very unprofessional! Mr. Ambani must be made aware.

This is pretty good technique. Jio is blaming Payzapp and payzapp is blaming Jio. Sort it out soon and provide me the best possible solution. I as a customer can't let it happen with others. @JioCare @HDFCBank_Cares

@reliancejio do you care to respond? If you can't send competent people to complete the installation, refund me my money. Such poor support. No customer care team to respond either. Absolutely pathetic team and service. Either get the installation done by evening or return money
