    Is it because @reliancejio is SA network for #5G, I am not getting a 5G network on MOTO G 5G, but for @airtelindia i have the option for 5G as it is NSA. @motorolaindia Could you please confirm is this the scenario?

    @reliancejio @JioCare experiencing poor customer service at jio stores. This happened twice in last 3 months with three different stores. Needed urgent duplicate sim today. they always make an excuse like server issue!Person who operates unavailable, come back later tomorrow.1/2

    Jio! Worst brand of Network. Continuously suffering from a bad Internet service. Call dropping, connection errors. Please provide good service of 4G now don’t plan for 5G. Have to plan for better service at 4G network. #scam #badservice #failnetworkjio @reliancejio @JioCare @PMOI

    Hopeless service of JIO. Every month JIO deliberately use to discontinue the internet services for 2-3 days. Best way to earn additional profit by cheating customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi. Is there any issue in Nagpur (MH)since 2.20pm. First time I am experiencing such poor connectivity. Net connectivity is almost coming and going.... Area Sadar,Mohan Nagar. Same issue now also during this time

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    @JioCare Why 8.7 crore customer of JIO are inactive ? Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.

    @JioCare No one has come up till now! After 6pm your working hours will be over? So should I consider this apologies as fake and the service from higher authorities is same! That is why the lower authorities are so lenient?

    Hi @JioCare , Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care jio airfiber, your system keeps stating there is an “outage in my area” and then disconnects the call. I can't even raise any ticket from MyJio app as it says the same, seems impossible to reach any support.

    Fed up with @JioCare! My JioFiber connection (+91-2382326026) is dead 10-15 days EVERY month. No engineers visit, zero support, yet you charge for a full month. I've suffered huge financial losses and mental harassment. Cancel my connection IMMEDIATELY. @reliancejio #JioFiber
