    @JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

    @reliancejio Very bad services. Postpaid plan has option of pre on post recharge. But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    I switched my device to another 4g handset and noticed same. Then i switched to 5g handset. In 5g handset jio was working on 4g+ not in 5g but providing good network speed with that you can use YouTube. What's this matter 😑😑 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio has to take strict action against them. I have their recordings... Now let's come to my issue i have 3 mobiles which are of different brands. In my 1st 4g device jio 4g goes completely down after 6:00 P.m. even text message can't be send with that internet. @JioCare
