    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioMart ,@reliancejio most regretted, our repeated complaints of short supply o item by jio mart NOT RESOLVED since 5.9.2020 even after many mails and calls, seems wilfull cheating, why prefer Indian companies lacking ethics,will jio rise from their sleepto resolve my complaint

    @JioCare it's not expected from the reputed company like u to first ask complaint to engage in DM and then kill the complaint there by not responding. Instead, better to say BIG "NO".

    @JioCare You people are not able to do something so company should weight and watch for future response of JIO customer s. Realy if wants to resolve problem , immediately Acton to be taken for all complaints regarding call drop and data connectivity. Instead of sending DM and alt no msg.

    @JioCare i lost my number 9834146141 . tried to retrieve it . local jio centre refused saying it’s deactivated . shockingly the same number is given to another user . my social media attached to that number is under risk . please help

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

    @reliancejio - Your JioFiber customer support has reached to the lowest possible.Your so called engineers don't come as per schedule and just keep closing the tickets. Your engineers say Jio Fiber routers range is just 5 meters, seriously? Worst customer service Guaranteed!
