But after recharge, it doesn't stop billing monthly even after paying for full year pre on post. Moreover 2 plans can be simultaneously activated and validity doesn't increase. Worst is no refund

Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider.
