@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare I m writing to express my disappointment wid d ntwrk coverage in my area,specifically in Arha, Jamui(Bihar).Despite the presence of a Jio tower in the area,I hv been expriencing poor ntwrk strength.I hv had to rely on other ntwrk providers to ensure that my needs r met.

Absolutely pathetic experience with jio 5G. I have a 5G dual Sim handset. I can get nice 5G network from Airtel and only 4G network for jio sim. I have sent request for port out but it seems jio doesn't care. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare
