@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

Jio fiber is the worst fiber provider till date I have used ,even local providers can do much better than you. This is the 7th or 8th time I am raising the complaint and still the issue coming again and again.your back end team says we are not bothered about customer @JioCare
