@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

@JioCare broadband is down for 48hours. Lodged complaint, no solution. We are facing this issue every week. WFH is impacted both us. All in all it seems like Jio is just interested in recharge& not retention. U call 5times in a day to recharge & 0 to fix the issue. @jiocare

@JioCare worst sales people you have ... paid for Jiofiber on 3rd March .. they informed will be installed in 48hrs , still not installed , when asked sales person he connected to hi Supervisor .. he is cool in saying call till free number and get the refund .. thank u
