  @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

  @JioCare I’ve been patient for 7 days. Please stop sending generic apologies and provide the exact engineer visit date & time. If this isn’t resolved today, I’ll escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and other consumer forums for deficiency in service.
