    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    @JioCare sir please look at my matter I had already replied you sir I don't know purchasing multiple voucher from my jio app is fraud. I will never buy any voucher but please resume my service .. I am facing a lot of issue but this type of service is really bad.

    3.) After sending prot msg your team is there for me. But when i have tried to reach you on your app or call i don't know why they are behaving like we have make a mistake so internet not working. Is mine company is @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ConsumerReports It was 13 days over no resolution was given from jio regarding my one bill payment now they are saying amount was credited in my account without taking any bank details from me. If payment done please provide UTR NO / TRANSACTION NO.

    4) After sending port msg your team come like beggars and say what problem you were facing sir. And when i told them on call they told please stay sir we r making our service better. But yet After complaining 4 years they were not listening till now. @JioCare @reliancejio
