@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare it's been 10 days and your executives are still trying to reach out to us. How slow paced service is yours. Your products easily available in grey market at a very high premium and not available in stores. We are disappointed, would be switching from the service

@JioCare made complete payment for Jio Fibre. Technician called twice for installation.But, due to office I was not in my home and installation was not done. Requesting you to please complete the installation today as I am in my house on Sunday. Please help.
