    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

    @JioCare No you don't even have a view on my concern every time i call on your customer care they schedule a new date n time n said wait for 24 hrs, since 26 days i heard this statement continuously, your engineer demands money n if I don't pay then he said do whatever you want

    @JioCare Hi still engineers r not visited or call, they won't come in evening, so I want to wait till tomorrow, all my works r spoiled, u won't give waiver too but u r getting my money, don't cheat your customers like this, if you can resolve means tell, I will go to some other network
