@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare your services are pathetic. You mention something and provide something. I had recharged for 12 months but you provide different service for your 12 months and different service for the add on months, cheating customers in name of add on whereas you don't care once money
