@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare That’s the issue your technicians do visit and says that there is power issue and it will be sorted by other team and on the next day some new guys appears and says the same thing but no resolution, today it’s 5th day without internet, totally unacceptable

@JioCare The only thing that I can infer is that local engineer/team knows that the fault is not repairable and they are only harrassing me by closing the complaint for false reason
