@reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

@JioCare Just think dat a site engineer is comin to take bank account details for refund process. Do U think it matches the brand value of @reliancejio i dont think so. I went for jio fiber trial with high expectations however dis 30 days journey made me feel stupid with my own decisions
