@JioCare I am unable to access internet on Jio True5G in Wagholi, Pune for last two weeks now. Same issue is being faced by my wife and child as well in different handsets. Raised a complaint three days back and it was closed yesterday but issue persists.

@JioCare Again generic statements, "we will get back in few days", what is the exact problem? For processing of refund, you take almost 20mins but still the issue is not resolved.Pathetic!!!
