    @JioCare Third class customer care service. Facing internet issue from last 1 month. Called today and they r giving 'rata rataya ghyan that bahot load aa Gaya he server pe' To Bhai capacity se jyada card issue kyu karte ho. I think jio is going to affect #reliance credibility

    @rsprasad @TRAI Jio is offering such bad services they don't respond to customer escalations how do you protect consumer rights against such bad groups no escalation during Covid WFH how people can manage when ISP are so ignorant @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been facing issue with jio internet speed and I have sent mail to jiocare. Surprisingly jio which was having a friendly face so far suddenly showed hard hand and said we have raised disconnection request rather focussing on solving the issue. Time to change ISP.
