@reliancejio Thirumala colony area which falls under Armoor municipality of Nizamabad district of Telangana were facing network problem. Kindly look into this and solve as early as possible. I brought it your notice few weeks ago. But it is not solved.

If one is relocating and has a Jio fibre wifi, suggestion : move to a new connection by Airtel - this is faster than Jio relocation! What a pathetic experience - cant explain my misery, my Jio Fibre wifi is not working in the new house!Order No. CO0000NEYX7Z @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare No one has visited yet for the device recovery. Please, now this is getting really annoying. Remember, I placed a simple disconnection request on 1st Jun '22, and my connection disconnected next day. Even then, After that I have placed multiple service request but no relief yet.
