@reliancejio Thirumala colony area which falls under Armoor municipality of Nizamabad district of Telangana were facing network problem. Kindly look into this and solve as early as possible. I brought it your notice few weeks ago. But it is not solved.

@JioCare @reliancejio took jio fibre prepaid with three months subscription (8035842467) which is getting over on 11 Jun however 11 Apr to 10 May bill is showing overdue and getting notification for disconnection today. Unable to get responce from customer care. Please help.

Req for tech support got closed without the technician arriving. Filed a complaint second time. No one arrived. The local jio technician who installed jio fiber says we didn't get any update of your complaint and says tweet and mail jio. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @JioFiber

@JioCare My Internet Service is down from past 2 days. Incident has been logged vide SR Number: SR00001BBP3C . However the engineer was unable to rectify and not more interested to attend the call. May i request JIO to cancel my connection and refund my full amount.
