Despite such bad service, Jio bills me equally every month. This is very upsetting and unprofessional that Jio charges its customers regularly but does not provide the necessary services/support. It's time to switch back to BSNL/Airtel. @JioCare

@reliancejio Respected sir. On 7-10-25 I applied for portability on my jio 7984941683 to bsnl.something went wrong so bsnl can not start this number on their network so pl take necy action . Pl note that from my mobile device I have removed esim of jio. Jitendra.

@jiocare wat a rubbish Your service is zero so please dont take jio fibre internet at any cost they don’t give any service only give false assurance, so please use BSNL and go for BSNL
