    @reliancejio Thirumala colony area which falls under Armoor municipality of Nizamabad district of Telangana were facing network problem. Kindly look into this and solve as early as possible. I brought it your notice few weeks ago. But it is not solved.

    @reliancejio During nights jio network is very slow in Armoor of Nizamabad district of Telangana. Kindly look into this. Since one week we are facing this problem. Many were want to change their network to other.

    @JioCare I’m honestly surprised that you need a “social media escalation team” for something this basic. When we escalate, we simply do it—we don’t ask the customer to repeat everything again over DMs. The order number and service request number are already in the tweet. Why can’t you pull the details from your own system, escalate it internally, and get it resolved? For something as simple as a SIM card—where KYC, payment, and verification are all completed online—it’s frustrating that customers are still forced to chase support through social media. Is this really the kind of process your company stands by?

    @JioCare Why same repeated, irrelevant replies 3rd time 2day that too without going through my matter. Why don’t you inform that who has to handle issue of abusing by your 2 callers Rakesh & Neha of Prayagraj but instead of informing it you are asking for already available informations.

    @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    JIOFIBER NOT working. Raised request. Initially it go rescheduled through system. Now its kept on hold. Your technician themselves delay or reschedule the service request? Its second day and still not technician has visited to resolve the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic service you have. I have paid the money for jio fibre and did kyc also but it’s been 3 days but nobody has come to install the fibre. If you can’t install don’t take our hard earned money. Give my money back, I will go to @airtelindia .
