    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    @ManojRa22325528 @reliancejio Airtel shows 5G icon on my iPhone 13 Pro and also the speed of 5G too. Jio had launched 5G in Kashmir Srinagar but don’t shows 5G icon nor a print 5G speed. Jio network is very pathetic in J&K Circle compare to Airtel

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Shubhangiji, this grossly inadequate reply was already given by Shireenji. Time is measured in Hours, Minutes, seconds and for OUTAGE in DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS…..can you inform when the service will be restored ( if at all) in one of these measures?

    @JioCare it’s more than one day and there is no update or anything on internet issue. I am able to raise a complaint and it’s directly going to automated message. I’m still facing internet connectivity issue using my Jio air fibre. Jionum +91-4031537230 Worst service!!

    @JioCare I have not received the SIM yet. Every morning I get a message stating it will be delivered, with a number. When try calling that number its either switchoff or not working.
