    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @AmazonHelp And the best I can do is I'll complaint to consumer forum. I'm paying to @JioCare and they're saying that they've activated @AmazonHelp subscription on my number and if it's not activating they can't do anything only you can do and you're saying to contact with Jio always.

    @JioCare Hi chirag.. In Feb 25 2022 the fibre box installed.. The box was replaced in one day as it was not functioning . the same engineer installed Jio settop box on 10th october that is also having problem.. Both the time he blamed product.. Later both replaced and working fine..

    @reliancejio I added 1000 rupees to my JioPose Lite wallet,but money had not reflected. Could you please help regarding this, i didn't find any option to report this issue in the app or through any of your toll free numbers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    @JioCare Postpaid service is very bad..jio vacant team work is too bad. Don't know about family plan porting. I loss a money and facing more troblue..
