@reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

@ViCustomerCare fed up with bad customer service. Many times have requested and raised the issue that my name spelling is wrong in your system. Please correct it but still you guys don't do it. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence they give much better service. Should I switch for better?

@JioCare I am trying to call customer support for like 40 minutes and still the automated response is wasting my time and not letting me talk to an executive. why can't you guys have a clear-cut number just to call an executive without all this 2-5 min long automated response.
