    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare I have migrated from pre to postapid on 7th of May optibg 899/- plan, till now I havent received STB voucher to redeem. follwing wit customer supprt team past 4 days. No body is resolving the issue but bill is getting generated. Heard many others facing same isssue

    @JioCare No, you don't understand at all, go through this trail mail, I was tortured by Jio from 03/05 to 10/05 and in just 24 hours it happened again. Why can't you install a box at the nearby poll and solve the issue permanentaly? @TRAI @DoT_India When will you take any strict action?
