    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare @Singh90Pooja Sir i am also jio user but issue in villages is that The net also does not work well here, there is a lot of problem of speed. And the main issue is tha When there is a light cut here, the tower is turned off, for this also we have completed, still there is no effect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged with wfh package before the previous validity was over. It shows upcoming pack and internet not working. I never had this issue before. Can u pls chk and advise ?

    @JioCare this is literally horrible 😓 Experience with jio services , I booked Jio fibre and when staffs came to install , they just keeps on hold and till now my Jio fibre is not installed, really ur staffs are horrible.Please install my Jio fibre as soon as possible, i request

    @JioCare are you resolving my jio fibre issue or should I terminate the connection? Such a disappointment jio customer care has been . SR00001BUNRP is my service request. I think I should switch to @airtelindia probably they have a better customer support.

    @JioCare Even I got message from jio your installation is done but they are not verifying that internet is working or not. Now as customer I feel cheated and sales person saying need to cancel connection ah i have no idea what to do @reliancejio #worse #jiofibreworse

    @JioCare Your service is worst. And the service providers of Jio are also worst. You people are fraud. Stop fooling people. I want to cancel jio connection. Everytime i have to raise new request because you guys keep closing the request. And rescheduling relocation request.

    @JioCare @birlashashank When shall it be resolved? No one have shown up even after more than 24 hours have passed. After contacting to the customer care, the only answer we get is be patient we are working on this. The worst after sales service.

    @reliancejio No any 4G network yet after many complaints very Careless behaviour from Jio. Since 2017 there is no any network in pin code 853201 All time customer cate said that our team working in your location and after 5 years there is no any network. Shame on Jio
