    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare It’s been just 11 days since this tweet and again I am sitting with zero WiFi. How difficult it is for your technicians to resolve the issue once and for all? I need a resolution today itself or I am done with @JioCare @reliancejio for real. I’ll be switching to another operator

    Hi @JioCare, applied for Airtel to Jio MNP on 23rd May. Order is stuck for 18 days. Visited the local store but they cannot process a new SIM cause your system shows an active request error. Leaving Delhi for Kolkata on 15th June. Need immediate backend cancellation or resolution

    Day 4. 96+ hours without JioAirFiber and proper Jio network. No accountability. No meaningful updates. No compensation. How long does @JioCare expect customers to pay for a service that doesn’t exist?

    Worst experience with @reliancejio & @JioCare customer care. Reached out regarding an issue, but executive "Kartik" hung up midway saying he was connecting to a senior. This is highly Unprofessional & unacceptable. Need strict action against these kind of executives immediately.

    @JioCare in livetv+ I am stuck on otp gateway! I have an active subscription for JioFiber. But I am not getting otp on my number and when I press resend otp it says bad request/parameter please help asap !

    @JioCare @RIL_Updates @relianceindltd We are already suffering since 3 days and ontop of it your engineer will be available after 4 more days. If you can't provide service then why don't you shut down your business as you have failed to perform after sales service. And you are charging us double the amount & 18% gst

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s truly shameless from Jio Fiber. Yesterday Jio Fiber bill paid today the internet stopped working. Your customer number doesn’t work and can’t raise service requests from my Jio app. Truly shameless JIO. You continue to deliver pathetic service
