    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio I don't know ******** is wrong with this company. I ordered a SIM 10 days ago, and it hasn't been delivered to me. I tried calling the delivery executive bunch of times but his ****** number is switched off. I don't know what ******** the CEO, the members or the staffs are doing.

    Highly disappointed with my Jio AirFiber relocation (SR: CO0001RQGNZZ). The assigned SMS contact redirected me to local Sullurupeta staff, who then ignored calls & refused service, claiming ₹1200 portal payments are "out of their scope." @JioCare @reliancejio 1/2

    Raised a JioFiber service request. Technician fixed it & left. 1 hour later, while I was at Friday prayers, he called for an OTP. Since I couldn't answer, he ILLEGALLY changed my RMN to his own just to bypass the OTP! A blatant security breach. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Biggest fraud by the big name ! You are not able to provide normal network & resolve by responding to the complaints lodged, but stereotype excuses because there is no accountability & complicity with the government !! All our money is used for the grand celebration at home 😡

    @JioCare Facing a recharge issue. Amount for ₹699 JioFiber 1-month plan debited on 12 Apr, but MyJio shows recharge not completed. Payment seems mapped to a wrong & incomplete number that isn’t mine. Need urgent resolution or refund. Proofs available. Kindly Help! #jio
