    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    Tried to convert my sim to eSim. Service provider wanted me to update the email first before esim process. @reliancejio took about seconds to update email id. @airtelindia has given a ETA upto 23rd March for email update. Got #jio esim in just about 2 hours overall.

    @JioCare Do u give any benefits to your customer who are suffering either in the morning, afternoon or evening? For renewal you reduced the internet bandwidth one week before the day of payment and ask us to pay early. seriously not happy with @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Refer SR No SR0000196PJA, jiofibre disconnected on 3-march-22.Despite many requests,the device pickup hasn't yet been done. Received a call from 2 of your executives yesterday. Both the executive do not bother to respond my calls since morning. Poor service @reliancejio

    I have paid @VodafoneIdeaIN INR 600+ for the package of D+H and now both sides disowning responsibility. I have paid the money and hence I should get the service. This is one reason why @airtelindia and @reliancejio eating your market share
