  @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

  @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to inform you that I have already contacted the Jio service team in Barhaj, District Deoria, Uttar Pradesh regarding the ongoing issue. The technician has visited my location twice for rectification; however, the problem still persists as before. I once again request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for a technician to visit my premises today to resolve the issue permanently. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my grievance to higher authorities within the Reliance Jio management.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Absolute **** customer experience. I cancelled my JioFiber subscription, yet I’m being spammed with repeated calls to make payments. Also, no one seems interested in picking up the device. Maybe invest in customer support instead of automated payment calls?

  @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.

  @JioCare @reliancejio my service request (SR00003D6WUJ) has been marked as resolved, but the internet speed is still unusably slow. Closing a complaint doesn’t fix the network. Kindly investigate and provide a lasting solution.

  @JioCare there is major issue in our lokhandwala, mhada telephone exchange andheri West area. No calls coming in or going out even internet is not working. It's coming and going. I have 10 numbers all facing same issue even restarted phones
