Jenil (@ijenil) reportedyesterday raised another SR with senior team who committed to resolve the issue in 8 hours but it's more than 24 hours now! No executive called or visited. I raised a complain over mail on 24 April and sent a reminder yesterday but no reply to that as well! @JioCare @reliancejio

Jenil (@ijenil) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, My jio fibre network isn't working since 23 April and I had raised a SR which is put on hold for "exceptional reasons" as mentioned in the app. However, Jio is working fine for other members in the building.
