    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare not happy that your technician asked for my phone multiple times while installing JioFibre connection today. They should come prepared with all devices and should not have dependency on customer phone. Request you to pls ensure that.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been continuous disruption of wifi fibre service in mahim area for last month everyday. This is pathetic as the wifi hardly works. You should refund my bill you cheats

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 3 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.
