    Hello @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare I have been using both your sim cards however I have been facing extremely bad network and internet issues for the past 3 days in both. Kindly resolve the same asap! It's hindering my life by missing important calls and messages constantly

    @JioCare Please don't give false assurances. This is the third time we have faced this issue and please it is anything but technical. Next door society disconnecting power supply to our connection is not a technical issue. Jio should have worked on a backup solution by now.

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal #BadCustomerService JioFiber, issue raised on 28 October still persists,there has been no seriousness or professionalism shown by JioFiber to solve the issue. After exchanging several emails suggesting resolution, Aniket Macwan writes we can't fetch data
