This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

Mohandoss T Kalathil (@Mohandosstk) reported@JioCare The engineers also don't bring proper equipment to check the fault and simply blame the voice service to be defunct. Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.

Mi ya (@accmisa) reported@JioCare Complaint Registered on 24th may 2026. Service status showing is engineer assigned but no attempt made to contact . Also , the schedule keeps postponing to next day. Its been happening from Monday onwards. Ensure timely service or kindly disconnect the fibre .
