  @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

  @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My new JioFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few hours. The router shows a blinking red light and there’s no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.

  June 27, 2026: I booked & prepaid for a premium "Jet Service" for my LG AC. July 22: After 3+ weeks of silence, a technician finally arrives. He didn’t bring ANY jet washing equipment. He borrowed tools from MY home to do a "dry clean" and left. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

  @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!
