    @airtelindia There is a very bad network of airtel. You have poor calling and bad Internet.I am using this network from many years but now I have decided to port my airtel no. 98761-61828 to @reliancejio. You disappointed me.

    @JioCare @TRAI Its my humble request to TRAI to take a strike action against reliance jio as they are not responding to my complaint properly.I don't want to switch to someother network but I think jio is forcing me to switch someother network due to their network issue.

    @JioCare You are charging extra per recharge and increasing it every year, but the network signals are poor. The network is very unstable. At least maintain some average network strength to send a complaint message to Jio Care.

    Dear @JioCare, @JioCare My JioFiber +91-5568316657 at Kanchanpur-274408 has had poor speed for 15–20 days. Daily complaints get the same reply: "Service issue in your area." Will Jio refund charges for these outages? Escalate this, fix it permanently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare I want to close my Fiber connection. None of your options work. The app asks me to call a phone number. There is no option to raise a request not to talk to customer care. No response to my emails. Stop sending us in a loop.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm unable to use my JioFiber installed at my home since 8th July, today is 18th. Did complaint multiple times, everytime an engineer comes and resolves temporarily. Request you to provide a permanent solution+ reimbursement or close the connection

    @JioCare team advised me to get a new connection and explicitly promised a full refund for the previous one. That promise remains unfulfilled after more than a year, which reflects a complete lack of professionalism and competence within your customer care team.I have already shared (2/3)
