    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service. I applied for Airtel WiFi, completed all KYC and formalities, and paid ₹1500. Installation was promised yesterday, but now there is no response and calls are not being answered. Very bad @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Update: @JioCare says they’re “working on it”, but multiple users have reported the same issue for months even over a year with no resolution. Undelivered SIMs, unreachable delivery agents, no accountability. This isn’t an isolated case, it’s a systemic problem.

    Took a Jio AirFiber connection in March 2026 with a 4month recharge. During installation, I was informed that relocation would be possible if I shifted my residence. After 1.5 months, I moved to a new flat and contacted @JioCare relocation, but now they are denying the service.
