Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Shubham (@Shubham02_03) reported15+ days. No resolution despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. Only bot replies and false assurances. I've now filed a formal complaint with @jagograhakjago (Docket No. 9765478). @JioCare @reliancejio, I hope this finally gets resolved.

Vibha Agarwala (@VibhaAgarwala) reported@jiocar @jaagograhakjago @JioCare 3. Repeated complaints on Jio app and X, no resolution. Blamed local cable guys and put my complaint on hold. 4. Today my son promised them Rs.500. Both engineers arrived promptly and fixed the problem INTERNALLY. 5. Jio shared a link to report if Engineers demand money.
