  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare I also tried the WhatsApp chat and the MyJio app, but there's no option to discontinue the connection or talk to an agent. My next recharge is due on 1st August, and I want to cancel the connection before that so I don't have to recharge for a service I won't be using.

  @JioCare Your employees are so lazy that they say they will come but never come! I will keep escalating this DAILY. Multiple sim delivery people were allotted, NO ONE turned up! I need this order cancelled and give me my REFUND.

  @reliancejio @JioCare today my previous prepaid plan got expired so I had done new recharge of ₹899 true 5g unlimited plan and by that time my network is catching LTE only same place same usage but why you limit your user to 4g only previously I had not faced any such problems

  @JioCare Bhavana, I appreciate your reply. Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue
