    @JioCare During normal day and rainy day Jio network become very weak just like 2G network.But other network like airtel,Idea working very well.. Please resolve..Almost maximum days we are facing the same problem Location: Balco,District-korba(C.G), Pin-495684

    @JioCare @reliancegroup Jio has become the worst network, better than Airtel, it charges a few rupees more but the internet runs very well. Jio people if the network doesn't improve then don't keep them in the dark.Stop cheating that there are more users.

    @JioCare spoils the big time .... Never a smooth day during work withol your bloody internet services. Please shut down your company. There's no use!! We have to recharge with big amounts but the speed sucks always!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have booked a jio postpaid sim delivery at my house 3days before but i am receiving call from jio agents for sim but they are not coming and delivering the sim, thy R saying we will come by evening every day, but then don't, is this service jio is gives?

    @JioCare Recharged today as my data exhausted early. Still no activation button is seen to activate it. Tried to contact jio care. But there is only some vague robotic replies. Try to put humans for handling the complaints. Help pls.

    Since 23rd February, my Jio fiber connection has been disrupted by heavy snow. I called customer service, and they said they'd send over an engineer. Its been 3 days and the engineer has not yet arrived.Terrible service at your end.Customer executives are very rude @JioCare
