  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  The assigned engineer says he can’t take any action until the Fiber Distribution Box is replaced by Jio. He isn’t visiting the site either. I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor service. Resolve this urgently. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

  @reliancejio Stuck on the Jio Self-KYC page for a new SIM activation! Proceeded to the final payment stage, but the option to redeem a Jio Starter Pack E-Gift Card / Voucher is completely missing from the portal. Please fix this UI issue or guide me on how to redeem it.

  @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet
