Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Called customer care and requested a visit by the engineer and she kept insisting to restart router (which I did several times since a few days). I’ve done everything on my end: Filed multiple complaints via customer care, Switched airplane mode on/off, reset network settings, and restarted my phone.

We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.
