  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नंबर SR00003F42N1 Made this complaint yesterday service engineer was supposed to come between 6 pm to 7pm Then it was rescheduled to 1 pm to 2 pm today but didn't arrived. Why there is always delay and always reschedule in service . @JioCare

  @JioCare I Shirisha, As mentioned to you, this is not the kind of service I expect. If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.
