  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  Hi @JioCare I'm experiencing poor network connectivity at Gera World of Joy, Kharadi–Ubale Nagar, Pune. The network is very weak both indoors and outdoors. Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is extremely slow. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. #Pune

  @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours
