  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare it seems like you people are exhausting the initial 3 month's time which I have paid for, the monthly collection will start. After 70 days 70% of data left & it will lapse. I am using mobile data for my use and even posting these. Worst network and service by JioFiber.

  @reliancejio Due to this persistent issue, we have had to recommend that many customers use or switch to @airtelindia, simply because Jio doesn’t work inside our store. Please arrange an urgent RF/Network site survey and provide an indoor coverage solution (IBS/Small Cell/JioConnect). (3/3)
