  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare I have raised a relocation request on 28th June. No response or resolution so far. I have been calling customer care twice a day, they are scheduling an engineer visit and postponing it every day. How many days will they do it? I have already paid 1200 for this.

  @reliancejio @JioCare MF Jio is not able fix just a small problem since 5 days. They just ask to schedule appointment with 3rd class local engineer. Never use Jio Fiber. Their service are pathetic. Bs ek simple problem- Pol pr Box thik karne me 5 se jada din lg rahe.5+ counting
