  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare raised request to upgrade JioFiber to ott, received old/dusted stb, refused the stb installation but my plan is still activated with no resolution of getting proper STB. Either provide better stb or cancel new plan and revert back to old one if you're unable to service.
