Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Automated help services have no resolution. The brand takes money through MyJio app & fails to provide services. Alarming.

Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI
