  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  I'm user of both @reliancejio @JioCare mobile prepaid and postpaid Fibre but despite almost 20-25 Complaint, follow ups and hopes from retention excutives still the issue which almost have been through last half a year not been resolved and now I just want to rest this case here and want to withdraw from all the services provided by @reliancejio.   My Jio Fiber connection (number 1205262917) has been down for four days. I have spoken to and chatted with customer care 20 times. I have even received calls from 10 Jio employees, yet no one has shown up. I am appalled by such terrible service from @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JaikyYadav16 Same is the situation with @reliancejio, we are not able to talk on call, seeing this situation it seems that writing a letter would have been better, so much money is spent on recharge and yet the service is available for a pittance.
