  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare 5g network not coming in our house. it was coming since last 3-4 years when Jio started 5g in sambalpur till yesterday morning.since yesterday 5g network not stable only 2 bars showing in network panel and immediately it's getting shifted to 4g.

  @JioCare @reliancejio. My jio fiber is down for 3 days. Service request raised 3 days ago and engineer is not picking the call. Customer care is telling engineer will be coming for last 2 days. Worst Fiber service and customer care. Its better not to use jio fiber at all
