Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

The stores here are almost always overcrowded—perhaps because many users are facing network-related issues. All dues have been cleared. The number I want to convert was part of a family add-on plan, and any remaining dues on the primary account will also be cleared.
