Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Jio scheduled a tech dispatch for yesterday but they cancelled it without any justification. The service was installed on last Monday and right after a week inhave started facing issues. FIX IT NOW...!!!

I was promised a fix within 6–9 months. A year has passed. How much longer should a paying customer suffer? Fix the network.

But in my neighbour everyone has Jio air fiber .worst service by Jio. Jio don’t want to install then it’s ok. I will switch to airtel air fiber
