    @reliancejio @JioCare worse customer experience in Chhattisgarh district korba town katghora area (495445),as calling jio number its not connected saying check your number,worse internet connection, Jio subscriber are increasing but network is not improving. 1/1

    @JioCare During normal day and rainy day Jio network become very weak just like 2G network.But other network like airtel,Idea working very well.. Please resolve..Almost maximum days we are facing the same problem Location: Balco,District-korba(C.G), Pin-495684

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare I’m tired of repeated engineer visits and temporary fixes. The issue still persists despite multiple adapter replacements, resets, and support calls. The wiring has already been checked and is fine.

    @JioCare @JioCare because of there problem, are they giving me any perks for their service fault or mismanagement... moreover are they using cheap AI or wht as their app, customer care, and executive all three tells different time for resolution of issue..? Isn't it lack of coordination
