Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

ramesh (@rameshsheelam) reported73 days. Countless follow-ups. Multiple reference numbers, endless "Rest assured" messages, case managers, emails. Finally, the refund was received. This wasn't a refund issue. It was a customer support failure. Thanks, @JioCare. Hopefully the next customer won't need 73 days.
