  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare @JioCare, @reliancejio Still no response, no reply to my emails, and no accessible customer support. Paying for Jio AirFiber relocation was a mistake. Refund my ₹1,200 immediately. If this is not resolved without further delay, I will initiate legal proceedings.

  The worst service quality and network coverage of @reliancejio. After multiple customer service calls there is not any resolution to my 5G network coverage. At my home there is not an single 3500mhz band coverage so why we recharge 5G Plans ?

  @JioCare This is unacceptable. It's been over a week and the issue is still unresolved. No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

  @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2

  My fiber network is not working since last 1 week. Everytime an engineer comes and says it's fixed but after 1 hour it's gone again. This is sheer fraud and zero accountability. @JioCare customers need transperancy.
