  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio FRAUD BY JIO. AirFibre AC No 2231518564. My Jio Home Service was disrupted from 9th July to 14th July Afternoon due to Jio equipment failure on terrace. I asked for refund for those 5 days & I was bluntly refused by Jio Customer care. CHEATERS, FRAUDSTERS.

  These are conversations that happened to get a refund of my cancelled jio fiber connection, its been more than a month my order get cancelled but no refund from @reliancejio and @JioCare is worst in addressing such things. @TRAI Kindly make something about refund policies.

  @JioCare You will resolve the issue only when the engineer (Rantu Borah)will visit . Scheduled time was 5.30pm -6:30 pm . Yet no one visited, last time also it took 7 days to make visit, now same story is repeating. You people have any shame left or not. I don’t want your **** service.

  @JioCare Fibre services are not working from more than a week and there is no scope of communication from you guys. The calling no is getting cut after an ivr msg and your twitter guys are replying the same copy cut msg. Not interested in continuing this service any further
