  @TRAI @JioCare I am using Jio prepaid no & it is required to get Authority letter showing ownership from the service provider for onward submission to IRCTC but Telecom Com has denied. Please assist to get Authority letter.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Then an employee named Sarves Srivastva (Saharanpur Jio Center) working there called to his senior (Nitin from Meerut Jio team) to looked into my issue. After that he asked me that the refund has been processed for the same.

  @JioCare how many times do i need to share my details .. i have already registered complain on 198 but issue not fixed . being a jio member from past 6 years .. really pathetic service
