  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare Latest Update. Engineer assigned on the service ticket for 7 to 8 PM visit this evening. Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.
