  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare my #jiofiber connection is down since 10th of July. There has been no resolution yet. Service engineer said it is down in the entire building and will be resolved in 24 hours, that's done, no resolution yet. Service Request number SR00003B2HA7.

  @JioCare The jio customer service is going worst these days instead of connecting to the human agent it's always redirecting to pre recorded voice and my work got affected due to this network and no way to reach Customer service either in chat or call.

  @JioCare Your customer service sucks..I called the 1800 number.. even after I selected English as language I was transferred to Hindi and Odiya speaking agents.. they futher transferred me to two other Hindi speaking agents 🤦
