  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare @JioCare Still not resolved yet. It's been days since my Jio AirFiber service was suspended and the reactivation request is pending since June 4. Your earlier update mentioned June 13, but the service is still down with no progress. #JioAirFiber

  @JioCare @reliancejio Why is my Jio SIM card signal and the internet very poor let me know? A few times i am unable to get the signals from a few days. My foot Jio company owner, manager and staff. Ambani is looting money from the public in this way. Modi & co are supporting 🤮
