  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare My jio air fiber payment which has been done is not reflecting in your server hence you have disconnected my internet. Which is pathetic as a service provider. The bill was generated yesterday, the payment is done this morning and yet you guys are in such a hurry to disconnect it
