    @JioCare Sir, I visited a Jio Store to change the ownership of my number with required documents but the Jio Point Manager said it was not possible to transfer ownership. Sir please help now what can I do.

    @JioCare : Hi Team, I have just updated my samsung S8 mobile for the latest security patch, but after that my jio sim doesn’t work for voice calls. It says switched off when someone calls, however data is supported. I have tried reinserting the sim, didn’t work. Please help..!!

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @TRAI Please get resolved network problem asap. It’s hampering my office work. Since two days , i am using Jio net. If Airtel team is not capable then let me know, i will request for port out my sim into Jio.
