  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioHotstar @Hotstar_Help @JioCare My JioHotstar trial plan (90daysTrial_JioHotstar) is ACTIVE on my Jio number , but the Hotstar app is still showing inactive and asking to buy a plan. Email support is very slow. Please manually sync and activate my account urgently!

  Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio . 4G and 5G speeds are worse than BSNL 2G, and call drops are happening constantly. Raised a service request but no resolution yet. Pls fix your network ASAP! @JioCare

  @JioCare Everytime I am getting same answer from escalation team that we have escalated your issue and you will get solution by end of the day. Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.

  I had paid money for new jio fiber connection, on 20th July in surat they were supposed to install and today its 24th july but they have not done it and also there is no way to contact anyone do not know how service will be @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio

  @JioCare-Ur customer service is full of chapris. For the last month, connection goes down 3-4 times. I scheduled an Engineer visit and it is cancelled. I call ur helpline, call gets disconnected. Wen I call, they say as internet is up, they can't raise another req. SR-00003BWI9
