    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Only when I need the internet the most, it fails to deliver. Had to send an important email; No f@#$ing internet. Trying to find my doctor; can't connect the call, need to call from other network. Like C'mon, if you can't keep up, let the customers know.

    @reliancejio On a serious note it is very bad to inform that the service provided by jio my area is actually being worst.Instead of making complains in jiocare there is no response.Unable to make calls from home. Have to come out always to get network.Please resolve @JioCare

    Worst ever service rendered by any other company. I will suggest never to use @reliancejio they will thrash your expectation. And after calling @JioCare they give a silly reason of "user increased in your area". I am left with only option to move court now.
