  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  Can you please launch unlimited 4g plan like Airtel & Vi for 4g users as many people are still there in 4g networks & not able to upgrade to 5g & in many areas even with 5g handset but the 5g network is not proper stable & strong it goes mainly to 4g only @reliancejio

  @JioCare Your “non-refundable” statement does not answer my complaint. I am not cancelling on a whim: Jio failed to provide the paid service for 9 days and blocked complaint registration through its app and IVR. I reserve my right to seek refund and compensation for this deficiency.2/2

  @JioCare Shrikant i think we had the conversation and u put me on hold for 3 mins yesterday and confirmed that the service disconnection request has been processed. So why am i getting service call visit etc requests incessantly?
