  @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare Shireen, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

  @JioCare after sending all the details as requested in DM, it's been 5 days now there is absolutely no contact from local Chennai Nungambakkam team. Are you giving automated responses in DM? The service is disrupted since May 22. Waive off the bill and disconnect permanently
