    @JioCare During normal day and rainy day Jio network become very weak just like 2G network.But other network like airtel,Idea working very well.. Please resolve..Almost maximum days we are facing the same problem Location: Balco,District-korba(C.G), Pin-495684

    @reliancejio @JioCare worse customer experience in Chhattisgarh district korba town katghora area (495445),as calling jio number its not connected saying check your number,worse internet connection, Jio subscriber are increasing but network is not improving. 1/1

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Hi Bhavana, I have been continuously following up but there has been no proper resolution. I had booked this SIM for urgent travel, but due to repeated delays and failed delivery, I had to leave without receiving it. The delivery executive also did not complete the activation

    @JioCare Please let us know, if you can't able to provide proper customer service. We'll get that from another service provider. Don't behave like you're the one. I'm facing the same issue from so many days I didn't get the proper resolution. Arrange a callback. It's an emergency.

    @JioCare Not just one app, every app is facing problems since evening.😔My 5G is recharged but forget about 5G, there is no 4G, it is working fine.I can't even send a normal message on WhatsApp. So many problems!😔

    @JioCare Still no solution. Stores in Delhi are openly refusing SIM replacement for my lost number. This is NEGLIGENCE. Customers shouldn’t suffer because your staff doesn’t know basic policy. Either resolve this immediately or I will escalate to @TRAI.

    which is nowhere close to the promised speed. Even basic usage is affected. I raised a complaint, but received a generic “connection refreshed” response with no actual resolution. This clearly shows poor service quality and lack of accountability.@JioCare @reliancejio

    35+ hours of JioFiber outage and still Zero accountability. No updates, no way to reach a real support agent, nothing. Full monthly charges for half-baked service. How long are we supposed to just wait ? Absolutely unacceptable. What hell of a kind service @JioCare @reliancejio
