    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @SamsungIndia @reliancejio in my samsung galaxyM13 5g phn jio sim not supported.i put my jio sim other phn its running well. and put other ntwrk sim to my phn its running well..i am very tens ..plz solve my problem..

    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio The installation of jioairfiber is still due till date and the local operator guy is not picking up the call, jio helpline is just a bot operated. can anyone suggest how to cancel the application and I'll go for other ISP.

    @JioCare It has been over a year, yet the tower in our village hasn't been fixed properly. The tower shuts down as soon as the power goes out; neither calls go through nor does the internet work. I have lodged complaints several times, but there has been no resolution.jodhpur,rajasthan

    @JioCare It says exceeded number of tries contact customer care. I havr spoken to customer care they are unable to help before the 11th of July. Sorry i cannot have 6 days of no interneg

    Hi @JioCare, I’m unable to use WiFi due to service disruption and your engineer came and broke the device and didn’t resolve anything. He put my service request on hold and now I’m unable to get any resolution from your team. It’s 24 hrs beyond expected resolution time.

    Total outage on @JioCare JioFiber for over 48 hours now. Ground team says it’s a "local tower issue" but there’s zero urgency to fix it. WFH is completely stalled and kids are missing online school due to pathetic network reception. Fix this ASAP!
