    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare @reliancejio "In Badhpura village, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, most of the Wi-Fi connections in our village are Jio AirFiber, which have been out of order for the last 3 days, and no action is being taken even after making a complaint."

    @JioMart @JioMart @reliancejio Very poor service from Jiomart. Orders are not serviced. No TAT for customer complaint closure. Refunds takes ages. Reading the comment section only strengths my view. Better not to use and if at no Prepaid orders to be placed.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 5/8 And despite all this, Jio's response is still: “Limited network connectivity in this location.” And apparently, Jio will “try to improve it in the future.” SERIOUSLY? What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?

    @JioCare The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5day before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
