    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @JioCare I did not receive any call from your team even after your assurance thats why I was saying your team is really not working efficiently and effectively to deliver things on time or even thinking this is already delayed & should do the job, there is no system in place to track it.

    @JioCare I had requested for a relocation of Jio Fiber 3 days back. It is still not done and says request is open. Not the service expected from the brand that claims to be India’s number telecom brand

    @JioCare Hi Kindly look into this request SR00003BD175, it been more than 14 hours and still engineer is yet to be assigned. My work has been disrupted today due to issue with Jio fiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is down for a week. Multiple complaints raised, zero action! As society representative, if this isn't fixed today, we will remove all Jio wiring from our premises & invite @airtelindia to service the entire society. Fix this!

    @JioCare @JioCare Your reply avoids the real issue. I didn't pay ₹3599 for a True 5G plan just to be told to use 4G. If your coverage claim is accurate, prove it by fixing the network in my area. Customers deserve service, not automated replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what is going on with your net? I booked complaint in noon and the customer care executive told me that the engineer will come on 18th July i asked them to send them tomorrow they said they cant as they don’t have enough engineers ,now tell me what do i do?
