    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Hello @JioCare please provide customer care number for my fiber connection here only , do not advise other things . Please provide direct customer care number where some human can talk as I am facing Internet issue from last night , do not force me to change the service .

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber complaint on 6th July. Every day I’m given a new technician slot, but no one visits. Customer care keeps giving false assurances that it will be resolved in the next slot. This has been extremely frustrating.

    Dear @JioCare For the past 4 days, there has been almost no Jio network in Gass, Nallasopara West (PIN 401203). Even after the rain has stopped and water has receded, the network is still not restored

    @JioCare The internet speed at my location is absolutely pathetic. I am paying for 4G/5G but getting unusable speeds that feel worse than 2G. Please fix the network infrastructure in [Khagrabari, Pin-781344, Baksa, Assam] immediately.
