I have been facing issues of ZERO/NO CONNECTIVITY since 3-4 days with my Jio Fiber. I've already raised a complaint/ticket but the technician is not at all receiving calls or visiting my home. My job/other tasks are bein hindered. Pls help @JioCare @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio

@JioCare @TRAI Pls take strict action against jio for cheating customers in providing connection to customers in the name of internet which doesn't work.. they are not responding and the internet is not working. The worst customer service I ever saw. @JioCare you are unfit .
