    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio It is impossible to reach a customer care representative. I get charged my prepaid jio no. 8218654297 plan 666 Val 84 days with unlimited calls to any net work. Bt if I try to make call, it asks to top up. Shame jio

    @JioCare We have paid a security deposit of 5500 rupees . Now we can’t even get WiFi signal 2.5Ghz few feet away to connect Amazon plug and doorbell

    last 2 year I complained several times regarding very slow Internet speed and low network at my location and from @reliancejio I get the same reply from your customer care executive that “we are working on it . It is temporary”. Now 2 how much you time need to fix this issue .

    @JioCare why your process is rigid.#1 you are not sending invoice over email and when customer requests, you are simply rejecting requests without knowing the need of customer. And stop all robotics process, they are no longer helpful @airtelindia @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    Received an escalation call from jio, but I didn’t mention that problems belongs to orissa and I received call from Nitin and he is handling digital marketing of jio in himachal..he did his best and escalated my issue to orissa team. Thanks @reliancejio @JioCare
