    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare one of the worst service provider to come across, my jio fiber has been out of service for more than 3 days And your support is rescheduling the engineer visit again and again. I have been using your services for more than 5 years. Lost a costumer

    Pathetic exprnc with @JioCare. Rgstrd a cmplnt for fibre issue on 8th, slctng the home visit for 9th @JioCare snt me a reschdl msg wdout my consent & chngd visit dt to 10th. Whn I refsd to accpt their harassment, they nw changd visit time. Canclng my servcs nw. @reliancejio

    @JioCare From morning, I tried reaching the customer care and explaining the issue. However, they don’t care at all. I have spoken 6 customer care representatives and there is no proper response. People should avoid your Internet. It is always one way communication
