@reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

When I talk to @JioCare about not able to use internet they are asking me to wait but they didn't tell any deadline to fix the issue.Not raised complaint. I use mobile data for my office work. I don't know how can I explain this to my employer. Why JIO so bad? @MukeshAmbanima

@JioCare The assistance I got is a statement that says at certain times of day one may experience bad network due to congestion. This is not assistance; this is telling a customer that this is the best you can do. Moreover, I am facing network issues 24/7. This is not congestion.

@reliancejio what a shame that an existing customer of jio fiber is told that his recharge of 7000/- rupees won’t work and then the customer r service reps refuses to help and hangs up on me. Shame!

@JioCare I have already using jiofiber connection on this registered no. 9901318454 in bangalore there none asked any money I was aware about that so I asked the same but if I will complaint it might be they will nt install

@JioCare I'm getting @airtelindia fiber after my plan expires. If I'm gonna struggle with customer service this much with both companies I atleast should struggle with faster internet.
