    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Jio customer service is pathetic and they are not helping me with registration of email id on my phone number. I have been talking to customer care on chat and calls but no help from them. Feeling trapped. Would never recommend Jio. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare

    Absolutely terrible service from @JioCare . No matter how much we recharge be it 3GB or 5GB per day , still speed will be reduced after 1.5 GB daily usage. Pathetic service, hopeless. Enough frustration even after paying so much, I am moving to @airtelindia .

    @JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution
