    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio fiber connection has been down since yesterday. I have called twice and they have been saying sending engineer but I don't see anyone coming till now. It's over 24hrs without a connection what do I do?!?!

    @reliancejio My jiofiber ph is 01613551519, ID 299141045529 and reg:mob:7696158893.Trail connection was installed on4th April.Since then speed issue.I raised so many complaints,no technician visited. 16th April, I surrender the connection.15 days passed devices not picked.

    @reliancejio i had purchased ur services around two weeks ago.. wifi nd settop box both .. but from last one week .. nothing is working ..customer care is unresponsive..my service id is 299951510410..so poor after sale service m switching to another brand..
