    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    while upload speed is around 20 Mbps. This is completely unacceptable. Engineers visit, check briefly, and leave saying “this is how it will work.” This is not acceptable. Please look into this urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN #worstswrvice

    @JioCare Via customer care support I received the engineer number and I spoke to him as well. He said he is mapped to different area. Then why my incident assigning to him. Our day to day life is getting impacted because of this. @JioCare please get me proper help on the same #Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare I've tried restarting my device and resetting APN settings, but the internet speed in DEGLOOR Nanded remains unusable. Please check if there is a known issue with the local towers. Need a resolution ASAP for work. #JioSupport

    @JioCare My 1 GBPS AirFiber connection has very unstable network performance (high latency and packet drop). Your customer care number 18008969999 is of no use because your support analyst does not understand the basics of internet network issues - latency and jitter. She kept asking if the speed was fine and I said yes, but the latency and jitter are high. The usual troubleshooting - disconnect the cable and reboot the router - I have tried multiple times. I need a capable support agent to physically visit and sort out the issue today. I have an important customer call 6.30 - 8.30 pm IST today. And pls train your agents on networking concepts. If they don’t understand what latency and jitter are, it is unfortunate. And if this is the state of a 1 GBPS AirFiber connection for a single laptop, worth Rs 4999 per month, then I have nothing else to say. See attached screenshots, anyone capable will understand the latency issues.
