    Dear @JioCare, My JioFiber has been down with no resolution. Your technician keeps asking me to disconnect the connection instead of fixing the issue. Also, once a ticket is raised, it's nearly impossible to reach customer care for escalation. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare @reliancejio and ask me rate them with 5 that I went beyond and responsibility and provided them with info of the discontinued connection they said that they entered info in system but still there is no action. I am left with no option but to take social media to highlight the issue.

    @JioCare I have raised a service request yesterday can you resolve it on priority - SR00003AAMHZ, post recharge yesterday morning at 10 Am broadband connection still not working. It's already 24 hrs.

    @JioCare - Its been 3 days since KYC is done with full payment for Jio AirFiber ,Order ID NO0001EF7GYC, Yet the installation is not done, No one is picking up the phone, Even customer care is also not aware of what happening, What kind of services are you providing

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised the cancellation request out of frustration with Jio's complete failure to provide support. No internet since 1st July, no engineer visit, only repetitive replies. This is not customer service.

    @Wilsonwagndu @reliancejio Thanks for the info. Already exploring Jio as backup. Airtel ₹4099 already stuck in queue till 24 July. Will compare both networks and decide. Airtel needs to fix its rigid recharge policy though.

    @JioCare This can’t be a daily story. I can’t keep running diagnostics everyday. Your engineer visited our building yesterday and day before but still no solution.
