    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    @JioCare The engineer assigned to my complaint initially answered my call and assured me that he would visit, but he is now not answering calls at all. No one from Jio has contacted me or provided any actual resolution. (2/3)

    @JioCare Never received a call from anyone yet! Not even the social media team. We will be disconnecting all 25 connections in the apartment tomorrow. Cant believe a huge company like Jio is this laidback! Congrats on losing 25 customers at one shot!

    @JioCare Your service is extremely awful. I had raised a relocation request for 3rd June. No one has visited to fix the connection and today is 5th June. There is no proper support and the app is completely useless. Either fix my connection or disconnect it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the msg which u have shared 33 mnts back is known to me for last 10 days . Your network for this city is down from last 10 days and u ppl are still massaging that it ll be resolved .. dont u think that it is shame for Reliance ??
