    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    The transformer for the Jio tower in my area has completely failed; it only functions when there is a power supply, and otherwise the network does not work. We are all switching from @JioCare to Airtel by porting our numbers, as @airtelindia 's service and network are excellent.

    My Jio AirFiber is not working since last night. Technicians visited, charged ₹150, it worked for a bit, and stopped again! When I called customer care to complain, the executive shouted at me.I have a serious brain disorder.This harassment isunacceptable! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioReliance @JioCare #Nosignaljio Is it fair to have full value recharge from customer and abandoning the net and signal service? Many time it happens that recharging my JioAirfibre on time but Jio is providing net with 2mbps 3 Mbps. Complaint to customer care went in vain.

    Dear Jio, internet speed issue has still not been resolved despite 4+ complaints over the last month. If the issue is not resolved at my location soon, I will have no choice but to switch to another operator. Please take this seriously and provide a permanent solution.@JioCare
