    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Your network issue is chronic and no resolution to complaint. A severe fluctuations among 5G & LTE results in no internet or idle network. Very poor network experience in last 6 months and waste of money in the name of data pack. Porting out seems only option. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My new JioFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few hours. The router shows a blinking red light and there’s no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.

    @JioCare I have already run the diagnostic as instructed. It DID NOT work. The issue is simple: JioTV+ keeps asking for a login OTP again and again. Stop sending me the same troubleshooting steps. I need an actual technical team/technician to resolve this. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare You are not getting Madam. Last month also I raised same ticket, it got closed.. no one fixed. Again same thing happened now. If you can't fix it, either you compensate your customer or don't expect customer to be with jio.
