    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Getting subscribers is one thing, being able to service them is another. Got @reliancejio Gigafiber a year back with the "Pay for 12 months get 14 months". 12 months hence plan expires. Provided documents for getting 2-3 sim cards a month back. Still not activated. @JioCare

    @reliancejio is the worst network i am using or anyone using in my zone. The internet is zero and calling services voice glitch call ends automatically. The worst part is internet..it's doesn't connect, the YouTube suffers and calling jio help press 9 the call ends that's fraud..

    @JioCare By when i can expect the closer....is there any time line...my advise to JIO dont sell ur product if u cant serve ur customer...and same advice to new customers dnt go for jio fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio no internet for over 2 weeks now. Customer care doesn't care! If a technician can be sent to fix it, please do, otherwise request for refund of deposit at the earliest.
