    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @SamsungIndia @reliancejio in my samsung galaxyM13 5g phn jio sim not supported.i put my jio sim other phn its running well. and put other ntwrk sim to my phn its running well..i am very tens ..plz solve my problem..

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    In summer powercut happens frequently & most of the time we couldn't use 5g properly and many works done online and it creates many problems for us. I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio in our are (Location: Bahari, Barpeta district, Assam, Pin -781302) after the powercut the network automatically shifts to 4g and we couldn't able to use any data even in 4g. This is how Jio is running and looting us. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have recharge with International roaming for Indenosia trip worth 2498.. But it is of no use.. No network available. Then what is use of jio card.. just declare we are not usefull in country and list it out..

    @JioCare I requested the ₹2222 (30 Mbps, 4 months) JioAirFiber plan, but the installer activated the ₹2122 (100 Mbps, 3 months) plan instead. I reported it immediately, but the local office refused to help, saying the plan is already activated. Please review and help.

    I got a new Jio SIM but I'm getting 3 to 8 calls every day from Bajaj Finance asking for someone named Umesh. I have told them many times that I'm not Umesh and this is a new number but the calls still haven't stopped. @JioCare : Why are you giving customers used numbers without fixing problems like this? @Bajaj_Finserv : How many times does someone have to say "wrong number" before you remove the number from your records?

    I’ve been facing constant call failures and poor internet connectivity on my Jio number for the last 7–8 days.The network has been extremely unreliable, and it’s becoming difficult to use my phone for even basic calls. Please look into this issue @JioCare @reliancejio
