    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's my big mistake to port my no. In Jio Dear Jio your service is getting worst day by day in our location you promised for 4G speed But in here 2G better then your 4G and Your customer Care are always busy so improve your Service

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Your billing me 1 month extra. I paid for 3months in advance.(for June, July, August). Now it's showing i have to pay 904Rs. I also already paid for my changed plan. Help me with this issue.

    @JioCare worst network ever. My net is not working for nearly 1 week and there is no positive response from customer care. Should have listened to my friends and instead port my sim in Airtel. @airtelindia

    @JioCare What opportunities should I give now your internet service has been continuously giving trouble to me especially during the evening hours though your mini tower is 50meter away from my location. Iam helpless iam taking my dad hotspot from vi . I will switch to vi.

    @JioCare Jio service & team getting worse day by day.I have requested for settop box on 6th,took appointment for 7th between4-6.But in return gotcall from tech person saying he will not come in evening, if youwant service will provide in morning only! Everyday call CC no solution
