    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    I attempted to port my Airtel SIM to @JioCare due to network issues in my area. I had also raised a SIM home delivery request on the Jio website but have not yet received any updates or delivery. This duopoly has created a state of time.

    @reliancejio AutoPay is broken trash. Google Pay + bank confirm payment, money hits Jio, yet your system has zero idea it came via AutoPay. Should still be in testing. Either your coders can’t code or the whole team is retarded.

    @JioCare @reliancejio despite multiple calls/tweets/complaints, i did not get the resolution from your end so decided to file an official complaint against you. Called Jio Care multiple times, told “5G limited in area” — false, clearly a provisioning issue.

    @JioCare @GoI_MeitY I have recorded communication with customer support he wants to ask aadhaar details which is personal n as per govt of India nobody have right to ask the personal details.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Have already spoken with your customer care executive regarding the matter. However, despite contacting your team, my problem is still not resolved. I am using Jio sim From 2019 but now I want to port the sim into Airtel due to bad Experience #JioNetwork #JioCare
