    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare 1gbps plan, speeds don't go above 200mbps. Service engineer visited, couldn't solve it. helpline says on the system it looks fine, but in reality the speeds are low what to do? I have urgent data to upload for an enterprise client.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Just want to highlight your Jio fiber employee behave and poor service at indore location ...Last 6 days my connection inactive after many request and mail but no solution at all this type of service ..plz cheak. 917313541037 fiber no.

    Installed @reliancejio JioAirFiber in my area, but facing unstable and unusable internet since installation. @JioCare support only repeats “team is working” and AI responses like “4 ghante me theek ho jayega.”

    @JioCare Now the support team is not even answering calls and only plays automated recordings. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable from a company of this scale.

    Never buy @reliancejio @JioCare International pack while going abroad. It doesn’t work and are left without any support

    Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hello Team, Thanks for response, this is FYI that there are multiple ISP was affected due to the incident, every ISP has fixed the issue except Jio, I can the other technicians working to fix the issue, except Jio, Thanks
