    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare and @ConsumerAffairs Internet down for my Jio airfiber since Aug 11. MyJio app blocked individual complaints. Forced to file National Consumer Helpline Grievance (Grievance No: [9964208]) on Aug 17. Still no resolution. Fix this immediately."

    Internet connection is not working for last 2 days @JioCare .Yesterday it was fixed at 5PM and again it got disconnected at 9 PM. Todays scheduled time was 2PM but without my notice it has been changed to 6PM. How will they fix it at that time ?

    It’s been 1.5 years since I first reported the lack of Jio network coverage in my area (May 2025 → Aug 2026). The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plans—please refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Another outage of mobile internet at villages like Male and Kurunji, bhor taluka Maharashtra? It's been over 2 days and the issue hasn't been resolved. Around 5-6 weeks ago, the outage was around 4-5 days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare To make matters worse, your customer care helpline keeps disconnecting calls automatically without connecting to an executive. Terrible support. ​Fix this immediately or I am escalating this to the National Consumer Court @jagograhakjago.
