    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. My question is simple: why was ₹50 charged when no service was activated? Keeping customer money without providing service is unfair. Give a proper resolution, not templates.

    This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.     @JioCare Weather is good, this is again wrong information, no problem need to change service provider. Might be no impact in jio business.

    Despite multiple complaints and even a response from JioCare, the network issue is still not resolved. The tower in our village works only for about 2 hours a day, causing poor connectivity for the entire day. This is unacceptable. Why is the tower not running properly? @JioCare

    Experienced the worst internet connectivity from @airtelindia in #uttarakhand @ANINewsUP @UTDBofficial They need to feel #relianceJio just a new arrival has got good coverage now and better connectivity with affordable price then at least #airtel.
