@reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

@JioCare I DM'ed the details as requested but it doesn't look like you're interested to answer the queries. Hope you can look into the genuine concerns of your customer and address them with some responsibility. Or is that too much to ask?

@reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say but your #JioFiber router has a very poor WiFi range, you gave a refurbished router for a fresh connection and your Internet speed and latency badly disappoints. Things are much better with Airtel Fiber internet connection. A bad experience.

I contacted Jio Support and they are saying I need to wait as the SR engineer did not visit yet as per SR and they will reschedule the visit again. This is simply harassment and that too just less than 1 days after installation of new connection. @JioCare
