    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Worst service from @JioCare. KYC is done, installation is delayed, and your agent is not answering calls. AI support is useless—please provide human customer care. Cancel my JioFiber booking immediately and share the cancellation number.

    @JioCare Part 2 For the last 2 months, I have been unable to download classes from one specific learning app on JioAirFiber. The same app works perfectly on my mobile hotspot and on other Wi-Fi connections. This clearly points to a problem with the Jio network, not my device or the app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is this how you treat customers? My Jio AirFiber has been down since 27 July. Engineer refused to visit, SR #SR00003CK5WL unresolved, and support has completely failed. NCH Docket #9826659 already registered. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare I'm not satisfied with the service. My Jio AirFiber has not been working since 9 July, and no engineer has visited my home yet despite multiple complaints. How long am I supposed to wait?
