  @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

  @reliancejio @JioCare your are looting people in the name of 5G network. Not a single website, app can be opened using your network. After complaining several time it is same as always. Better to port from your network.

  @JioCare Do not buy.. Worst customer service. You will be never be happy after this. They won't register complaint too .. It will take ten days to register complaint after several calls and so on. Do not buy any wifi connection from them. Landline connection which is free is all crap.

  The ground staff keeps your complaints on HOLD - this was you cannot even communicate with the JIO customer care centre. @JioCare @reliancejio Ridiculous. Asking the customer to pay for a dodgy installation done by their team. Irresponsible

  @JioCare @reliancejio Following up on the same Service request no. SR00002NIBD4 It has been further 24 hours. Total 48 hours (2days) still the status is the same. No engineer visit. No resolution. Nobody picks up the phone from registered mobile number. As I posted on X yesterday, I got a call from Jio Social Media team about 05.30pm yesterday (19th August 2026), assuring me of the highest priority in resolving my issue. Alas, nothing happened. It is approx. 08.00am (48 hours after raising the service request, 2 full days) and no resolution and no communication from Jio in any manner on any platform. I call again today with mobile number that is not registered with my JioFibre connection, so as to talk to a human, and I do get to talk. Only to get another phony assurance that the request will be escalated. The customer rep who I talked with today, was kind enough and did try to connect me with her higher authority, but it was to no avail. She tried twice, but the ‘senior’ did not connect. I think they now know that this is the second number from which the same person is calling. Dear jio, can I expect any resolution or at least a word about what is really happening?

  @JioCare Jio Trn no BR0000DSSCM7A dated 19 July 2026. Amt INR3599. Still not received despite refund within 5 days promised per the last conversation. Customer service executives cutting calls without assisting! complaint no SR00003D4MoH. My bank also failed to charge back.
