    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From 6/04/2022 all I am getting are fake promises to seriously look into the matter, albeit no single positive communication related till date has been received. I shared screenshots of double debit, shared transaction IDs of the bank, yet no solution provided. Pathetic.

    @JioCare Hugely disappointed after taking Jio Fiber connection 2 days back,installation not done properly and also Amazon Prime subscription not yet provided. Please get these fixed or else will throw the boxes in drain and never use it again.

    @JioCare Nw u say dis "visit of Jio service engnr 4 ur JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice No +918xxxxx is on hold as FTTx - Society perm reqd.Kindly provide d approval frm ur society".ur guys didn't get perm frm BBMP & nw I hav to do it is it... How did u prov serv in last 10 mnths.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Work kind of Fiber service in Bangalore. At the time of booking sales guy confirmed that installation will be done on the same day and till now no one has contacted me even after taking the complete money. Order Numbar NO0000LHDP80. Sales guy number is off

    @reliancejio Order: NO0000LFF5GU is pending to be installed from 2nd May, it is getting rescheduled everytime. Tried reaching customer care but no help. This is already pathetic service for new installation, how can I expect good service after installing. Refund or install asap
