    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Ripple5633 Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

    I am really very irritated and frustrated by jio as jio is just mailing everytym and i am tired of giving same information to all the mails and call support everytym if jio you are not able to just refund for the fiber just let me know @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @ashishsanjay @JioCare @reliancejio We are struggling with the same. They only send an automated SMS with new date & time. They want customers to keep calling and following up with them. Worst service ever. Do not recommend switching to Jio Fibre, EVER.

    @JioCare Yes at same place my facing again network problem now a days jio is giving very poor service so i will port my number to airtel

    @JioCare Just to update, got a call from a Jio exec just now to ask if my complaint was resolved, told him not yet, then an engineer called to ask location, explained him (can’t be more central) only to be told, sorry that’s not my area. So Typical of @JioCare service, only lip service.
