    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare I have been hearing from 30 December 2025 this information we are here to help. Please note that as per the update, we have limited network coverage in this location currently. We have noted your concern and will try to take steps to improve coverage in this location in future

    @JioCare And when calling no one is picking the call. I have to say you service has been pathetic over the past few months. Seriously needs a lot of improvement.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing a 8-month severe indoor network blackout at 700037. 8 Service Requests closed without resolution despite unusable signal (-128dBm). Registered formal grievance with National Consumer Helpline and DoT. Fix network! NCH Grievance: 9829547. DoT DOTEL/E/2026/0042630.

    @JioCare @jiocare Wat is the use of sending DMs? The Jio team repeatedly says "pay the bill to remove suspension," but you never resolve the actual outage caused by your own faulty line breakage. (1/2)

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved.If this is a temporary issue, why has it been ongoing for the last 9 days? This is unacceptable. This ongoing issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

    @JioCare Regarding JIO fiber issue with SR SR00003CXR5R, technicians is ot answering calls. With reschedule I am getting time slot for tomorrow and is not acceptable. Connection is impacted for more than 2 days .

    @PranayCC @JioCare Not a practical solution, sadly. They'll just use another number. Trust me I get calls from a telecom company from their employees personal numbers asking me to recharge. I just can't prove it

    Shame on @JioCare @JioFibre Internet is down from last 10 days. Raised SR several times, but they havn't assign an engineer yet. Shameless company taking money every month and don't care about its customer. No way to contact them, everywhere they have placed bots.
