    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare The engineer called and said it's a internal wire issue he can help else I need to submit a letter and they will look into it. Please understand it's all the Jio wires hanging loose in the society not my individual. You needed my number so call me will explain.

    @JioCare Given reply is a only general remarks, not taken any action seriously , because of there is no any complaint/ tracking number. I need an urgent and effective action that could resolved it very soon within specific time limit.
