    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare "Dear Jio Team, ​When I am paying for an unlimited 5G pack, it is your responsibility to improve and expand your network connectivity. In your response, you mentioned that building walls affect the coverage and that the phone will switch to 5G wherever available.     @jagograhakjago #consumerhelp @JioCare is cheating. They charge JioSTB subscription charges on top of internet charges. They claim various channels for free but those channels display ads.. 20 ads in 30 mins. No way to raise complaint. Support disconnects calls

    @JioCare Since I am raising the tweet and requesting a Coustmer support no call I have received because we Coustmer don't have authority to raise the request and which shows how company is making money from common people and not providing servicess

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber internet speed is zero Raised a complaint 3 days ago, but the engineer either skips or reschedules the appointment. The only thing I get is a fake promise every time. Is this the service we expect? #JioFiber #JioDown #Jio
