    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Please do it once because this always fail 👎 and you check the reality of your speed. As you always say that you are in good signal area but due to lot of customer are using internet at that time that's why speed is slow. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Shared my experience: when I installed the JIO FIBER last month company provides me free internet without any issues, now from the next month onwards everyday they are shutdown my internet for maintenance. I don't know what maintenance they are doing every day

    @reliancejio Dear Team Reliance jio I had recharged 599 on dt 16022021 for mobile no 6201993196 through Google pay but not reflected yet in my jio. Your customer care is so rude even not interested to lodge a complaint.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio I've jiofibre cnctn n hve relocated 2a new add within 1 km of previous1 n been trying 2get my connection relocated it's odd jio is ready to offer me new cnctn n cancel my exstng1 even wen new cnctn will require setting up wiring etc but not want 2o a relocatio
