    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio It has been more then 72 hrs and my Jio Fiber connection is still not restored. Multiple engineers were scheduled for home visit and none of them came so far. This is impacting my office work from home badly. One of the worst service provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Still Internet is not working Yesterday I posted compliant No postive result. If internet is not works for whole day or more what is regulation for this @TRAI? Why not to extend the validity?

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago When wil there be technician visit at my home. Entire building is using jio &fed up of service from jiocare. Jio won't give extension on renewal untill service request is closed which is open from 11 july. Entire building is giving tought to change jio to other

    it has been 6 days since the Jio fibre has been down in my home and every day your customer care says it will be fixed in 12 hours. no engineer visit no solution yet. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    it's so tough to cancel @jio_fiber subscription, they make your already hard life hell You can't reach out their customer support, the app is useless and there is no help @JioCare is this how you guys earn money??? worst part, they don't have an option to cancel but just relocate

    @JioCare Shubham, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare You guys are pathetic and so is your service. This is the worst customer service you can provide to me. You are nothing but a bunch of robbers looting customer's money and provide them a ****** service. My service request SR0003BVLW9 and I've received no help whatsoever
