    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare I am annual subscriber, the rupees 198 add on plan given to me for Jammu Kashmir Yatra, the plan was not activated after very tries. Then why me that plan was given, I was force to take rupees 349 plan, put me in in Loss and harassment, this is not customer friendly.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Converted my Jio SIM to eSIM on iPhone via MyJio. Old SIM deactivated, but eSIM still not activated after 12+ hours. No calls, SMS, or network. Please resolve this urgently. #Jio #eSIM

    My household is heavily invested in your ecosystem. We run 4 personal family SIM cards plus this JioFiber line. If this is not resolved on high priority within 2 hours, we are pulling all 5 connections and permanently switching to a competitor Fix this immediately! @JioCare

    @JioCare 8 days have passed since my SIM request was processed and I still haven't received the SIM.The delivery executive number(Kunal Yadav 9310169085) remains switched off.This reflects extremely poor service,lack of accountability & unacceptable customer support.@reliancejio

    72 hours without internet and still no resolution from @JioCare. A service request was raised 3 days ago, multiple follow-ups were made, emails have gone unanswered, and no engineer has visited yet. Resolve this urgently. SR No: SR000038G67T

    @JioCare the issue exists and there is no engineer assigned yet to resolve. Looks like there is no point in complaining as well

    @JioCare My JioFiber Wi-Fi connection has been down since yesterday afternoon. The router is continuously blinking red, and I have no internet access. Kindly look into the issue and provide assistance ASAP. Please help resolve this at the earliest.
