    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani Already 8th day Still No Internet... WoW What a Service by Jio , India of the top leading Company? Ambani Sir 6th time Engineer Visited as they were concerned about the problem in our Location tower. What backend team doing ?

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @jio_fiber . Internet down, technicians are rude and just take OTPs without fixing the issue. If Ticket SR000036N7WZ isn't fixed tomorrow, I'm switching to Airtel. #JioFiber #BadService
