    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare @JioCare The app showed “2 months @ ₹707” with no mention of any 150-day condition. I recharged based on that. Revealing eligibility only after payment is misleading. Please honor the offer or issue a refund, or I will escalate to the National Consumer Helpline.

    @JioCare Not sure entire @JioCare team is DEAD. 21 days SLA violated still they are creating service request one after another but not able to refunding my 209 rs.

    @JioCare DM already sent as get assistance from AI and customer care is useful. The only resolution provided for all the issues is restart the router.
