    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

    so tomorrow my recharge is due but switching to @airtelindia as they are providing better network coverage in my area. @reliancejio 's customer support is worst. Such a poor customer support system for a network provider like Reliance Jio.

    @JioCare hello, I have a jio fiber router since 2017 and it does not seems to support anything over 100 Mbps currently. Can it be upgraded? Thanks
