    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been complaining for more than 20 times for the same issue but it is not getting resolved. Entire December is over and I have not used the services because of wire breakage. Pathetic service. You people only sells false promises to customers.

    @reliancejio Jasola Pocket 2 New Delhi (lane of plots 66-74) is in a mess with excessive overhead wires of your telephone and finer service. Remove them immediately and shift them to area behind the buildings.

    @JioCare While recharging my phone, transaction was unsuccessful however the money has been debited from my account. I've not heard back from your side. It's been a week as of now. Can I expect this to be returned or should I stop using your services. Your CC AVRS is really bad.

    @JioCare No responsible person in Jio customer care..Tried all methods Like Chat, Call to customer care.. Appellate authority not picking calls.. So to whom should write ? Customer care executive saying there is no issue from our end. Then Will BSNL solve a Jio issue? What a joke
