    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Useless service. Whether you are at home or around the house, they keep switching from 5G to LTE, they keep doing it. They ask again how is the service, 5G is working great, give me the rate.. What rating would you give for this? 👎🏻

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber The email cites rescheduling request put by me that has kept it on hold. No such request was made by me. This is a bad practice to have. It's been three days without the internet. Please get someone to fix it immediately. Very Disappointed.

    @JioCare Hotstar subscription is included in my recharge plan, still not showing in my Hotstar. Kindly resolve this. Also your customer care is pretty useless I've to come here to seek help

    @JioCare And again after 3 days the internet services are disrupted. Again the engineer visit is just scheduled without the engineer visiting. Such a stupid customer service and I am fed up.

    @JioCare I continue to suffer, my installation was done yesterday but still internet not working on my laptop, I have sent detailed complaint with photo and video as proof on DM

    @JioCare connection (Acc No. 900511346149) at Kamal Thakkar & Co. has been down for 15 days despite multiple complaints. Resolve within 12 hours or we will escalate to consumer authorities and share our experience publicly.
