    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have a Jio Air Fiber connection which had slow speed issue. The agent who came to address it screamed at my parents and ran away. Jio customer care gave me his number & when I called him he abused me & threatened that he will never service that area. #Goonda #rowdy

    Our phone call at 10:57 a.m. said the network would be back up and running in two and a half hours. However, it's been more than three hours now, and the problem persists. @jiocare

    @JioCare - SR00003CKOPD - My Jio fiber has been down for the past two days. I've already created a service request, but an engineer hasn't been assigned yet. This is happening in the Chennai metro area. This is frustrating - I haven't been able to reach a support personal also.

    Pickup is scheduled on 25 march 2025 (almost 1.5 yrs) Network might be 5G but services is still 2G 📶🐌. CO0001JI9OPO Kindly resolve the issue and schedule the pickup at new address as now device is with me at my new address in the same city @JioCare @reliancejio
