    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Pathetic service, it has been 5 days since I have paid for a new connection and still I'm waiting for the agent to show up. Everytime I call the agent, he either hangs up or tells me,it will be done in the evening. Is this the service we deserve?

    and then they did it few more times and. Now today they are saying they won't be able to give us connectivity as our house is litte away from road. Is this a joke or a way to take money and not provide service or an early excuse from ur team if the service will be poor @JioCare

    @JioCare It seems that the people of jio are tired of serving the network now, the network runs so slowly that it seems as if the tortoise will overtake them.#very poor jio network.

    @JioCare I have been complaining since December 2019 almost more than 1 year till date still no improvement in internet speed thought network coverage is good. Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. Pin-787059. Landmark- Santoshi Mata Mandir.

    @JioCare - I have a JIO number and not latching to the network after a recharge as well. Can you help me with a reason . I am currently outside India but phone is in India.
