@reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice I had placed 2 orders on 4th October Order no. NO0000N3Y9I9 and NO0000N3XVBP The hub is full in our area I called customer care yesterday to cancel them and was done but I still see them on hold in my jio app Pls cancel them asap and arrange for refund
