    @JioCare why your service is so crappy? Even when i have the signal, i still struggle to make a phone call, today i was waiting for an important meeting and i wasn't able to connect with the other person because of this shity service.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio no update on the rebate (16 Dec to 13 Feb) and the connection issue from 10 April 2023. Please confirm if it's going to be fixed or not, I had this connection for more than 2 years and all issues started since we complained about your engineers asking money

    @JioCare The company that claims to solve the problem in 24 hours cannot solve the customer's problem even in 10 days.. Perhaps the emphasis is on selling its product, the customer service is absolutely useless.
