    @reliancejio Come on. Your connectivity in Naya Gaon(Distt Mohali) is seriously under review. Net speed is negligible . Kindly look into the area before your customer base shifts to other operator. Take my advice as friendly. Regards

I never recharged from last one year or so, but Jio says they won't delete because nos. are valid. If you ask whats the expiry, they don't know.

    @JioCare @TRAI Using jio No.9803349957. But net speed at my home(B-12/895, Adarsh Nagar, C Block, Nayagaon, Mohali, Pb) is very poor. So, using Idea SIM on 9814588923 which provide better net speed than Jio. Please take action so that I can port to Jio. Contact.9814588923

    I applied for jio fiber on July 28. They called me right away, took my payment. But it is now Aug 1 nd the Jio fiber is still not installed. @RelianceJio @reliancegroup @RelianceDigital is very good at taking money Bt no service is provided. Plz refund my money ASAP.

    @JioCare The biggest problem is that you simply marked the complaint as completed without even asking from the customer whether the problem is resolved or not or at least you could have informed that complaint is completed but it seems you guys give recorded answer every time.
