@thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

@reliancejio befooling people is the habbit of reliance. On complaining at customer care regarding poor internet service. Their representative replies due to high no of users the Internet has slow down. explain that this is the way a a tele Co. Has designed their system.

@airtelindia I’ve am trying to activate iMessage and FT on my postpaid connection and all it does is “error occurred while activating”. I used @reliancejio on same phone and it activated instantly. Now I need to fix this instantly, it’s causing way too much issues with my work.
