    @JioCare Give me TAT as its been about three month and your process is of 2 month. I don't think you are processing refund as your customer support executive is saying that ONT device is not picked up whereas it is already picked up by your home engineer. @JioCare @fraud

    Went to nearest Jio Store to port my Service to Jio , They said I have to come in February as there has some new rules in Jio , I am 18.9 Years old. I can have a sim card on my own . I think so. Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Come on. Your connectivity in Naya Gaon(Distt Mohali) is seriously under review. Net speed is negligible . Kindly look into the area before your customer base shifts to other operator. Take my advice as friendly. Regards

    .when i file complaint they say we are improving , but how long In 2 months you can't fix a Small issue.If you can't then quality of engineers you are having are very low graded. At least Idea take care of it's all coustomers .@JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI Using jio No.9803349957. But net speed at my home(B-12/895, Adarsh Nagar, C Block, Nayagaon, Mohali, Pb) is very poor. So, using Idea SIM on 9814588923 which provide better net speed than Jio. Please take action so that I can port to Jio. Contact.9814588923

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had a new JioFibre connection installed at my place 2 days ago, now all it does is eat electricity and blink red. Installation was botched with half assed wiring. Support on app and customer care number is bullshit.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I daily get 8-10 spam calls regarding loans, insurance, credit cards etc despite the fact that I have opted for full DND. What is the procedure to file complaint in such cases? Why my number has been shared with such companies? @TRAI pls take action
